Its okay. The office help take awhile to return calls or emails

This place is the worst place to live. Like the last 2 days there has been no water. 1/14/2021 and 1/15/2021. Last year no water for 18 days out of the year. And space is $516 a month plus the streets are in bad shape. Dont get me started on the green pools. 1 star because cant give less. Add note try calling office and never answer your calls. Manager probably stoned out of her mind dang young pot head.

My son just moved in and speaks wonderfully about living there.. Really large complex.. Needs a closer convenient store..

Very professional, very quick it was my first visit I hope its that way all the time they also provide overnight parking Thats a big deal for truck drivers when we run out of time.

I have been calling for one week straight every day all day long.I have the phone records to prove it. Nobody EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!I need a home to live in.Hey do you have homes for sale but arent answering your phones?Very misleading!!!Dont you want to make money?Wow unreal!

Me and my family have been trying for a month to move here. Applied but cannot get no reply. Office does not return calls and posts lies online about process like free application and 500 off first month

I grew up here and 20 years ago this place had standards. Not anymore people arent even required to have skirting and awnings. Either, they dont care or they arent required by the looks of it Im betting its the former. Truly sad.Addendum: My mother has remained living in this park for over 20 years. She pays her rent on time as she is suppose to and keeps a beautiful yard. She is a quiet and peaceful. So, to the management if you are reading this:You know changes need to be made. Please, refrain from using shaming tactics with me to avoid taking responsibility. Yes, I read the reviews. Try to be a bit more professional and understanding and maybe your park wont look like the rest of the Benson Highway park. Stand out as a community who cares. Its going to take work but, I believe it can be done.

This trailer park is pretty big it has a great selection of mobile homes.

The place is real beautiful, very friendly . convenient and peaceful. The management is very kind and helpful . I personally would recommend town and country to all my friends.Sincerely yoursFrank Juenemann.

Own my own trailer pay a lot for space should be less free space when you own your own Trailere just for space too much money should be less

Decent mobile/manufactured home park. Management can be rude at times, but pretty decent otherwise.

The staff has always been friendly and polite. The park is quiet at night. It is a very relaxing mobile home community.

Trashy park with a high crime rate. Many of the homes are run down. Management doesnt return phone calls.

Nice set up, very clean. The play area in the middle looks cool for kids.

I enjoyedbthis place as it seems a quiet family oriented place. My husband and I were there because a tenenant had a solid door, which are hard to fund anymore, listed on Craigs list for free.The draw back was or is rather, no address. Found a neat establishment..but no door.

They dont want to show homes available they want you to fill out applications first. Nothing advertised on internet is available dont waste your time at bayshore homes.

Horrible place to live!!! My mom has been here about 3 years. Everyone has loud music at night time little kids riding dirt bikes like crazy.Someone crashed her fence last night!Management sucks!

This place worries more about what you have in your front yard rather than having children in pool area with no adult supervision! Every row at this park barely have lights which is always so dark and dangerous and not safe! Ive had to call the cops several times at night because they try breaking into my car. There is no security what so ever I had this guy come to my house around 1 in the morning asking me for money trying to break in this is what happens when there is no security or if there is like they say they do where is he?! I always get paper write ups which are annoying when they have nothing else to do! If cooperate like they say have a problem with what I have outside my home which are 2 vanities because Im in the process of remodeling my home they can reach out to me through my email and stop sending me notes!

I do not recommend anyone to ever move into Town & Country they are a bunch of crooks and they will do everything they possibly can to keep your home by to take it away from you

This trailer park needs serious work.... theres many mobile homes that look so trashy and honestly make the trailer park look disgusting...

I was hesitant to go there but the area seemed ok. Most of the areas seemed clean.

Avoid this place like the plague. If the cockroaches that plague the community due to excessive dilapidated homes dont get you than the cockroaches that run and manage the community will.

Dont do it! RUN from this place. Children run wild all hours of the night, scum walk the park at night, property is a hot mess, trailers that are falling apart, community building roof is falling down, very poor manager that doesnt care about the property or what goes on after dark. Believe me, dont live here!

West side of neighborhood is good & quiet

Its disgusting ... they disconnect the minimum water once a week they have a lot of problems with the water, the pools dont open them, they steal a lot, and a lot of loose dogs running around children and attacking them, they dont clean and fix the roads, AND THE INCOME IS INCOME EVERY YEAR OF 10 DOLLARS IN ADVANCE AND NOT ARRANGED ANYTHING, AND MANY PROBLEMS AND DEFECTS ... MANY LOOSE DOG ASSISTING ITS NEEDS EVERY SIDE .... ADDING IT MATTERS NOTHING HERE ... NOT RECEIVING ...
