My experience with Indian Motorcycle of Tucson was superb. They treated this new first time customer like a VIP. I arrived from out of town ( I live in Mesa) and Sunny was very helpful in getting me worked into their already busy schedule to get my 2500 mile service done. I also have been in search of some accessories for my motorcycle that I was having no luck finding at my local Indian dealership. Turns out it was easy and no problem with Indian Motorcycle of Tucson. Once again Sunny came through and got me squeezed into their busy schedule to get my accessories installed. They have a really nice store with lots of motorcycles and accessories to choose from. I appreciated the professional and genuinely polite experience I had there as well. All this being said, I will make the trip every time from Mesa to Indian Motorcycle of Tucson for any and all of my Indian Motorcycle needs. My experience was that good, and they earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you to everyone at Indian Motorcycle of Tucson.
My wife and I recently purchased two bikes from Indian Motorcycles, Tucson (a 2018 Chieftain for me and a new Scout for my wife). We had them make a lot of modifications to both bikes. Some modifications were to get the bikes set up to tour and to better fit us, and some were performance modifications. From sales to finance to the parts department to the shop, everyone we dealt with were nothing short of awesome. Theyre friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a used or new motorcycle you cant do better than and Indian, and theres no better place to get one than here. In closing I have to say that Ive been riding motorcycles for about 58 years, and until now I had only owned and ridden Honda and Yamaha bikes. And while they were all great motorcycles this Indian Chieftain is by far the best bike Ive ever owned, and the most fun Ive ever had with my clothes on.Oh, and my wife has fallen in love with her Scout too.
I cannot say enough good things about Indian Motorcycle Tucson. The whole staff is amazing! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very hard to get me on my dream bike! The process was very smooth. My family has purchased 3 motorcycles from them and we will continue doing our business with them! A huge Thank you to everyone at Indian Motorcycle Tucson!!!!
Bought my 2021 Challenger in 04/21. Erik was my salesperson and he was great. Erik was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the whole purchase process. Matt did all the paperwork and was great in going through all the documents with me. All the rest of the staff, Sonny and Phil were able to answer all my questions and thoroughly went over my bike after purchase with me. I have called Erik after work hours and he was glad to answer all my questions for me.I would highly reccomend buying your bike here.Jeff
As always, love the service dept at Indian of Tucson. Phil and his team made sure we were able to get our motorcycles in and out for service before our vacation. Thank you guys!
The dealership and their employees are fantastic. We drove from out of state to buy our bike from them and they couldnt have been better. Their finance manager went above and beyond when we needed help, unrelated to the financing, as did so many others at the dealership. If you are looking for a great bike and great people, Indian Motorcycle Tucson is the place to go. We may just have to make the 13+ hour ride again, when I am ready for a bike! Thank you all so much for all you did for my husband and me.
I work primarily with Luke, and he is a great asset to your organization. Every time I come in, Luke greets me by name, and knows my general interests.
My last bike purchase (2020 chieftain elite) was thru Erik and also, Referred A friend Gary Saul (2020 Chieftain) to Erik. Erik has always been the go-to guy to get the info, price, and specs that you need to make a good decision on a bike purchase. Always has a nice word and greeting when i stop by the shop for a part or service. You need to keep this guy at all cost. Great job Erik!!
When I approached the dealership, Erik greeted me and assisted me in purchasing a new jacket and helmet. Even though it was not a big purchase like a bike, they still made me feel relevant. Made me feel like family and if I were closer, this would be my go to spot for all Indian products!! Would recommend them to anyone down in Tucson!!
I have been trying to buy a new bike for over a week. I built the bike with everything I wanted. Submitted it the dealer and received a generic email. I replied asking what the next step was and informing them I wanted a bike all I needed was a quote. Erik sent emails Bach and fourth but never gave me an out the door number that I could take to the bank. Being in the automotive industry myself I tried to stream line process. I am now moving forward with another who sent the quote the same day I requested it. Very dismal experience. I would not recommend if you are looking to buy anytime soon.
I have gotten 2 bikes from Eric and Matt . Awesome experience both times. They always go the extra mile. Very happy with my purchase.
From the time I walked in the whole Indian team made it their mission to make me feel that I was part of the Indian family. Great team Indian Tucson.
