Rude guy at the drive thru window really killed the vibe of our night with my kids

Esperanza the worker at this diary queen was rude, wasnt courtesy. Told me to take my business to the other diary queen after she toss my change at me. Requested to speak with a manager and told she doesnt have one. If this is the way this diary queen conduct business, I will never go there again.

Its dairy queen. The blizzards could be mixed better but it is what it is.

The price was a little more than we expected for a small blizzard, even with a coupon, but wow the chocolate covered strawberry was great.

Its been awhile since I visited a Dairy Queen and let me just say this...it never disappoints! This coming summer Ill will going there ALOT! 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁

They (staff at this location) can’t ever seem to get the order right. I always give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re usually busy but even if they’re not the order is still somehow wrong. It’s reached a point that I have to ask for extra cheesecake (pay extra) in hopes to actually receive any cheesecake in a Strawberry cheesequake blizzard. One order they acknowledged they forgot to add cheesecake then offered to make a new one and still somehow only received a couple pieces in a large blizzard. I know it’s just ice cream but if you’re paying for something you should get exactly what you paid for.

Youre better off going to the Dairy Queen on 4th Ave. The kids working this location always claim to be out of soft serve and only ever want to serve dilly bars. Im assuming to make their job easier?

Ordered a large royal new york cheesecake blizzard. First off they didnt flip it, second it came with 2-3 slices of strawberries and no cheesecake whatsoever. Either lack of training or stealing money.

Ordered a blizzard cake. I was told that they needed 24 hours, so I asked to pick it up the next day. I was again told that they needed 24 hours and couldnt possibly make it for the next day. Fine, Ill give 48 hours.Then a couple hours before pickup they tell me the design that I had asked for isnt one that they could do and refused to try.Thanks for nothing.

Cool treat on a hot day.

So normally I always have a great experience not today. I thought it was luck no line got to the window asked for a few seconds didnt get a response but I went ahead and ordered. I got a oreo blizzard and a pineapple sundae. Got to the window girl looks bothered believe her name is Veronica got my card and gave it back with a bothered look. Turned my blizzard upside down to only see a bunch of Oreos just stacked in the middle sure enough the blizzard was not even mixed it was only vanilla ice cream with Oreos just stacked in the middle.... the sundae was pretty much melted such a disappointment. Think Ill make the drive out to the one down 4th Ave even though its farther but always have great service.

How can anyone give an ice cream joint less than 5 stars? Ice cream is always good! This one is fast, clean, and has nice outdoor seating. Good, good, good.

I support young people working but this location has the worst customer service. I blame management for not properly training these young adults on customer service and for leaving them unattended for days. I had asked to speak to a manager and was told one wasn’t available for a few days. Resolving a customers complaint is essential in retaining them as loyal customers. In my case, this locations customers service needs to handle customer complaints in a more professional manner and with respect to a customers concern. I hope this location gets it together.

Thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate sundae and my friend enjoyed their strawberry shake. Very friendly staff. Definitely will be back.

The staff is always polite, and their summer treats cant be beat. This visit, I tried the summer berry cheesecake blizzard, made with fresh (maybe frozen?) berries, soft serve ice cream and chunks of creamy cheesecake. Yum!

How hard is it to take an order and get it right? Just left this place and these teenage girls in the window didn’t get my order right and they didn’t care. Obviously they didn’t listen to my order at all, so yeah for their parents good job raising these teens who really don’t care to do a good job. So disappointed and done with this location never had this happen with the older people who work there. Just lost a customer because these teenagers just want to get paid to be playing.

About 8 at night, after the day cooled down, I hopped into my 68 VW Bus and went to DQ. I was craving a chocolate fudge Sunday. Well, I got one and sat on their patio while enjoying it. Nice.

I went in at 1:30 to order a birthday cake. I told him Id like to pick it up at noon the next day. He said they need 24 hours notice so it can be ready at 1:30. I asked him if he needs that extra hour and a half and he said yes. I understand following the rules but it looked like pure laziness. Too bad.

Wonderful afternoon with my sweetheart and an ice cream cone. Lots of folks in with their kids having a treat. Very clean restaurant. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Everything was GREAT! The service was prompt. The workers were courteous, efficient and worked quickly to fill all orders. The store was clean and tidy.

