For the past 7 months I have e tried to get in contact with this mobile home community and have been very unsuccessful. I was trying to relocate this weekend, its hard to relocate when no one will pick up the phone or you leaving a message with call service and no one ever calls back. Im a nurse and finding a job is not a problem, its finding a home.

The office staff was very helpful. Answered all my questions and looked up more information when she wasnt sure of an answer. I had hoped to move into one of these properties but apparently Im not the only one. Lol. Wait list for all of their properties is super long. They are cleaning up nicely.

I Love the community vibe this area provides, welcoming and peaceful. I have family and friend who live here and am looking forward to joining in the community with my wife and daughter.

Its cool but the staff is rude. Lady got mad at us because we were playing basketball. As if we aint grow up there. Lmao.

Took a tour of the park today with Yolanda Parra. She was very courteous and professional, a real joy to be with. My wife and I found her very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The refurbish work they are doing on the units is excellent. They are all working really hard to clean up the park and bring it to their high standards. Thank you Yolanda for your time and cheerful disposition. You are a great saleslady!

Been struggling with management from day one, it has improved somewhat, but still needs a lot of work, had to do a Congressional on this park to get things going, that is the only way to get it done, but have not heard anything back from corporate and management. Work orders was my problem, also the $100 dollar referral program, never got that money, they gave me a story and never got that money, last thing was they promised me a shed, to this day nothing, I did see a new shed on one of the managers Mobile home though, definitely not right, have to take care of the tenants first, then the leadership, lead by example. Itd be nice if they had monthly meetings on what the problems going on in the park, it would fix things I believe.

This used to be a somewhat decent park to live. However, since new management has been brought in, it has severely declined. New management refuses to fix problems. Homes are in disorder and disrepair. The staff promises to fix it but you will be waiting a long time to have anything done. They have showcased the nicest parts of the park in the photos but many good tenants are leaving. Soon this will be a slumlord park. Dogs run free, pooping all over the sidewalks where children walk, and most alarmingly on the playground where children play. Very unsanitary and a health hazard to young children. The streets do not get swept like they used to so there streets are littered with rocks, making the park look messy and cluttered. Many homes are cluttered with junk all over the property, even though Residential Agreements specifically state that this should not be the case. If you are a good tenant who pays rent on time, it will not matter. They do not follow up nor respond to many maintenance requests. Also, notice that out of 17 5-star reviews, 13 were given a year or more ago - before current management took over.

Ive lived here 22 years Im seeing lots of changes throughout the course of that time. This mobile home park is safe and kept up reasonably well I would recommend it.

Management tries to make things right but this is a corporate run park and it shows. Ive had a tree down in my driveway for almost 2 weeks as well as tons of landscaping rock just dumped in the yard. We cant wait to get out of here!

Its not bad, but it is near the southside of town, away from the downtown area and the Malls.

Late on paying the sanitation company. Pick up day keeps changing. I called sanitation company to verify.

It has two entrances, it is a shame that the one that leads to the Drexel is always closed, it seems very unsafe to me since in an emergency they will only be able to pile up at the main entrance as happens in the mornings when the trucks go for the boys from school, always I see cars piled up there, the rent they are charged there seemed very high for the type of place it is. When you are looking for a place, check that information!