Stopped by to look around and rode off on a wonderful new scoot. Very helpful and informative crew. Thanks for the new bike
The team at Indian Motorcycle Tucson were amazing. I started my search for a new motorcycle about 1-2 months ago and Myles helped me through the entire process. He was super patient with me (Springfield vs Chiefs, Scout vs 40 vs 60 Bobber, I had trouble remembering it all), was accommodating with my requests, and definitely steered me to the right bike for me. Another shout out to Matt for breaking down the extra warranties and reassuring me on the Dfence product. He reached out to a product sales person and got answers for me within the same day and I have since got it working, neat little device.Ended up with a brand new Scout and its great to know it will have support by a great team and community!
I purchased my Indian scout bobber icon series 2 years ago. I will say that they are excellent in terms of service. I have no complaints in how they handled me during the buying process. I will say this though in regards to products they buy. Be sure that you plan to keep your bike for a significant amount of time as well as ride it often. I have a tendency to ride on my bikes but keep low miles. I am also a mechanic and out of laziness chose to avoid doing service on my own. I purchased their prepaid service contract. Because I did not use it in a timely manner and now am trading in my bike because life changes dictated the need for a different style bike I have found out that it is not a service contract and is not cancellable. They told me that gap is now capable of being cancelled but mine is not since it was not in 2019 cancellable. Be very cautious and read the fine print. I feel like they got the money in my prepaid service contract for nothing now and that does seem unfair at the least to describe it. I will never purchase something like this again and recommend if you know anything about maintenance of your bike or feel confident enough to follow a YouTube video that you also avoid it. I am very disappointed with the dealership in this aspect and now steers me away from the brand in the future after this unfortunate news. Selling service was great. This was definitely not.
My husband and I have decided to start riding 2 up and our neighbor knew we were looking for a Roadmaster. For weeks he was sending us pics of them across the country but when he sent a pic of this beautiful blue 2018 roadmaster elite at this dealership in Tucson. My husband and I decided this was the one. Ruben got in contact with Erik and he had the bike cleaned up and ready for us to see. We were both instantly in love with this bike but, once we made our way inside I was intrigued by this brand new 2020 on the showroom floor. We decided to run the numbers on the new bike and left for lunch and to make a final decision. Ultimately we decided to purchase the original bike we went to Tucson for and we havent looked back since. Erik, Luke, Phil ( I think was his name) and literally every single person we had contact with at the store went out of their way to welcome us into the Indian family and at no time was there any pressure from anyone, even when we were changing our minds. Each person was super knowledgeable and helped bring up things we might encounter while owning this bike, all positive things of course. We did have to return at a later date to pick it up because of some purchases made and modifications that needed changed but that wasnt a problem at all. We couldnt be happier that we made the drive to purchase this forever bike from such a great group of guys. Many thanks to you all!
I purchased the motorcycle of my dreams from the Tucson Indian dealership in 2015. Ever since I was a young man, I wanted to own and ride an Indian Scout. Of course, back in the early 70s I could not offer such a motorcycle and soon thereafter, the Scout was discontinued. In the fall of 2014, I had decided to purchase a Harley Davidson Street Glide as I had joined a group of retirees and we had plans to ride together throughout the state of Arizona and beyond. While I was surfing the web and looking that the HD models, an popped up announcing that Polaris had purchased the Indian line from Victory and that the Indian Scout had been reintroduced at the very famous Sturgis motorcycle rally. Not long after that, I visited the Tucson Indian dealership and I put down a $500.00 deposit on the bike of my dreams; the Indian Scout!!! In April of 2015, the bike of my dreams arrived and I could not have been happier!! Matt and his Team have treated me wonderfully over the last six years, by providing superior maintenance and care on my beautiful machine! Without exception and almost every time I ride, the compliments piled up on this beautiful machine are endless. I now have over 32,000 miles on this baby and it just keeps humming and providing me with the riding experience I have dreamed of ever since my teenage years. Thank you!!!
Parts kid was very helpful, courteous and had what I needed for my Victory.
Erik, Matt and Luke were all awesome. Erik helped me get the Indian Scout Bobber and was very friendly the whole time. Matt got me to where i wanted my monthly payments to be and helped me get the best deal for me. Luke then gave me a final walk through of my bike and went over everything really well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would send all my friends and family their way! Thanks guys
My husband got a new motorcycle he usually rides a Harleys, but today he got an Indian and its Indian red, love it beautiful.
