This Store is poorly run. I purchased a phone and paid under $250 to replace a damaged phone and walked away after repeating that I needed insurance because the user was hard on phones. I called Cricket Corp. to ask for them to step in and add the insurance. After 4 trips to the store, they were adamite about 7 days past and couldnt get insurance, even after texts asking to bring in phone. Credit card will reverse charges for me, but I will never return to bad service I received from the store and after +11yrs with Cricket and never such poor treatment.

The cell phone service is no good. I pay my bill and my data is still super slow. I transferred my phones to metro pcs. Cricket wasnt that good before they sold out to AT&T but now its a waist of time and money. Hope you have WiFi at home. Unlimited data is even super slow. If you do decide to go thru cricket just remember I told you not to get service here.

Everything went good with my initial visit 5/16/19. I switched my service, purchased a phone(idol 5), and a case(zizo bolt series). I specifically asked before I said yes on the case if all the holes line up and they assured me that case was specifically made for that phone. After taking the phone home and charging the battery I quickly realized the case didnt work with the charger. The hole was not wide enough to except the factory charger. The phone must be removed to charge. I went back to the store today 5/18/19 to return the case as I consider it defective. When attempting to return the case I was told all sales are final on accessories even after I showed them it is defective. It is not clearly posted in store nor was it verbally communicated that all sales are final. They tried to exchange it for a cheaper case but wouldnt give me a refund of my money. Poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend this store.

Very bad experience at this location. I purchased 2 new phones and one line switch over. I Was not told that my lease that went through progressive financing for the 2 new devices had to be paid within 90 days of purchase. I Called progressive to set up arrangements with them and they told me the balance due was a little over $3,000. I went back to the cricket store on the 6th day after my service was activated because I was told if for some reason I did not want the phones or the service to bring them back into the store So I went in to return them. I paid $246. the day I purchased the devices, I understand they charge for a restocking and the activation fee which is fine. But I did not expect to walk out of that store with nothing in my hand. I then called customer service spoke to 5 different people, who could not understand my account. I then asked to speak to a supervisor he called the store and spoke to someone. He got back on the phone with me and said they are expecting me at the store between 10:00-7:00 that they were gonna issue a refund. I then said to him that didnt sound right because they were very sure I was not going to be refunded. I called the store and sure enough she said they were not going to. I then got upset and called customer service one more time spoke to a different person because again you never speak to the same person. I asked him I wanted an explanation to why no one could help me in this situation not even an explanation. He said Maria a supervisor was going to call me at 12-1 p.m. its clearly almost 5pm and no phone call. I hope this is not the way things are handled. No one should have to go through this!!!!!!!!
Customer service was fine, employees could do a little better on knowing what offers,specials and rebates are being offered.
I bought an iPhone 6 Plus outter box for my iPhone 8 Plus cause the lady said it will fit and if it doesn’t I can return it, it didn’t fit the camera area rite so I tried to return it and they said I couldn’t I can only exchange it but couldn’t get my change back or couldn’t buy 2 n pay the difference.They kept changing the prices on the cases and tried to sell me a 10$ case for $35 and still loose the rest of the value for the otter box. Very disappointed, and never going back.
