Went to 2 other places for hearing aides, Total Hearing Care was the third and by far the best. Zach took time to review my hearing tests, fit me withthe correct aides, When I went in the second time to pick them up, time wastaken explaining the product. Zach and the staff are the most friendly and courteous people, attending to all your needs. Im so glad I found them andhighly recommend him.

I went to Total hearing care for an evaluation and was pleasantly surprised with the care I was given. Zachary Smith was very knowledgeable about the hearing aids and took the time to go over all the possibilities with me since I require them now. I was anxious about them but Zak took the time to get me into the right ones. The hearing evaluation is free and prices of hearing aids was fair..The receptionist was very professional and sweet. Her name is Sherry.. I highly recommend Total hearing center.

THC is the 4th experience I’ve had with audiologists over many years across different states. What made this the best experience was: the quality of the hearing test - had state of the art assessment equipment. Professionalism and knowledge of the technology and how to configure them to amplify the frequencies where my hearing was deficient. 30 day free - unconditional trial. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything. The Clincher! I tried two difference technologies which allowed me to find the best fit for me. Service - I was able to get a next day appointment on most of my requests, and same or next day responses on every email inquiry. And appointment was on a Saturday. One of the most polite individuals I’ve dealt with. As a “snowbird” in Tucson, I was concerned about service when I’m back in my home state. But THC assured me that if/when I needed any adjustments they would connect me with a approved vendor back home.

Zack left his job selling hearing aids with one of the big well-known hearing aid sellers because he wanted to provide personal, always-available service rather than working with patients only when he was at a particular office on an assigned day. I have returned to him many times even on the weekend to have my hearing aid adjusted. His service is exceptional and has helped me to stick with using my hearing aid. I did not have this dependable service when I using my first hearing aid 5 years ago. He has made a huge difference in my success with my hearing aids!

A very great place to deal with your hearing loss...while not wanting toadmit that I had one, I learned thru embarasing situations that I wasmissing important information and finally gave in.Zachery Smith (Total Hearing)..in my neighborhood strip mall..Tanque Verde and N.Sabino Rd. appeared nrext to the shopI washeaded for...I spotted FREE HEARING TEST.and I said WHY NOT.Needless to say...I trotted in,had the test...was enlightened thruthe explanation and thoroness of the examination and presentation.yes, for the first time I am wearing a pair of very comfortable,easyto work and understand the way to enjoy wearing them.I did not thinkI could deal with another aging situation...but you know what...I can.You can too.do not miss out on your hearing when there is help.I am enjoying TV, lectures, cultural events...and they are solight-weightand hardly visible...try them...you will like them...P.Newberry