Erik was patient with me as I took my time to find the bike that I needed! I managed to trade in my current bike and get one that works great and I ride almost every day.
If you want the best mcy for the money you are spending, this is the placeExcellent service and commitment
The team at Tucson Indian is kind, courteous, easy to work with, and treats their guests right.
We started searching the internet for a new motorcycle a couple of weeks ago. The search landed us on the doorstep of the Indian Tucson dealership eye balling a gorgeous 2019 Chieftain Limited. We sent an email over the weekend, got a call from Erik that following business day. We were able to secure the financing the following day and was able to arrange a time to drive in from Albuquerque (10 days later) to finalize the deal and take the bike back home. I have purchase dozens of motorcycles over my lifetime and this was the easiest transaction we have ever done. My wife wanted a sissy bar and Erik was able to add the part to the deal, which was a huge deal to us! Hands down, the best motorcycle buying experience we have ever had and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle. An amazing team to work with!Dave & Sonia
Plenty of new bikes available to look at, sales took there time and gave me plenty of options. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Great service. Thanks
Great team at indian
At first I had my guard up, but when I started to realize that these guys werent going to be pushy, I started to cut them some slack. Pena was my salesman and he made the process super simple! He was excellent to work with the entire time! This is the 13th motorcycle I have purchased in my lifetime and I even used to sell motorcycles for several years. These guys have it down pat!
I loved the professional, and dedication that Erik presented to me while looking for a motorcycle, and willingness to assist me on getting on the road. I would recommend if your are purchasing a motorcycle you seek him out. He will give you a an honest response, and serve you with a smile while providing you with knowledge on the machine you will be purchasing.
Thanks to Mike Willits for helping decide on the PERFECT bike for me! My Indian Scout is an amazing ride and gets so many compliments. I let everyone know that the personalized service from Mike and Indian Motorcycles of Tucson has been excellent even after purchase. I like to stop in and say hello every chance I get. I love my Scout!Angel Hacker has been a great source of knowledge for me as I am the proud new owner of a 2016 Indian Scout from Indian Motorcycles of Tucson. Angel helped me choose the perfect pipes, additional accessories and had them installed to perfection. If I need anything, she is a call away and I appreciate her excellent customer service and always look forward to seeing her! P.S. I Love my helmet and jackets that she helped me with as well! Thanks Angel!!!
Was ready to buy a bike this week, but had to think about a few things. Erik and the finance guy were amazing. At the end of the encounter though the service guy had to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Didnt want to work on a bike I bought at their dealership with their warranty. Eventually referred me to another shop who bent over backwards to get me in. At this point I dont know if I want to enter into a relationship with Indian solely because of that. It only took 5 minutes to undo the hard work of the sales and finance team. Driving to Phoenix now to check out bikes up there. Update received a call back almost immediately from the service manager. There was some miscommunication about which warranty. He assured me that he was committed to explaining to his staff the difference in warranties. I really respect the fact that they owned up to it and were willing to make things right had I not had an appointment elsewhere already. Updating to 4 stars.
After visiting several Indian dealerships, we decided to visit Indian of Tucson. We went to the Tucson shop, determined to purchase a particular bike we had seen on-line. I told the Super Cool salesman Eric that I needed a bike that would fit me, as touching the ground was often an issue. Erik led us over to the bike we came to purchase, but on the short walk, we passed a new 2018 Chieftain. I jokingly stated that if only I could touch the ground... Erik had me sit on both bikes and spent time going over the pros and cons of each bike. He sealed the deal when he took them both out in the sun...decision made...a short demo ride, getting the funds and just like that, theres a new Chieftain sitting in the garage! The whole crew was helpful and made the buying experience a very pleasant experience. Well certainly have our maintenance done here, and will come here next time we need an Indian!
Great staff. Very helpful and considerate.
Excellent service, excellent personnel. Aces.
Phil treated me very professionally. He made me feel like I was valuable customer and part of the Indian Family. He kept me informed every step of way and gave me additional tips to keep my Chieftain Limited in top running condition.
Went on a demo ride on the Challenger, decided to see what kind of deal I could get on one. Worked with Myles who was very informative and we worked out a deal,on my trade in and price on Challenger. Well when it came down to signing papers with Matt the deal increased 13,000 the price of my trade in, so basically th8ey wanted me to keep paying on my bike and the new Challenger, keep my bike and sell it for a 16, 000 to 18,000 dollar profit, of course I got up and walked out.The deal I agreed with Myles was my trade in and 20,000 tax title license out the door.
