Love the clothes there one of my top 3 places to shop just sometimes there is always one worker that is not very helpful when i Was asking for certain items i felt like i was a bother π£
Definitely my favorite Windsor store, the staff is very nice and the layout of the shop is organized. Was having a bad day but one of the employees was very helpful helping me shop and hyped me up. Didnt get her name but she has pretty eyelashes and was wearing a butterfly mask. Thanks Windsor, love my purchase!
My granddaughter found a dress she really liked and a necklace and earrings to wear with the dress. Great find. Friendly salesgirl and affordable prices. Windsor had it all. Thank you.

When a person walks in, around, out, and back into a store this small, someone should offer to help. Also, I was looking for a very nice dress, and when doing so and wanting to buy, someone needs to be helping. Not sitting behind the desk on their cell phone or talking to a friend or colleague.

The service was completely horrible. The girls who were working did not help us at all. Their store is very disorganized, my friend and I were looking at the $5 section and they had regular priced dresses placed in there. It took at least 5 minutes before anyone came to check us out as well. Then once we were being checked out, the lady was very rude to us. Wont be coming back.

As everyone already knows its near impossible to zip up a dress when the zipper is in the back so when me and my friends where trying on dresses we helped each other out. A very rude employe yelled at us and told us only one person could be in the dressing room at a time. The dressing room is a little room with a curtian. Nothing was going on just a girl zipping up a dress does that really call for yelling?
