We had a scheduled appointment and the service was slow. I am not sure if it was due to staffing issues or what?? Communication with us was poor. We dropped it off at the appointment time. Dropped by later at 2 other times and it still was not ready. We decided to leave it over night and picked it up today and again, slow service. They was nice and professional. We took it back for a second time and Firestone corrected the balance on the tires and were very efficient with time. And communication too.Thank you!!

Im giving it a 5 and making it my favorite only because despite the 3 hour oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blade replacement, (with appt) Emmanuel was the only one who kept me informed. Thank you young man God bless yall.

These guys were swamped with so many customers and vehicles to do, but I still felt like a VIP and their only customer. They were able to do everything I needed on my f150 within a few hours which was amazing in and of itself. Id like to give a huge shout-out to their front line guy Wade!!! His professionalism, positive attitude and outstanding communication skills really made me feel like a valued customer! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this store in particular!

I went here to buy new tires and get an alignment. When I talked to the lady at the front desk I told her the tire size I wanted and she looked and the tires were extremely overpriced. She asked me my price range and I told her I could pay anything it just depends on what I’m looking at and she tried forcing a price range out of me so I told her and she simply tried shaking my hand and said we can’t do that have a good day. It was absolutely unprofessional. They didn’t even bother trying to help me it was probably one of the worst places I’ve been to I do not recommend this place at all.

Had a 1pm appointment. Left work to go to the appointment. Waited until 5:30pm. I ask for my new tires and Left. Had another tire shop to put on two steer tires on. When I said I was leaving then they wanted to pull me into the shop. Thanks but no thanks.

Go somewhere else!!! I took my car in for a brake inspection. Reason being I had to hit the brakes due to a red light runner. After doing so I felt my brakes all of a suddenly give and go to the floor board, brake light came on.. they Kept my car for 2 days and basically said everything was perfect. Old cars brake pedals just go to the floor. Uhhm. No they dont. I have had this car for 2 yrs and it has never done that. But in their classification of perfect they said one of the bleeder screws is stripped. Did I get asked if I wanted to replace it. Nope. They said It wasnt necessary. But then offered it to me at pick up when I asked if it could have been replaced. So how did they bleed the line to my front driver side. 🤔 they didnt. But did the rest of them. Needless to say it is in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Light and all. So now to find another shop that can fix the problem or at least find it.

Liars, slow service, unprofessional. Had tires sent to them and scheduled an appointment to have them mounted and balanced, I drop my truck off at 12pm and was promised they would be finished by closing. I stop by the shop at 6:30 and I get told that “I’m assigning somebody to it right now” how the heck are you gonna mount and balance 4 tires and align my truck properly in less than 30 minutes

Firestone charged me over 1K to my fix car. When I went to pick up the car, it still was not fixed. They cliamed that they had told me the problem and wanted another 800 to fix it. I decided to take it to local mechanic. They fixed it for only $250 and pointed out the oil was not changed by Firestone (they refuse to acknowledge this). So, I decided to leave a review to warn others.

Worst service I’ve ever had, my car sat there for days before they even touched it and they didn’t even fix the actual problem and i nearly overheated my car just trying to get it back there. Don’t come here if you value even basic service

I am a long-time Firestone customer in my hometown back in TX, and encouraged my daughter to go to the Firestone in Tuscaloosa over competitors, since I have always had good experiences with the employees and been happy with the service. So I was EXTREMELY unhappy to hear from my daughter that the employees at this Firestone conned her into buying unnecessary additional car parts. She is a student at UA, away from home for the first time, and these employees preyed on that to get an extra $200 from a KID. I see why every other auto shop in town has better reviews than this place!!**TL;DR DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE YOUNG AND FEMALE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU & SCAM YOU INTO BUYING UNNECESSARY BS!!**

The wait time was ridiculous and my car sat in the lot ready to go for who knows how long before I was told. I had an appointment for 1pm and I told them I would wait in the store. At 4:45 (after being there for nearly 4 hours) I stepped out to take a phone call and saw my car sitting in the lot in a different parking spot. When I stepped back inside the woman at the front desk asked my name and when I gave it to her she said she had my ticket right here and it was ready. There were only two of us in the waiting room to begin with or they should’ve called when my car was ready to go, so there is no excuse as to why I wasn’t informed when my car was ready. Who knows how long I had been sitting in their waiting room and my car was ready to go. 4 hours is an insane amount of time to wait, no one kept me informed when I say in their waiting room for hours, and I had an appointment for just an oil change.