I would like to tell all present and future Indian motorcycle owners about the dealership in Tucson. This is a great dealership! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They have created a welcoming environment and they really care about the needs and desires of their customers!
I went to buy parts for my Victory. Even though the part was discontinued, these guys went out of their way to help me find the part. VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!
Excellent service all the time 🕶
Found a very polite staff not pushy and very knowledgeable, with an at home feeling. Showroom was very nice and bikes are impressive. Clearly they want to earn your business not expect it. Thank you for the nice experience. Jan.
I was interested in a 2017 HD Roadglide. It took the salesman three weeks after not returning calls, me sending more info when I did get to talk to him. For him to ask me Well what if it sold, would you be interested in anything else? Its still on their website and if they didnt want to sell me a bike...for whatever reason, just tell me. Very disappointed, would not recommend anyone deal with these people.
Eric in the sales Dept. Greeted me sincerely and quickly and was very knowledgeable with all the bikes and my questions. Huge selection .Great service. Beautiful store ✌🏻
Not worth my business and I hope yours either... I wish I could put negative stars...
When I purchased my bike I opted to put different pipes on them. Phil advised me that with the pipes I chose I would need a tuner. I went with his advise and did just that. At about the 400 mile mark my engine light would come on. I took my bike back and he told me that the part was probably bad and that they had numerous problems with this part on other riders bikes. He told me that he could indeed swap it out but offered me the option to upgrade, I would pay the difference however, he would eat the labor. He then price matched a price he found on the website to save me a little more. Angel of course was involved in this process and helped me with a different issue involving my kick stand. I am not an Indian rider but a very loyal Victory rider. Ever sense this wonderful group of people have moved into this market I have been beyond happy with the service I receive. I can go months without being in the showroom but everyone still knows exactly who I am and often refer to me by name. I would recommend Tucson Indian/Victory to anyone that is looking for more then a good dealership but in a lot of ways a great community of people that always seem to have your back.Ken Adams
I am on a coast to coast trip on my victory vision motorcycle. I happen to roll into Tucson, AZ to stop on one of my breaks. My bike started pouring out some serious oil and I did not know where I could get any kind of service. So I called home to my victory dealership where I got the number for the Tucson dealership. I am from the East coast Maryland area and Phil and his staff treated me with first class service like I was a celebrity. As soon as the tow truck pulled into the parking lot Phil came out and analyzed the situation and got my bike in the shop right away. They fix the problem and got me back on the road in a matter of an hour. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will recommend this shop to anyone. THEY ARE GREAT!!! Thank you Phil and your staff.
Whenever I come in, the staff always has time for me. Angel is especially knowledgeable about the products and as a rider herself, about motorcycles in general. The parts stock is impressive, but it would be nice if you carried more clothing in my size. I wear an off size, so its understandable. Anything I order comes fast. The entire staff always makes me feel right at home. Give them all raises!
I took my 17 Victory Gunner in because it was cutting out on me when I would get up to speed and to get a Stage 1 calibration. Phill, Angel and the rest of the crew fixing my bike went above and beyond to get my bike back on the road. I recommend anyone with and Indian or Victory to head over there for all your motorcycle needs.
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the various types of motorcycles.
I bought a 2018 Indian chieftain from the dealership today. I drove from Phoenix because their prices were the best I’ve seen and I was very surprised at what a hometown dealership it is. It was funny, because there were other Indian owners that were hanging around the dealership drinking coffee getting ready to go on a ride. They truly enjoy hanging out there and loved visiting with us and talking about their love for the Indian brand. Their whole team was amazing and no high-pressure sales. They also had a really nice selection of both new and preowned . Erik was my sales guy. I think he should’ve given me a T-shirt but what the heck..😄. Love my new bike .
Amazing experience. I was very impressed with the sales staff and their willingness to coordinate a double test ride for my girlfriend and I. Excellent communication throughout the sales process. A real non-aggressive buying experience. The bike is equally amazing. A very smooth ride, great colors with plenty of power. -Thank you!
