I even give a shout out to my audiologist Laura, she is awesome with me and even as Im waiting in the lobby for my appt visit, I see she is awesome with many others. many great peoples at El Dorado. Their service is very good. The quality of their products are very good as well. It is easy to get an appointment in a short amount of time without having to wait weeks. They strive to ensure your hearing aids are performing to their peak.

The audiologist Dr. Shirley was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained each test, the results and the hearing aid options. I felt well informed and had a good experience.

Went in to have the volume adjusted on my hearing aids. I got an extra plus today because when I left my car radio was on and I could actually understand it. It is 95% better listening to than it EVER has been with these hearing aids. No static, no off station noise, just music and talk!! I cant thank you enough, David!! Everyone is so pleasant in there, its a joy to go in. Even though they are quite busy, you never feel like youre being rushed out!

Received an appointment with a technician on same day I called who very quickly and courteously fixed a problem with one of my hearing aids. Also picked up a generous supply of needed batteries. All trhe staff seemed eager to serve my needs and I was very pleased.

The hearing tests were very thoroug and the dr. explained the results in terms I could understand and told me about all of my options in the treatment of my next step to get the best results possible. She also told me that if I needed a hearing aid to let her know and she would help me to explore the best hearing aid for my situation.

I took my 86 year old father for testing and to order hearing aides. The staff was great with him, they spoke to him in his native langue and explained the whole processes to him. This was a tremendous help so he and I both knew what was going to happen and how the insurance process would happen I appreciate the extra they went to help us with the whole explanation.

I did not have to wait long for service and everyone was helpful. My questions were answered.

Everything was fine: Laura, the front desk, the readjusting of my hearing aids, helping me out of the door (I use a walker).

Nearly a year ago I did poorly on a hearing test at a Doctors examination. I chose El Dorado Audiology to do a complete evolution of my hearing lost. The entire experience has been excellent. Recently I had a follow up. It was a curb side service due to the COVID. It was my first in my medical experience. The entire experience was very professional as usual. Being a baby boomer, the experience would have been totally complete, if the staff roller skates to the vehicle’s window. A little humor suggestion. Thanks for the excellent service.

Had my first appointment for a hearing test and hearing aid tune up. Met with Shirley who was very personable and professional. She was extremely thorough and adjusted my devices so that now they are much better and also now have a tinnitus sound reducer. El Dorado is a good pl@ce to go for audiology needs.

This is the second pair of hearing aids Ive purchased from El Dorado Audiology. Moe was my audiologist when I purchased my first pair of Widex about six years ago, and she provided kind and knowledgeable care. Unfortunately, she no longer provides direct patient care at El Dorado, so this time David helped me choose a new pair. David is apparently new to El Dorado, having arrived sometime within the past year or so, but Ive been very happy working with him. Like Moe, David is an experienced audiologist who listened carefully as I described my hearing concerns, and his responses were informed and tailored to my needs. Ive been wearing my new hearing aids for a little more than a month and Ive been very happy with their fit, finish, and performance. With each new pair, new features are added and overall performance improves, and this pair use rechargeable batteries, so no more fumbling with those tiny batteries. Now, I simply drop them into a small charger at the end of the day. Another feature I love is their bluetooth compatibility with my iOS devices.

During this COVID period, they quickly handled my need from curbside service. The ease of this method was important to me as I have an at-risk family member at home. Having them come to the car and pick and deliver my aids gave me peace of mind. Thanks!

The Doorbell button in the parking lot could be more solid. I seemed to be moving the entire assembly when pushing the button. As the driver of a normal pick-up truck, I often find call buttons very low. A few inches higher would be helpful. Thanks.

Because of the virus my appointment in March was canceled. I was doing fine, but as the months passed by I realized I needed supplies and my aids needed cleaning. I went online and requested a curbside appointment to drop off my aids and get the needed supplies. Had a response in 24 hours. My appointment was scheduled and the curbside service was fast and complete. Couldnt be happier!

My mother is in lockdown in a care home. Her hearing aids werent working right. I took them here and they fixed them up and I had them back the same day. Couldnt be happier with the service here. Exceptional service!

Its a great place to get your hearing aids but mostly its the service you get after thats important. You can make appointments at your convenience and if you need help before that, you will be taken care of. A comforting thought with these tiny complex devices that help us navigate our world!

I am always pleased with the care and personal service I receive at El Dorado. However, their recent move to the new office will likely result in my going to a new audiology office. The parking lot at the new office is extremely small and very narrow. It is also hard to enter the parking lot from Pima St. especially when another car is leaving the parking lot. When I arrived at my appointment there was only 1 parking spot available.

El Dorado Audiology takes very good care of my mother, she can be difficult sometimes as she is not only has high hearing loss, but has some dementia and doesnt follow well. We have gotten great treatment and help for Mom. Always prompt on getting us into the offices too, no long waits. They make it very easy to stop by & pickup batteries & other supplies as well. Give them a try, they remember what customer service is all about.

We had an amazing experience with EDA. My father was travelling from Europe and experienced issues with his hearing system. We went to EDA on December 31st at 4:30 PM. There was a sign on the door saying that the office closed at 3:00PM because of New Year Evening. While we were returning to our car, Shawna Bauer opened the door and invited us to come in. EDA is a highly professional organization whereby you are treated with respect and professionalism throughout the testing process. The testing professional took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and she provided all the details for the next step of the treatment for my hearing issue. I highly recommend them for the diagnosis and treatment of hearing issues.

Curbside service was great.

I went for an ear clean up, and the procedure was extremely painful, my left ear was cleaned out but my right ear could not be cleaned out. I still had to pay for the full procedure even though the work was not completed. Why couldnt I have the option to pay for half? Since half of the work was done. Anyways I get home and the pain was so bad it lasted for about 3 days, now my hearing is worse. I went to this place and felt robbed, and honestly thats exactly what it is. Now I keep getting emails harassing telling them to review this place. Well here you are!!

I love this place. The staff is totally professional and they do everything they can possibly do to help. I started there when Carolyn was the owner. The service is every bit as good since the change of owner. Kathy always greets me with a hug . She allowed me to demo some hearing aides which I thought was really nice.

Kathy is a super professional, is patient and generous and listens to what you need. She used a few devices to make sure I got the best reception possible. Being hearing impaired is not easy in how much one feels socially ostracized and having a professional like her really helps.

No longer has thatwarm touch. Christy and Shirly were actually GREAT. However things like the mint jar, a few free batteries, and more were deleted like a money driven corporation was in charge. It also lacked the greeting and that feeling that you were wanted and important that Carolyn used to generate. I knew in less than five minutes that she was no longer involved in the operation. You are going to lose clients and therefore money and following that the few talented people still there now will leave. You business will just become common place trying to find even a tiny peace of the pie. AND people like me will not drive 18 miles one way from Oro Valley but find a facility closer to home because you operation is no longer something special. Carol R.