It never fails how long they take. I always make an appointment, yet I am always stuck waiting hours for my car for simple repairs. I dropped my car off yesterday at 11 am for my appointment time and it still is not ready the next morning!

They really overcharge at this place. Needed some new tires and a realignment. I was charged $1000. Found out I could have gotten the same service for $600.Same thing happened to my brother. He needed his A/C fixed. They quoted him $1,300. He went to Honda and had it fixed for $650.Also found it funny that the lady at the front desk emphasized that she applied a 15 percent off coupon.Stay away from this place

I made an appointment and took my car 25 minutes to the location . When I got there the lady said they don’t even take appointments in half hour increments, and they couldn’t do it. Clearly, I have an appointment that is CONFIRMED at 2:30 and the last time I checked that is a half hour increment. Now I’m getting ready to drive 25 minutes back home, with no apology. A complete waste of time and gas at 3.12 per gallon!

I had a 1:00 appointment. I got there at 12:30, bu 3:30, they still hadnt started my car. Avoid this place if you can.

I didnt get to use Firestone services, this is more about the customer service. So, I came to firestone at about 8:20 am to check my brakelights. I was told it would take 2 1/2 hrs to get it fixed if I waited. I asked if they could just check it to see if it could be fixed there as I had to be on the road by 11 am. They asked me to just wait a little bit. I waited until I had to leave, well past the 2.5 hrs time I was given. I went to the receptionist, and she had the worst attitude. She didnt try to apologize, she was like here, take your key bye. And I wasnt rude or anything. And she smirked like she was happy I couldnt get my car fixed. I wasted my time for nothing. Really poor customer service.

I would give five stars, but I still dont completely understand why there was over an hour wait when I had an appointment.On the brighter side the employees at this location, for the most part, are great! Emmanuel and Kim made my experience much better than it originally started out. Im so thankful for them, and because of them I will be back and would recommend you give them a try.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I made an appointment for an alignment for 11:00 am, and dropped my truck off. I went back at 1:45 pm assuming they would be finished with the job by now. My truck was still sitting where I had parked it and they told me there were 2 more vehicles still in front of me. If they cant honor appointment times, they shouldnt be making appointments. Wont be going back

Came in for quick repair of valve stem. Initially told it would be 2 hour wait, but they started putting others in front of us. Departed for another tire place that took us right in with no wait. Considering traveling, do not have time to WASTE sitting for no one knows how long. At this point, I am reconsidering Firestone and ever purchasing Firestone tires.

On god... how long does it take to change some oil? I shouldn’t have to wait TWO HOURS for an oil change after I showed up on time for my appointment. Waste of my time.

I have used this Firestone location for several years now. I have never been disappointed. Vic and his team are top notch. I consider them very honest and trustworthy. I am always greeted with a smile. The work is always completed on time. The facility is always clean. The prices are competitive. This is just an overall great place to take your vehicle for service.

Bought 4 new tires 2/24/2021 714.00 a week later flat tire bring it in for repair leaking valve stem then going to charge 18.00. Maybe you should check before you put faulty equipment on peoples vehicle. Will not be back. Thank you for the lesson firestone.

Just left. Been here 3 or 4 times for oil changes and now just plugging a tire. The minimum amount of time I’ve spent here (even with appointments) is 3 hours. If you value your time do not come here.

I am only giving this location one star because I can’t give them zero stars. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for years in another state. I have gotten the vast majority of my maintenance and repair work done at various Firestone locations and have been pleased with the service and professionalism. I purchased the lifetime alignment for each of my vehicles some time ago elsewhere. I have attempted four times to get alignments done at the Tuscaloosa location, only to pick up the vehicles and have no paperwork to prove that the work was done. I was warned by multiple people that Firestone in Tuscaloosa charges for work and then doesn’t do it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it appears to be proving true. Since I am not buying a new service and just using my lifetime alignment, they believe they can just claim that the work was done and no one will question them about it. That is unfortunate. I do not recommend this location of Firestone. Buyer beware.

