While looking for a Brompton Bike I contact the cycle to go store and spoke to Todd. The customer service he brings to this store is impeccable. When I called the store to get availability of the bike he was attentive and was able to find the bike I was looking for. He suggested add one for my bike and also explained why those were better option since this bike was a little in the heavy side.I got my bike last night and I’m in love. This is a great little hole in the wall place. I wish I had found it sooner. The employees are great and there is so much stuff in such a small location. They have a vast array of products from bikes to instruments. We even found some great old vinyl records. Looking at renting an instrument there as well. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic selection and staff. Recently visited for a new stylus for my turntable, and walked out with more than I intended. Many curios for the audiophile in here, and a wide selection of instruments and equipment.

Great local store, been there many times through the years. Bought and maintained a flute and sax through them, got CDs and instruments for use in my classroom, and just bought a folding three wheeler for my husband who cant ride a bike any longer. He is loving his new wheels! The group bike rides are a fun way to meet others and get in a well planned bike ride. Definitely recommend this store with its friendly, helpful staff.

Went to the Stereo Hospital to treat my reciever that was sick. Not the cheapest place but very knowledgeable and polite. Just remember like allot of things in life good service is not cheap and cheap service is not good. These guys are pros and know their stuff.

The can repair or sell your instrument, or sell you a new one. They also sell bikes and bike accessories. I dont know much about the bikes, but they do a nice job with the horns!

Ya know Ive been here a few times! Its quite an interesting experience in so far as they sell and service a variety of musical instruments but also house another business. A business you probably wouldnt consider would be here! What is it you might well ask! And so Ill tell ya since you asked so politely. Well this other biz is a bicycle sales biz! Ya I know, right? Well I go there for the guitars, amps, effects, and also a guitar repair guy with his own space right there in the store?! Well I was hoping to locate a couple of parts to repair a Fender amp for a bandmate of my son! Well, as luck would have it the repair dude, sorry I didnt get his name, although he didnt have the electronic stuff I needed he did take a minute to give me a phone number for a guy who might! VERY cool!! Also I was needing a couple of the Fender top hat knobs! So he goes to some of those cabinets that have the small plastic drawers and digs me up a couple of knobs in real good shape!! So I, ask him how much and he thinks on it awhile and says how bout $1 and I say, each? And he goes no for both!! That was awesome and really I expected to give more for them! All in all, I really like those guys at Metronome! Fun store, great people!! If youre over at Speedway just East of Alvernon, South side of street you should stop in, say Hi and be pleasently surprised at what they have to offer and their level of customer service! This is definitely one of those weird Tucson places. Its a bike shop a music store and a stero/receiver repair store all in one.Its a jarring thing to see so much in such a little place especially when the bike shop specializes in bikes that fold into a backpack, but I love this place.Its the only place in town I trust my receiver to and their music shop collection is pretty extensive, cant speak much for the bikes though.

They sold me a C trumpet that needed far more repairs than described. It had messy soldering all over it and a 2nd valve slide that was way to long(It was a generic slide someone had previously done a bad repair job on). Im not sure if this is typically just a guitar shop or what, but wind players, avoid this place. I ended up selling the horn for way less than I paid, because no reasonable person would pay what I did after seeing it up close. Ended up buying a new one from a very knowledgeable store in San Jose. Lost about $400 when all was said and done, but at least I have a horn that functions without needing a copious number of repairs.

Ive read the experiences of other customers at this store and cant believe that I am having such a negative experience with these guys! Granted the mistake was made on my part, but after realizing what had happened and returning the instrument in good condition and trying to fix the mistake, my wages were garnished for twice the amount of what the instrument was worth that I had rented! $1315.76 and now two and a half years later after I had paid in full they are trying to garnish my wages again for another $100. All of this was done without communication, I made a mistake after moving to a new house and packing the instrument away and forgot about it. I returned the item when I came across it unpacking immediately without notice. I wasnt expecting not having to pay something, but to come back after having paid in full and after such a long time makes me wonder if the customers are really the focus of this store!

Ive had an old heavy steel Schwinn Cruiser for years. The other day, I saw a bike with solid red road tires, wow! They looked so thin and lightweight compared to my hybrid tires. Went to MetroGnome, and they are both and so many colors!!! I had Brandon install two skinny (though not the skinniest, because I live down a dirt road) solid tires, do a tune up for my 21 speeds, and install a new lighter ergonomic seat. I also bought a new lumina microUSB rechargeable headlightIve had the bike tuned at three other places, and its never felt so smooth. Best tuneup its ever had, and the new seat is definitely better for my undersides.I feel like Im flying on my new bike. Love it. Love it. No more worries about goatheads nor glass in the road. WOOOOT!!!

I never liked to ride my bicycle to work or at night, because I didnt want to deal with flat tires. Then I did a bike ride with the guys from Cycle To Go and they told me about Tannus tires and how they were puncture proof. I check out Tannus tires on YouTube and I was sold. I had the guys install a new set of Tannus tires on my commuter bike and the tires worked great! I was so happy that I came back to have a set of Tannus tire installed on by road bike. Thanks guys for selling and installing a great product on my bikes!!