Ive only had three minor warranty claims on my 2014 Indian Chieftain, Phil(Service MGR) and Scott(Tech) in the service department took care of them without a problem! After dealing with Indian of Tucson now for over a year, I have to say Im impressed. They just keep getting better, It also helps to have one of the finest motorcycles made on the planet.P.S. Angel does a great job of filling in(service) when Phil is out.10-24-2017 I am always greeted as I walk in the door. My 2014 Chieftain has 48k miles on her so getting the right parts and the best service is paramount to a happy touring lifestyle. They never let me down. P. S. Angel is a Rock Star! she is always busy(could use a good helper).4-18-21 Phil and his service team were very accommodating with my schedule changes(seeing I live 4 hrs from Tucson). The Stage 2 cam install was a same day job with no issues, the next day I rode up through Salt River Canyon with my new cams and had a Hoot. Well done! 9-30-21 Even though I bought my Chieftain somewhere else, Indian Motorcycle in Tucson has given me the best service and prices. For the last 7 years they are still the number 1 dealer for my Indian Chieftain.
Super friendly service and great bikes!
My wife and I had an excellent experience when buying our new Indian motorcycle. It was a busy Saturday but the employees took time to answer questions, help with financing, and quick with the offers of water or soda. The buying process is usually a long one but they made it enjoyable with stories and laughter. We feel like we have a bunch of new friends. Thank you for the new memory maker in blue.
Phil has been extremely helpful in everything I needed for my bike situation. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable with their service work. I’d come back even just to socialize with these guys because of how laid back, but professional they are.
We bought a new Slingshot last June. Michael was a great salesperson. Explained all about the bike and answered all our questions. They even took the 2011 Spyder in on trade and gave us a great price.Met all the people working there and couldnt be happier with them. Angel and Mike on the counter know their stuff. Phil the service manager is wonderful. Had lots of questions about the Sena headsets and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Scot has worked on the bike a couple of times and it has always been done correctly and timely. Matt did all our paperwork quicker than you would get it done in a car dealership. I have recommended Indian Motorcycle of Tucson to everyone that asks about our bike and experience. They all come together in the shop to make it a welcoming atmosphere to hang out. Did I mention lots of clothes and accessories?
A. Fast, friendly and always willing to help. I dropped off my wheel and tire for new tire install. I was not expecting to have it completed in the same day due to their busy schedule, but they did and thats what keeps me coming back. Great people and great service.
Staff response time was excellent, Mike was accommodating with our test ride. Really made our experience memorable. This store offered a friendly and relaxed environment. Definitely opposite of your typical pushy sales experience from other dealers. Our next purchase will definitely be from this site. Thanks!Adam & Kathy
If youre looking for a bike go see the boys down here. Pena is a wonderful salesman, goes extremely out of his way to help you, and will not try to get you on any bike but the one you asked about. Very professional and enjoyed my experience. I worked with places for over a month trying to finance my new Harley, Pena and Matt the finance manger got me approved and on my Harley in about a week. I definitely recommend going here for ANYONE who needs a bike or anything bike related. Thanks again boys!!!
We had some accessories added to our new Classic Chief and parts needed to be ordered. Luke and Phil kept us in the loop every step of the way. Any time weve had contact with the dealership on Oracle in Tucson, everyone has been extremely helpful. Our salesperson (Mike) was very knowledgeable and thorough, never pressuring us. Angel was great in explaining the motorcycles components and how they work. We have had a terrific experience with everyone weve dealt with at that dealership. Walter and Julie Ayres
Worked with Erik Bezila. Amazing experience. Down to earth individual who I would recommend anyone to.
Angel is awesome always friendly and very helpful. She was able to locate a jacket I was looking for my wife in Colorado. I was very pleased. I will never take my bike anywhere else to get worked on. I just wish I would have purchased from Indian of Tucson, way better service than the other dealerships in AZ.
Angel was so easy to deal with, I needed new tires on bike and she took care of everything. Such an awesome help to have. She takes away the stress of having service done. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. Thank you for making the experience hassle free Angel. Youve definitely earned a client/customer for life!
Great bike buying experience! I didnt know what to expect at first, but I was truly surprised by their professionalism and good customer service. They were very patient and were not pushy at all. The whole experience was a great one from beginning to end...you can definitely trust them.
Myles is the all time best salesman around can’t wait to buy my next bike from him!