On my daughters first day at Bama she had a brake light go out. Luckily I called Firestone and Vick took care of her just like I would want. Great to know of a first class shop since she will be there for the next five years.

Waisted my time twice! 1st appointment took them 2hrs for oil change!! And didn’t rotate my tire which i bought the tire in there! 2nd appointment and took me 4hrs for waiting, for oil change really?? Thanks for a great service! I had all four tires replaced in addition to an alignment. Despite not having the tire I reserved online due to the COVID situation, they upgraded my tires without charge and had me out the door in about 90 minutes. Great customer service and great people

Harrell is a fantastic manager. This is the place I go every time I have an issue. Several of the employees know me, which makes it feel so friendly. They’ve never been dishonest and I know that they are giving me good service. I’ve gone with all types of problems - battery, A/C, spark plugs - and they’ve always been timely and professional. I wish they were a little easier to get to but hopefully all of this construction will clear up and clear out.

The representative who helped me, Emmanuel (I really hope thats how you spell it), was exceedingly kind and helpful and has been every time my partner and I needed service there. He kept me updated on the status of my car and made sure to talk me through what services I did and did not need. He was also extremely helpful keeping my spending down and within a relative budget. The service was completed quickly, and my car was even returned to me smelling nicer than when I dropped it off. Fine by me.

Its about time I left my review. Ive been taking my car here for about a year. My wifes car has also been here as well as another friend of mine.Firestone has always done what they said they would. They are an honest shop.I recently ran into a very reputable place in Birmingham that claimed to be better. Without getting into details, they didnt do what they said they would and I caught them by using my dashcam.Its hard to find a place that you can stick with but for the level of service Firestone offers, its worth the slightly higher price.

Wish I would let me add my time-stamped photo in this review. Had an appointment at 8 AM, I showed up 10 minutes early. Guy told me as long as I showed up by 8 AM I’d be in and out within 15-30 minutes. As I write the review they’re driving my truck around the parking lot just playing around! It’s nearly 8:30 and now they’re telling me that they put a car in my assigned bay??? After you people toyed with my truck???As a Google Reviewer I’ve never been this disappointed and upset. It’s like some schoolhouse boys here. Take your vehicle elsewhere!

Great service!! Even arriving at 6:36pm when closing is at 7, they assisted in checking my battery, determined it was not charging and changed it. Only issue with my visit was that they could not find in the system that I had gotten the last one from Firestone (the reason for four out of five). Still gave me a couple of discounts and got me in and out quickly. Please update your system to track on moves.

Friendly, professional. Was charged a price for services lower than anyone in Tuscaloosa. Best car service center I have ever experienced during my 70 years. Mr. Vick, Wendell, and Akeem are quality people. Everyone else at the center was nice and professional. I will return for any service I need and would recommend them to anyone.

They are very thorough and honest. Ive used them several times and it has always been a great experience. They tell you what your options are so you can make an informed decision thats best for you.

Took my truck in for front rotors and pads and was told I needed all four rotors, pads, calipers, wheel bearings and a water pump. Total was 2800.00+. I thought it was strange to say I needed a water pump so I opted to not have anything done and took it somewhere else. Found out, they never removed the wheels so they never inspected anything! Had a pressure test done and didnt need anything except the front rotors and pads. total....266.00. TOTAL RIP OFF. Avoid this place.

I had a 700 mile drive to make, and blew a valve stem on my truck. Simple repair, just needs a few minutes and some simple tools- none of which I had with me, as I was on a trip! There was a listed 2 hour wait to even be seen (crazy busy Saturday- all the shops nearby had 2-4 hour waits!), but the manager heard my situation and knew this repair would take fewer than 10 minutes and arranged for it to be done. Finished my trip without further issue- and it looks like the repair fixed a slow leak Id been suffering, to boot. Excellent customer service, good work, and the price was perfectly reasonable. Major props to the manager, customer service rep, and my technician. If I knew names, Id share them.Side note- I came in with a simple, identified problem, and the shop fixed it quickly without trying to upsell me or offer loads of unnecessary services. You have to appreciate that.

