I first went to the other HD shop across town from me to look at a bike. The manager I spoke to there was abbreviated in his customer service with me. It was clear that they didnt think I was serious about buying a new bike. Then I waited a few days and then took a short trip around the corner to the great people over at Tucson Harley off of the freeway. I walked in and Chris remembered me from a few weeks before and greeted me by name when I walked in. This really made me feel at home. Chris asked great questions and found out that what I was looking for was not the best situation. He guided me to two options and when he came out to give me the information and I was surprised to see that They had already worked out a good deal for me. I didnt have to negotiate the deal to make the terms favorable. Had the other dealership do anything close to this I would probably have purchased there. Im so glad that I did not! The pre-owned bike I purchased is gorgeous and in perfect condition. Its been less than a week and Ive spent many hours with my smiles in the wind. Thanks again, Chris and team. Had my 1000 mile service done on my new 2021 Road Glide Special. The experience was great. I was taken in on time with my appointment. I waited at the dealership and was surprised at how quickly Aaron got done. Seth was my advisor and washed the bike really nice before returning it to me.

This Harley dealership went above and beyond. We shopped and shopped and asked so many annoying questions and visited a few times as we were trying to make final decision. Tommy in sales was full of knowledge very respectful and helped answer all our questions and took his time listened and no pressure felt. Sebastian in finance couldnt of been more amazing when it came to executing the final deal and meeting with him a couple times during entire process to give advice and best options for us personally. Between Tommy and Sebastian being so wonderful to us we didnt think it could get any better until we met Nick in service. If your in between which bike is best for you and want to take your time and learn this dealership takes its time with you as the customer they do not rush you and to me that speaks volumes compared to previous dealerships we visited and put so much pressure making us run out the door. This is from several years ago. I live in Chicago, my niece and her husband who rides live in Tucson. On one visit I had decided to rent a bike, a Road King, nice bike and enjoyed all around Tucson and a trip down to the border. Now about the rental. When I called from home they told me a little over $150.00 a day. When I got there they gave me a senior discount and my HOG member discount, which broughtIt down to just over $100.00 a day. I didnt ask for anything they asked me what organizations I belonged to and then gave me the best price. Talk about a Happy rider.

Went in to buy the new Pan America. They had one coming in. Offered me a good trade in price on my bike. I was ready to cash it out. Came back with the numbers which were way too high. Said there was a premium for buying a new bike that was in high demand. Told them no thank you. They called back 3 hours later and knocked 3k off the price. If they would of just came honest to begin with I would be riding a new bike. Instead they had to play games. Now theyve soured me on Harley for good. Ill keep my other two bikes, the ones where the dealers bent over backwards for me when they didnt have to. Treat people with respect and you make sales. Play games and you can kick rocks.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They did work on my bike and when I picked it up it was not running. I told them its not starting. I had to take it to a competent mechanic to fix it. They changed a relay switch and Caused a short in my bike and it ended up costing me an extra $300 Do no go there unless you want ripped off.

Always enjoy visiting the parts/accessories department at the dealership. D, Zach, and the rest of the team make you feel like you are truly appreciated and they do their best to help with whatever question or assistance you need. I especially appreciate the time they take to help me learn and understand the various options available to me for parts and other items for my ride.

I was on a ride when we decided to stop into Tucson H-D, a couple hours from my home. I wasnt there to buy a new ride, but on the way out of the store I spotted it, 2014 FLHRSE with only 12k miles on it. Chris was awesome and answered all questions, and we were able to get most of the paperwork done over the phone the next day. It wasnt long that I had both my Harleys on trailer headed to Tucson and rode of on this amazing sled the same day. But wait! It doesnt stop there. Two days later I was on a ride to Nevada when I noticed my electronic fuel gauge was malfunctioning. Contacted Chris who then contacted Arrowhead H-D (their sister company near me) and had me drop it off there. When I picked it up, not only was the sensor gauge replaced, they also replaced my front brake pads, installed a chassis charging pigtail, and detailed the bike, on their dime! Love my new-to-me sled, but even more impressed with Chris and the Tucson/Arrowhead team. KUDOS

My fiancé bought new handlebars from and had Harley install them. Then we rode to Mexico and his clutch (hydraulic) started acting up then stopped working all together. So he opened up the reservoir and it was almost empty.

