Nightmare for truckers!!..been here for 13 hours still my load is not ready yet!! I will definitely avoid this place next time BIG NO for my dispatch!!

I would Avoid this place for picking up loads in the Future. They would load the trailer but those last Two pallets would arrived in the evening at 6:30 . I have appointment in the morning at 8:30 am and i called before one day and they said come at 12:01 pm and finally they at 7:00 pm their closing time. “Avoid”

Very slow unloading, been here an hour and they havent finished one truck. Contract said appointment only, receiver is going by fcfs. Went in to see where current truck was at on unloading and forklift driver was sitting in breakroom. Current truck had been in door at least 45 mins and he hadnt even started on it. Avoid unless you have all day to waste

I would Avoid this place for picking up loads in the Future. They would load the trailer but those last Two pallets would never arrive and they wont tell how long or no timeline. I ended up waiting 6 hrs for em and my patience finally ran out and i cancelled the load, they were polite enuf to quickly unload the trailer and i left to never come back. Ruined the day. Why order a Truck when you dont have product to ship ? AVOID.

Worst place to get the load. They dont care driver working hours. There last 1 or 2 pallets always take like.forever. l am waiting more than 10 hours. I prefer never come to this place again.

First time i pick load in this facility they loading time 20 hours for dry load i advise no one pick load in this facility they don’t care drivers i never pick again load in this facility never🤮

They have a habit of loading u and then telling u they are waiting in 1 or 2 pallets and that it ll take maybe an hr.Trust me, YOU LL BE WAITING FOR HOURS!....I say refuse the load til ALL pallets are ready then bounce if it s not all ready within a certain time frame.....they need to be help responsible for making drivers wait so long

3rd load pickup hear always more than 16 hours waiting I’m not coming back

Checked in at 1215pm, did not get loaded for well over 5 hrs. Will not accept any more loads at this locale.

Was able to get into a dock early and had to do a tally sheet and verify product and count total and strap in load.Only delay was waiting an extra hour for 2 pallets still going through production.Paperwork was done and they even emailed/ faxed it over to the broker for me.Good crew and no complaints. There was a good deal of space to get turned around and backed in.Be prepared to have trailer inspected for cleanliness and must slide axles all the way back and must chock tires on both sides for some reason. You also have to buzz intercom to get into fenced compound and again at door to gain entry into building.

I picked up a little there they were courteous and they were fast great job

Hard working people and a good place to pick up loads from if product not ready stop being a cry baby and giving this people bad reviews they can only load wats ready very friendly and fair place

They give you an appt to pick up a load and you sit here for hrs without any regard for the fact that you are mow on a ELD time that does mot stop and you have a early morning delivery tomorrow about 7 hrs away😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