Quick friendly customer service

This is the third time weve had an appointment with Firestone and ended up waiting almost an entire day. Its ridiculous that you have a 9am appointment for a tire repair, get an update at 11:15, and have to wait until that afternoon for them to replace the tire, instead of repair it. I let it slide the first two times (once at the Daphne, AL location, and once at a Franklin, TN location) but this is obviously a pattern and Firestone will no longer be getting my business.

Had tires in stock the I needed asap. They scheduled my time to have the tires mounted and balanced. They were able to keep their schedule and I was out of the shop near on time despite the fact they were packed

I ordered four tires for my daughters vehicle and selected this location to have them installed. I received my email confirmation letting me know that the tires were delivered. I waited for a call from this location but never received that call. So I called them. I dont know the inventory process so I will them a pass on that. The person took my number and had to do some research to see if my tires were in. Really? So he called me back and said yes they have my tires. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter at 5:15 p.m. She was waiting for an hour before her vehicle was touched. I read the reviews but I didnt expect this kind of service with an appointment. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Management do you read these negative reviews? This is a management problem. In my line of work I would hire someone who can solve these issues. You will hear from me again and it is not going to be pleasant. Piss poor customer service. Dont do it if you are reading my comments.I have to now add more insult to this thread. Poor customer service. No one greeting my daughter when she came in to this facility. They took the vehicle back to put the tires and didnt page my daughter to tell her the vehicle is ready. The work they do is good. The car you bring in will be fixed, and they wont cheat you on it. nothing else will be declared broken or needs fixing unless it actually does. Handled my repair quickly after my car was totaled. The people working werent the best people people, but they get their work done well, and that is what really matters

Called the place the day before my appointment for oil change to confirm the price for oil change and was told that the price I see on the coupon is the price I will pay- no additional cost. Got there and was asked to pay $35 more than what I was told. The manager did manage to charge me the price I agreed on, but it is pretty shady. Wont be going back there for any service in the future. I was told that Firestone often rips off people and over charges. I wish I had read the bad reviews before going there.Do not recommend at least for oil change.

Its the ONLY place we take our cars for maintenance and repair and weve been doing it for over 22 years. The service and the value are both consistently outstanding. Every repair and its cost is explained in detail. In addition the final cost has been the same or less than what was quoted every single time.

Lifetime alignment for the win. They do a good job and Im in there several times a year checking and making changes on a car I take to the track.My only complaint is, what is the point of making an appointment. I have yet to make an appointment and actually be seen in a timely manner. Its always at least two hour wait and as I sit typing this we are going on 4 hours.You guys do good work but you gotta sort out this wait time, esspecialy for those customers who make appointments.edit: I got there at 3pm I left at 8:58pm.6 hours for a simple alignment. Im not upset with the employees, they worked the whole time I was there. I am upset that they made my appointment at 3:15 and it was 6 hours later and Im leaving. they are short staffed but dont care enough to not over schedule work. its ok to turn away customers cause you cant get to them, its not ok to accept new customers you have little ability to get to.

Last summer I got a flat tire in the middle of a drive from Texas to Virginia. There was no way I could make it the rest of the way with my cars dinky temporary spare, and even with Fix-a-flat the hole was big enough that the tire wouldnt hold air.Since it was Sunday, most tire places were closed. This was the only open place I could find in the area. I walked in, and even though there were quite a few customers in front of me, it didnt take that long to get the new tire.The employees were very nice and didnt try to pressure me into getting any additional services. They did a good job with the new tire and I think the price was very fair.

Way overpriced. $500+ for rear brakes. An entire kit is only $60 at advance auto. $900 for control arms because bushings are worn. Will not replace bushings though. I guess not enough money in that. 5 hours and counting just for rear pads

We broke down while traveling through Tuscaloosa on our way home to TN on a Sunday afternoon Memorial day weekend; We caaled Firestone and spoke to Willie Powell he gave us the name of a very good tow truck an an hour before closing we were towed there, the salesperson Willie Powell was so nice to us, he and the mechanic stayed over 2 1/2 hours late to replace our fuel pump and get us back on the road. Willie even made us fresh coffee :) The car ran beautifully when they were done and what was a very stressful event became a blessing! Thank you Firestone!!!!!!

