Mom went to a sewing class. Very informative. Fantastic staff. However, not telling ppl to bring their own sewing machine was less than desirable. Had to drive back quick to get it and their class ran over but the small class helped out my mom.

They are the best in customer service. My Moms sewing machine broke down. In less than 24 hours, they found the problem and fixed it! Would highly recommend to anyone. Great quality of service!

Amazing people! My machine had some issues and thought it would cost a fortune to repair. Much to my amazement, Threaded Needle was affordable. The young man and Lady there, were outstanding in their knowledge and expertise. We expected to be without our machine for a bit, but they repaired it on the spot. Its nice to know there are decent and honest people still out there. Thank you for all you did for us and we certainly wish we could give you more than 5 stars, you earned it.

Great place. Have anything you need in sewing, vacuum cleaner parts and service. I highly recommend them. Best kept secret in Tullahoma, I go there whenever I need parts or anything !

I bought my Janome sewing machine here, and I got a lemon. They werent happy when I brought back a $999.00 sewing machine (on sale) and tried to convince me there was nothing wrong with the machine. As soon as they realized the machine DID have a problem, even though the exchange time limit had expired they bent over backwards with the company for me. I was given a new machine and a free yearly maintenance check on my machine. By the way, I love my sewing machine and have bought other items from this store. They are fair people.
