We needed a quick glass window replacement for our client and the team at Miraco Glass got it done he next day. Great, professional service!

Well after seeing the reviews now I know I should have gone with someone else. I recently noticed one of my 3 windows didn’t open and because I had hired him to replace my windows I called him and informed him that the one window that Balancer’s weren’t replaced the window wouldn’t open. We both verified with each other that the bedroom windows Balancer’s were replaced when the windows were replaced. Well, he sent a guy over to replace the Balancer’s, I suppose, without notifying him as to which window Balancer’s to replace. I had someone there only to let him in. Now he informs me that he will have to charge me for replacing the Balancer’s that were suppose to be changed in first place. Only after I was adamant on not paying for something I did not cause did he say he would take care of it. Then out of thin air he informs me the Balancer’s are on back order, kinda fishy if u ask me. Would not recommend this company unless u like headaches.

Rude, poor customer service, sub standard work. Look elsewhere. Had all the work redone, was worth paying again to get it done right.

I wish this review could be about their finished product, but unfortunately I never made it that far. My experience started out 5 star worthy. I called on Wednesday February 12th at around 10:30. Larry and I played some phone tag, but we got through and Joshua was out here about an hour later (impressive). Joshua said he would give the info to Larry and I would be sent a quote. I realized later that Larry didnt have my email, so I emailed him so he would have my email. Wednesday no quote. Thursday no quote. Friday no quote. Saturday no quote. Sunday no quote. Monday no quote. Tuesday no quote. Joshua was amazing. Larry not so much. Dont waste my time and your time if your not going to follow up with a quote.

I wish I could recommend these guys, but our experience was not great. After we set up an appointment for a service call several days in advance, the technician was a no-show; my wife called after he never showed up, and he explained that he wasnt going to drive all the way out to our house without receiving a confirmation that someone would be here. Um, isnt that THEIR job to confirm an upcoming appointment? Very unprofessional, and a weird way to do business. Im just glad we ultimately went with another company.

Miraco did many things right. 1. Answered the phone, 2. Scheduled same day to measure my glass. 3. Came back the same day to install the glass. No complaints. Thanks for a great job and quick, friendly service!

Fast and good for the money. My house has old crappy 70s single pane windows, and one of them cracked from thermal expansion. While Id like to get quality full replacements, I needed a new window quick, and it was in a place that was hard and thus expensive to do a full replacement. No problem, Miraco was able to take out the old glass, rework the frame a bit, and drop in a dual pane low-E set from the inside for a very low price, about 30% of a high end window replacement. They were able to get it ready and installed in 3 days total.No, it doesnt block heat as well as a higher end window, but you cant complain about the speed and cost. Much better than sitting with a broken window for 3-4 weeks while Pella gets a nice one installed, and much better insulation than replacing it with another thin single pane.They also offer full replacements, of course, for more cost, but Ive no experience with them in that regard yet.If you want a window repaired or replaced, Id give Miraco a call and have them bid on it. They were professional, fast, made the process real easy, and the results are very good for the money.

Didn’t get as far as a work order but did get a quote. Fair priced but afterwards never recieved a call on when to start work. Made 3 phone calls and several texts. Always got a “I’ll check on this” or no response. Almost had to push back on the closing of my house after 2 weeks of “checking” and no responses. Went elsewhere
