Great customer service whenever I have to come in and pay my bill

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They over charged me on my Uhaul Rental and told them that the truck had to be cleaned, but it was DISGUSTING when we picked it up. They have homeless people sleep in the back of their trucks, and the girl at the front desk is absolutely unhelpful. I dont understand how all you can say is I cant help you go call someone else.Never using them again.

They treat everyone like family and offer very affordable pricing. The facilities are in excellent condition. Moving and storing can be stressful and they truly make it stress free. The best storage for small spaces, period.Ive used this storage for two years now, during the summer season, and its so convenient for storage. The owners are really nice too. I recommend for anyone who wants to store for a good price, with bills that can be paid online, and for anyone who needs to store personal items that arent too big (like a car or boat).

Great and courteous service. I dont think Ive ever felt so welcome in a business as I did today picking up my rental truck. Shanell was amazing her personality just shines she makes you feel like you belong and youre the only one that matters at that moment in time. Great job Shanell keep it up!

These managers really care about thier customers. Very nice people. I was very impressed with them. I worked on site doing a project and saw the care they gave. I would feel very confident storing your stuff here.

Great experience renting uhaul from this place. Got there right before they closed and forgot a hitch. One of the owners said that if I went and got one real quick theyd wait for me even after they closed! Overall quite helpful and awesome. Will rent again in a few months!

So I went to rent a uhaul and had a 20ft rented and was guaranteed to get that today. The lady that called me last night stated the 20ft wasnt back yet and that she wasnt able to get ahold of the people but assured me I would have something to rent . She never called me back if there was anything wrong at all as she stated.Soooooo we drove down from Mesa only to be told when we got there oh we had a problem the 20 ft isnt back and shes had no response from the renters. I then stated I was guaranteed a 15ft as they had a cancellation ( from uhaul ) and she stated oh no thats only for in town. As I was told and guaranteed through the online chat that I was given a reservation for a 15 ft.She then called a uhaul number and a nother place had one but was 30 miles in opposite direction and she also stated was not her fault.I have the area managers card she gave me and trust me I will be complaining to them Monday as was a complete mess and no one offered to fix it and I am now forced to take off work again and use another reputable more stable company and go back to Tuscon on Saturday

Friendly staff but wont waiver a bit on rules. Regular price increases. Ive rented here for years its nice when you walk in the office they know who you are. Limited payment options. Gate hours should be longer. Insurance is pricey

Wel I have been dealing with Tucson Lock Storage for few months now and have never had a bad experience.. Kaileigh is really nice and very helpful.. always seems to be in a great mood and willing to help and go beyond her means when she can.. Very nice place to have your items stored..