Called ahead to test ride a motorcycle, was told I was able to. Drove 1.5 hours to be told said motorcycle was unavailable to test ride unless I was ready to buy same day. Sales people didnt offer any remedy for my inconvenience. Not many used bikes available either.

I appreciate Ty Rizzo letting me know about the trike that was modified by previous owner. I sat on a newer model at Old Pueblo H-D, and was not impressed with the leg room, as Im 6 4. This particular trike was modified with forward controls, seat, and highway pegs that fit perfectly. I do appreciate Eagle Mark for financing me. Now I just gotta sell my previous bike!

None of the local dealerships would accept my 2003 Big Dog MC on trade. I decided to try Tucson Harley and was greeted by JC on the phone. I explained my frustration to him and he offered to get me the best trade possible.This was already more than any other Harley dealership had offered me and we began exploring models that would fit my riding needs. I had many questions and concerns. I called him a lot over the course of two days but he was patient and professional throughout. JC helped me find exactly the best ride for the money and offered me a fair trade on my Big Dog. Tucson Harley even came to Phoenix to pick up my Big Dog so my wife and I could come together to the dealership to close the deal. With JCs help I decided on a used 2018 FLHX Streetglide with only 890 miles and some extra options I hadnt planned on!We got all the details for the purchase done on the phone. JC never pushed to up sale me and he was genuinely concerned about finding me the model that would fit my budget and give me the most bike for the money.When my wife and I arrived to complete the paperwork, we were greeted with chicken wings and fries. Bought a 2017 road glide with 2016 miles on it from their internet sales site. I asked several times if there were any scratches or marks on the bike and was told it was in pristine condition. I bought the bike sight unseen and had it shipped to New York. I was extremely upset when the bike arrived. It is full of scratches on the gas tank, right side cover, right saddle bag cover and rear fender. The front fender has a quarter sized dent. I dont know what their idea of immaculate is but this is not it. They are not to be trusted. I was totally deceived. Their response was maybe it happened during shipping but all the scratches were noted by the shipping company before the bike was loaded. They said the best they could do is refund me 100.00 dollars. Thanks for nothing TERRIBLE dealership

Harley Davidson of Tucson, in Marana, Arizona, helped me buy my first Harley. It is used, a 2015 Street Glide Special but in very good condition with only 6,200 miles. It is my dream bike! I love it, its beautiful, rides very smooth, and has all the modern technology. The staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly.

Up until last week I had been a loyal customer of Tucson Harley for 10 years (2 bikes & countless other items). Over the summer I did some engine upgrades to my ’19 CVO Street Glide (parts and bike from Tucson Harley). I had a part failure and was told that I needed to bring the bike in for service to look at to warranty the part (bike still under warranty also).Long story short I was told that none of the labor would be covered and I would have to pay out of pocket to warranty the failed part because of not using HD oil. Even the service writer acknowledge that this was only an excuse. All I was asking for was the part be replaced.It has become very clear to me that the most important thing is the bottom line and customer loyalty has no part of that. As a result I will never shop there again and have taken my business to Phoenix.

Treated me well was in for service on 2019 Electra Glide HD I gave 5 stars before, got home from a 4800 mile trip, tire rear had crackers in it, they changed my tire in 2019 for a screw or nail in it they put on a 2012 Dunlop tire & now theres a issue with this !!!!! A tire is not & not to be sold over 5 years old & put a 7 yr old tire on it ( really Im upset about that )

I bought my first Harley (2003 100th Anniversary Fat Boy) from my friend and personal trainer Too Tuff Tommy, who works at Tucson Harley-Davidson now, what a trip. Had a good experience and thought everyone was pretty cool.

Harley-Davidson of Tucson is a very nice place. Its large and even has a pool table inside. I came through on a motorcycle rally and they treated us very well. They provided US Pizza and soda and made us feel at home. They have sofas where we could sit and relax and the staff there were very friendly. I needed some two-sided tape as a piece of my Chrome started coming off on this rally that I was on and they helped me and provided me with what I needed so I could get back on the road. Would highly recommend thank you