The soft serve ice cream tastes delicious during summer. Chocolate sundays and banana splits are family favorite treats. The lines move quickly. Love that we can eat inside or outside in a casua familyl friendly place near home.

Customer service was nice and cheery, I ordered a large blizzard and the cup it came in looked like a medium. Portion was very small for the price. I’ve gone to other DQ’s and the portion was very much larger. Very disappointed will not go there again.

The ice cream did not taste like dairy Queen, in fact it tasted like McDonalds ice cream but more expensive of course. The location is not very easy to find either, heading west on speedway the taco bell blocks it. The young person that took our order was pleasant so that is why I give two stars.

Often frequented by local EMS. Family owned and operated. They do all the DQ official stuff like prove to you the blizzard doesnt come out of the cup tilted upside down.

When I pulled up there was a huge line of cars. I waited for 25 minutes. I ordered a banana split and they shorted me on pineapples, peanuts, and cherries. I was really sad when eating my banana split. By the time I got home it was too late to take it back. They suck lol

I would give it no stars if I had the option theres nothing but younger people working here who are snotty and have no manners. I asked them to make a simple order which was an Oreo blizzard with extra Oreos. just to be mean the top had a few sprinkles of orio and the rest had none. Now I know why she was smirking. The girls are very rude went today and it will be my last. No one should not be thanked and have the drive thur window slammed on you. I then called to speak with a manager and to my surprise the rude young girl was the manager. Good management skills!!! I will drive further to be treated better. If you dont have people skills and are not friendly. Do not be working at a ice cream joint where I take my kids.

If I had zero star I would give them it ! The ice cream machine isn’t working at all .I had a Banana split in the ice cream melted before I even received it and when I complain to the manager she said that the ice cream was meant to be soft .I ask for the owner email and she said she wasn’t allowed to give that information out . If your from out of town stay way from this place ! Wasn’t really looking for ice cream soup 🥣

Youth who work here, work hard for their wages and are friendly. Thus, 2 stars. Unfortunately, they have been trained, by the owner, to scrape the top off of their blizzards. No other DQ I have been to, scrapes the top off! Which is part of the enjoyment of an ice cream blizzard. Summer must rather have no one get the extra, top portion thats been made, than the customer, at around $3.25 (including tax), for a MINI-blizzard.So sorry for this direction and lack of regard for the customer.Will go instead to 4th avenue or other DQ.

Went to buy my usual Blizzard Chocolate Xtreme and was disappointed when i got home and it was made with vanilla ice cream. Ive always been given chocolate ice cream. Thats what made it Chocolate Xtreme. Called their location here and was told that theyve always made it with vanilla. NOT! Time to go back to where I get what i pay for.

Whoever designed the parking should be fired immediately it gets very busy in summer like all dairy queens luckily they are fast and quality is good dont know why the building is so big when they dont even serve food!

It was flame, especially the resses outrageous. #blessed

Staff, managment need a chill pill! This is the most miserly Dairy Queen Ive been to (even more than the troubled one in Douglas!). The manager seriously threw a fit when we took issue with her trying to charge us to substitute an item due to allergy reasons. Also their practice of making people pay $0.50 for whipped cream is ridiculous--especially considering the $5 you just paid for the Blizzard its topping. Ill just go to the Albertsons next door and buy my own can for $1.50 and get enough whipped cream to cover me for for 5+ more Blizzards than what this place gives you. Or better yet--Ill just go the extra mile and give my money to the Dairy Queen on 4th Avenue, where they dont play these shenanigans! Heres a lesson for management: you have to spend a little money to win customer loyalty.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra time traveling to the Dairy Queen on 4th. The items are night and day compared to this scale driven joke. In terms of actual ice cream provided per portion worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too.

I ordered a cookie dough, Oreo and Reeses ice cream and when I got home over 75% of it had no candies so I called the store and the store manager and she told me I would have to drive all the way back to the store the next day since they were closed already and bring back the blizzard. I told her what would she do to compensate me for the inconvenience and she said there is nothing she can do except refund me or take my blizzard back and remake me one. (She wanted me to freeze it) I am so surprised that a company like DQ would make mistakes and not want to compensate their paying customers. This makes me very angry!
