The Associates at the Broadway store are the utmost helpful, knowledgeable and experienced individuals I have come upon. The specialized treatment is the best, they take the time to explain the situation to you that makes finding the paint color very easy. They explain about the lighting, inside versus outside, the sheen, the quality, contrasting two or more colors, the list is endless. I will always shop at Sherwin Williams on Broadway for all my future painting needs. I think you will see the difference between the big box stores, if you are seeking the patience and assistance of the experts you will see why Sherwin Williams is the best place for your painting needs. It has made me a true believer that Sherwin Williams is an A-10.

Best SW in town!! Cant say enough about the store, and the staff. Very knowledgable about which products are best for the projects I tackle. I even found my cabinet maker while shopping for paint!

I went here because it was on my way home, there is a store closer, and asked about a color I needed to do a house project. I was told I needed to bring in the paint Instead of going off a color schematic, because the base can throw off the color. The store clerk was so energetic and passionate about helping me that I went home, got the paint container and went back. It took a few tries but he matched the color perfectly and I got a better paint. My project was wonderful. I will shop at this store in the future, even though it is further away, than another store.

Really nice paint. The paint has a built in primer which is nice, goes on easy and smooth. They almost always have a coupon which makes the prices comparable to the big box stores. Salesperson Derek is awesome, super helpful and very knowledgeable cant say enough about him.

Always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy. The young woman who assisted me yesterday was someone I had not seen there before, and she was great. In addition to my online, curbside p/u order, she got me a couple mistint quarts that made my day.

It is great paint! Also your associate Javier at the Broadway store in Tucson went above and beyond with customer service. He interacted with me through the whole purchase process, looked me in the eye when he was talking to me and was very courteous. You never hardly ever see this in customer service anymore, especially a person in their 20s. This guy is a keeper Sherwin-Williams. Who ever hired him did a good job!

This location needs a better store manager .6:45 Tuesday this location decided to show there unprofessional side. One male worker this morning decided to be extremely disrespectful and rude with a regular customer purchasing huge amounts of paint on a daily. Lets hope this location can get there employees to act more professional and get on board with the other Sherwin Williams locations.

Friendly, reliable service

Home Depot was unable to match my paint after 45 minutes. I gave up and drove to your store and your associate was able to match my paint with no issues. The only downfall is your price, but for the extra service I was happy to spend a little more. Great paint. Good coverage.

The guy who helped me went out of his way to assist me. He answered every question and was willing to assist. Then he took the paint to my car for me. Talk about great service!!

Sherwin Williams paint is great !Fast, helpfull service .

Staff isn’t very knowledgeable when it comes to color, or their different paint formulations. The prices are pretty steep, considering the quality of the paint. The last gallon of paint I bought, which was an ivory color, had some black flecks sitting on the top tayer of the paint. I managed to fish most of the anomalies out, but still was not pleased with this.

Should have asked me if I minded paying full price for a paint can with a large dent. Most stores discount such items or at least ask the customer if they mind getting them. I noticed the dent after I had left the store and the paint color added.