They are competent but Im not sure I trust them. I believe they correctly diagnosed my cars issue and have apparently fixed it. They offered to let me see an itemized listing of the charges on a computer screen BUT it was very confusing and not arranged in any helpful manner. I was uncomfortable so I asked for a printed invoice which was more clearly arranged. It was then evident they had charged me for some type of optional road assistance without ever asking me....$60 worth.The staff was polite and they worked quickly, but they will not be my first choice for car care.

Wow, I absolutely could not believe the negative reviews. People should understand that mechanic work is not something I would want someone to rush and would much rather have it done correctly than fast. I am not a mechanic and do not work for Firestone, but I have always had excellent service at locations in NC, Tuscaloosa, and Mobile. The location in Mobile even worked me in for a balance and rotation (no cost due to lifetime balance, rotation and alignment package) at 5:30 pm and had it back to me by 7 pm and they were full. I had used the Chevrolet Dealership numerous times in the past with HORRIBLE results. I recently had timing belt, serpentine belt, water pump, brakes all the way around and four new tires purchased for wifes van and am very pleased with price, service and dependability. I would also recommend people provide business managers to correct the situation prior to posting a negative review. It is called respect. It would be more helpful if some said I received poor customer service and when I told the manager, they blew me off, rather than unsubstantiated or poorly referenced bad experiencesExcellent service!

The team there is great to work with. Trent certainly took care of us and the technician Josh, they both went out of their way to make sure the car was safe and repaired properly. Not all Firestones are honest and provide good service, however, this one certainly is and did.

The customer service was great. The wait was a bit long, but Id rather wait and have it done right. Some people say they are pricey, but I found it ok after comparing a few other places for the type of work I had done.

The workers at Firestone are always reliable. They always take your time into consideration while they work. I go there all the time to get air in my tires, and it is free of charge unlike other places. If you have trouble with tires or need new ones ask for Charles. The next time I buy tires will definitely be from Firestone.

Trent at Firestone is an excellent employee he went above and beyond for our dire situation..he even waited after hours to take my college kids back to their hotel when their jeep was towed in after hours and then his crew spent a whole day working on the jeep at no extra charge!!! this is after we paid to have a thermostat replaced the previous day...i live out of state and to know my kids have a trusted mechanic that goes beyond the ..do my 8 and hit the gate is priceless..with sooooo much anxiety in life they bring a calming effect.....defiantly our new mechanic!! until they graduate at the very least.

AWFUL, TERRIBLE, NO GOOD...we called about our car having a problem on a Sunday before they closed. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. My husband told the young lady what was going on and that there was an oil leak from a part that they replaced back in April. So Monday morning we dropped our car off and when we went to pick it up Monday night it was fine. We literally got around the corner and the check engine light came on and the car started sputtering. So we turned around and took the car back, we ended up sitting in their waiting room for an additional 2.5 hours (after they had the car all day). They then told us that we would need to bring the car back Tuesday morning (the next day) or leave it overnight, we decided to leave it overnight (so we wouldnt have to be anymore inconvenienced). Tuesday they changed the oil and test drove our car with reportedly no problems. So we picked our car up Tuesday night and drove it home, it was fine, until my husband got up Wednesday morning to drive it to work and the engine light was back on and the car was once again sputtering. So he took the car back Wednesday morning and again they test drove the car several times during the day - they claimed hooking the car up to a computer and test driving it would show what was wrong - and reportedly that test showed nothing was wrong with the car. So we picked the car up once again on Wednesday night. This morning, Thursday my husband got in his car and started to drive to work, when guess what?! the engine light came on and the car started sputtering. Needless to say, Firestone has had our car three days this week (now here we are on the fourth day and the car still isnt fixed) and apparently they cant find anything wrong with our car. But remember we originally brought our car in due to an oil leak from a part they replaced (in April) and now the check engine light is on and the car is sputtering. So we not only have a car that is worse off than when we brought it in, but they cant find anything wrong with it. I will NEVER use this Firestone again - and thats a shame for them because we need new tires on our other vehicle! Worst service I have ever received and theyre lazy, also. My husband and I both work with the public, so we arent just being harsh about the whole situation.

The folks here were very nice and professional, but it took them 8 hours to put a tire on my rim. I wish I could leave a better review, but my day was pretty much wasted.

HONEST and timely customer service! I’m a repeat customer here!! Whenever I return home from the military with vehicle concerns that fall within their scope of services, Firestone is my first choice!!! They also price match!!