Mike was outstanding, he helped me not only with the purchase but with an issue I had with the backrest on the bike. Mike made the whole experience a great one. I would absolutely travel the distance from Utah to purchase another bike from you guys. Great Job.
All of my interactions with Indian Motorcycle Tucson have been wonderful. Not only did I purchase my first bike there, Ive also gone back for modifications. Angel Hacker and the rest of the Tucson staff have been outstanding.
Pena has been excellent throughout my visits to the dealership. He has stuck with me despite having unexpected employment issues. We both know it is just a matter of time until I can finance my Springfield. I truly believe he will be almost as excited as I when I get my bike!
Cool shop. Nice people. Decent coffee. Spent a few hours there while they put new shoes on my Victory. They gave me a good price and excellent service.
Very nice staff and store. Never once did i feel like they were pushing me onto a bike or make a rash decision. Mike was helping me and my wife and was able to give us an answer for every question. If you want a amazing bike this is the way to go yes they cost more, but what you get in return is well worth it.
I had a great experience with this dealership in purchasing my first Indian motorcycle! Matt, Mike and Angel and Phil all simplified the business of buying a bike while making me feel welcomed and part of their shop family! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering any bike, especially Indian!!
I have crossed just about every bridge there was looking for a particular mesh Indian motorcycle riding jacket. I put a FB post on an Indian motorcycle site. My post was answered by Erick Bezila of Tucson Indian motorcycles, Erick had checked through their stock and found that they had not only the jacket I was looking for but in my size as well. He then put me in contact with the dealership shipping manager and I was able to pay as well as get the jacket shipped. Thumbs up 👍 to the dealership and Erick for a job well done.
Great experience. Friendly personnel and spotless facilities. We got a good deal on the motorcycle we bought. Very happy with our purchase.
“1st class all the way . Honest, knowledgeable, helpful . Pena went above and beyond in helping me get into the bike i wanted. Everyone in the store very helpful and willing to help you in whatever you need . Parts, service, or questions about motorcycle . If you need a bike be it new or used please go see them . Parts or service straight forward no B.S. they truly care about customer and making them happy . ”Thank you Matt for working to get me the bike i wanted . Your crew is 1st class . I will highly recommend you and the shop to all Everyone . Thank you ”
Excellent service! Very helpful in going over the pros/cons of various tires. Also took time to go over chain maintenance with me, since it was clear I was not doing a very good job! I will definitely take my bikes here from now on!
SERVICE IS UNREAL! I have been there twice for service they are GREAT.Phil, Angel and ALL the crew are very helpful and DO NOT push sales on you-they explain. Thanks again, Ken
No matter when Im at the dealership all the staff is ready to respond to a question or just a bit of social banter. The work on my bike was great and the service team knew what they were doing from simple service to a full up performance modifications. But then again I have to say that about the entire crew, the sale wasnt the end of the relationship, when ever you stop by its like visiting good friends. Great group that works well together and the quality of customer service shows it!
Charged me 8 times what the fork seals were worth. I am the fool because I paid it. Wont happen again. Done with Indian.Make dam sure the bike you are test riding or buying, has a full safety inspection. My safety inspection was done after I bought the bike.Mine had a serious cut in the rear tire.At the time, Indian did install a new tube and tire..The tube was wrinkled when installed and went flat because of the wrinkled tube, after several thousand miles. Extremely poor workmanship. Lucky for me that I was only going 15 MPH when I noticed the flat rear tire and not 80 MPH. Could have been my life and my wifes life, on the line.I wouldnt let that tech fix a toy wagon, or ever touch my bike again.Indian did install a new tube. Manger said he was having his best tech install the new tube. I will check that tire, every time I ride and keep my fingers crossed. Service and buyers beware. Going to be interesting what the owner has to say about my flat tire.
“Just want to thank everyone for their exceptional customer service! Everyone that I encounter that works here is very nice and very helpful. The only unfortunate part is the cost of service now, since it went up just recently. It kind of takes your breath away and not in a good way. I know the personnel working there do not have a say in the hourly service charges so that does not take away how happy I am with the personnel.”
“From the time I rode onto the lot Angel and Phil treated me like I was their most important customer ever! Courteous professional service even though my bike is not an Indian and I didnt buy it from them. When I am ready to upgrade my ride there is no question who I will go to. Thanks guys...”
