So far I love that I am treated well here not like Verizon that if I wasnt in there to buy a new phone or make a payment were F___kn rude .

I wish I could give this location zero stars. Their employees dont even know what date promotions end and begin, they lie to customers about sales and they refuse to call customers back. If I could go back in time I would have never switched to sprint. Because of this store I was forced to pay for a phone lease that should have been FREE! Thanks for nothing scammers.

If there was a zero star i would give it to them. I went in there to get charges fixed on my phone and they told me to use the app. I said no, that i came in the store because i wanted them to fix it and i had already tired the app. And she insisted i use the app. I left and went to the visalia store where they were too happy to help me. I didnt know how to act with such understanding personnel. I would fire the Tulare manager and start over the hiring process.

I have never loved a store more than I do today I walked in with at&t phone bills for almost 2,000 and walked out with a new plan and new phones for only 250 a month it’s so great the staff is so amazing and the store manager was there and only there for the customer! This store and service is the best! 😊❤️

Very misinformed by employee Daniel. Lies about how much I would be paying a month and specs of phone. I knew I should’ve suspected something by how forceful he was to try and get the sale. He’s the type of guy that gives sales people a bad rep. Acts like he’s your friend and trying to help, but only lies and deceives you. Would not recommend this store.

The people are so friendly, they answered all my questions and help me on what was on sale and what i was looking for, i really got good deals at the Tulare Sprint store.

Horrible service they lied about the prices on my contra tv and would not honor the deal they told me. They charged me triple then what he said a month.

Avoid the visalia sprint store and go to the tulare store. They got betrer customer service.

Dont switch. Customer service was a very poor experience I have dealt with. Reception is poor. Definently not worth the savings.