. Indian motorcycle should use this dealership for training other dealers. The moment you walk in the door everyone is very friendly and helpful. Service is OUTSTANDING !! THANK ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH Ken
If you are looking for a great bike look no further than Indian. Now if you want to get it from the best dealer in AZ go to Indian of Tucson there staff is the most knowledgeable friendly that you will ever find.I bought my 2015 Chieftain there about 7 months ago and now have over 9000 miles on it and love it more every time I ride. I have had the chance to work with every one on the staff at one time or another and always a great experience. Thanks Angel, Mike, Michael, Phil, Scott and Robert
Just bought a 2016 Chieftain. Incredible bike! Not only did I get the bike of my dreams, the customer service I experienced was incredible. In fact, from my initial phone call to Matt telling him what I want to spend, and he working me the best deal he could. Then my driving from Phoenix to Tucson to complete the transaction with the wonderful people at the dealership, this was hands down the best buying experience I have ever received. This Indian dealership is hands down the best in Arizona. They were worth the drive, and worth the money for the bike because their premium customer service matches and almost out performed my new Indian Chieftain. Thanks Matt and team,Mark Kaiser
First visit to this Dealership was incredible! Spoke with both Mike and Eric about my dream bike. They were both patient with my first bike purchase questions and offered future assistance. I will definitely be purchasing my first bike from this location. Thank you to everyone I met!
Service department is first rate. Phil takes care of the customer and Scott takes care of the bike. Scott had the new shock installed in less time than it takes to clean my whitewalls! Indian of Tucson is one place I can go and not have to worry about a thing because they always take care of me and Blue.
Tuscon Indian is fantastic. They get you in on time and really go over everything with you. Great staff.🏍️🇺🇸
I have gone to many motorcycle shops and the old Tucson Victory shop of which I have not found a place that took care of me and my motorcycle like Indian Motorcycle does. Give them a try for all your motorcycle needs. I am sure you will be pleased.
Indian Motorcycles of Tucson is a phenomenal place to purchase a motorcycle. Pena, Mike, Angel, and the rest of the staff are very accommodating very friendly and very quick for a laugh. Their knowledge of motorcycles is outstanding. They always remember your name, theyre always ready to laugh with you, and theyre always ready to answer any questions you might have and ask you questions that are relevant to the situation. My fiance and I ended up purchasing a 2017 Indian Chieftain and could not be happier. Just took the bike inference 500-mile service and they surprised us with the back ordered backrest luggage rack and pad without letting us know it was quite the surprise. I highly recommend Indian of Tucson for any of your motorcycle needs.
I stopped in the dealership to chat about potential future repairs to my Victory. Although Id been in the dealership before for a test ride and had spoken with other employees, Id not had a substantive conversation with Angel. She continued, for me, whats not becoming a tradition of having a fantastic experience at Indian Motorcycles of Tucson. When I walked into the dealership I had several questions relating to the process and possibilities or repairs and enhancements to the scoot. Angel answered all of my questions with clarity, precision, and most importantly, honesty. My most recent visit to Indian Motorcycle of Tucson certainly wont be my last. If youre thinking about stopping in to check out bikes or just to learn things, this is a great place to go. To put it simply, Angel and the other folks at Indian Motorcycle of Tucson are good peoples.
Everyone in this shop is fantastic! They are lively and honest and willing to share their opinions and advice. I recently bought a Slingshot for my husband and was dreading the process, but they made me feel great about it from the start. I will continue using them to service the vehicle and for any future purchases.
Nice staff, well stocked store. I was sorry to see Victory went out of business. It was strange to see they had some leftover new Victory bikes for sale.
I have been using them for service since 2016 and have always been well taken care of. The staff are friendly and always courteous.
Phil and Angel helped me out with the rear end modification on my 2010 Jackpot. Great service and honored the quote that was a bit too low once all work was complete. I will definitely be back with anything motorcycle related. This team has definitely earned all of my business.
Awesome customer service and service department. Great sales people that arent pushy. Their attention to detail in the service department is amazing. I highly recommend them. They are the only ones I let touch my bike.
My buying experience was awesome at this location. Mike Pena was a very helpful and informative salesman and the staff around hIm (Angel, and Matt) never put any pressure and provided all the information for the million questions that I asked. Got my brand new victory cross country and couldnt be happier with my experience at Tucson Indian!