I had a terrible experience here recently. I think they saw a sucker and tried to overcharge me. They charged me $99 just to tell me what was wrong with my car. They wanted to charge me over $400 for the part/repair and over $100 just to change a burned out light bulb! I took it somewhere else, where they informed me that they would have told me what was wrong for free and only charged me $170 TOTAL for the part/requested repair, to change TWO light bulbs they found that were out, and clear up another issue for absolutely no extra cost. THAT is good service. Not at all what I experienced with Firestone, unfortunately.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Had a 10:00 am appointment for a alignment sat there til12 still nothing then had someone to pick me up to get lunch and did some shopping kept calling back to see if my truck was ready “no ma’am it’s not”!! Ok, my husband call me and say they called him to say the truck need something and he tells them to go ahead to do it @ 2:54pm so I give them time do do it now I’m here at 4:00pm and walk in askthe lady is my truck ready which I can see it’s not it’s just sitting there the lady ask the guy is my truck ready umm no!! She thens come back and say he said he just went ahead and waited on some waiting customers!!! I’m like what are you talking about I am a waiting customer been here since 10am this morning and I had an appointment!!! Ok do you want me to tell him to go on and do it now? I said yessssss I’m ready to go home!! This is the worst place EVER WILL NOT EVER BE BACK!! 10am and it’s 4:27 pm and I’m still not ready!! #firestonetuscaloosaalabamabadbusiness

They replaced the wrong tire. I specifically told them quick tire had a nail in it. I didnt notice until the next day.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. I have come in here previously at last minute and was able to get services done in a reasonable time frame considering they are appointment based. This time I come in for an alignment at 10:00AM (scheduled appointment a day in advance) and was told it would take about an hour in and out depending on the severity of the alignment. 2 hours later my truck is still in the parking lot untouched and no word from any of the employees. Terrible customer service and terrible punctuation on time. Avoid this location at all costs.

I had ordered 4 tires because they said they would match Sams price and called to make sure they were in before going in to the store. The female service writer told me I needed to be here by 5:30 in order to get the tires mounted before they closed. I told her I also needed my brakes checked. She said that was fine and that they had a $99 special. I got to the store at 5:30 and at 8:05 I am still waiting on my car for 4 tires and brakes! SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! 3 hours is crazy to get 4 tires and brakes!!!!!! I will not be back!

We waited there for almost 4 hours and it was such a long wait just for a tire change so it was really hard sitting there and waiting that long with kids but other than that they were friendly.

Theyll fix your vehicle but theyll take their sweet time doing it. It might be better to see an old family run autoshop

0 star for the work, 4 stars for the customer representatives. I decided to change my car after going to the Firestone store for 6 times for a fuel pump problem. 1st one was a good experience - car stalked on road, towed to Firestone, fuel pump failure, fixed in 4 days, pricy, but okay experience. 2nd - engineer light came off within a few days, had to go back to fix a pipe leak they left when they fixed the pump. 3rd - car stalked on road, towed there, fixed in 3 days - fuel pump they used was faulty, replaced for free, but I had to pay towing, rental and other transportation. 4th - engine light came off in 2 days - went back, they were too busy. 5th - went back at 7 am in the next morning, computer says leakage but they could not find it and just reset the light. 6th - light came off again, went back. Waited for a few hours - told me it is not pipe leakage, it is some other parts (valves?) in the pipeline that leaks. They didnt have parts but told me they could look for them..... Sorry, by then, I lost confidence for their work, which also made me lose my confidence in my car (ugh !!). The customer representative and store manager were friendly / nice though. They did acknowledge this whole drama and didnt charge me anything after the first time. But still, towing, rental, interruption, the long time spent in the store....

This shop came recommended as a TyreRack approved installer. I made an apointment for 9am to have 4 tyres replaced.Three hours plus later I left and drove 200 yards and my left front tyre started smoking. Something was left in the wheel well after alignment. Returned to the shop. Vic the manager said that they will order me another tyre and have it reinstalled.With in a couple days I was back for my install of the one tyre. I waited two hours for one tyre.Wile the customer service was good as far as making their mistake right. This is not the place to go unless you have lots of time. After spending a total of 5 hours over a period of two days speeking with other customers, it seems to be the norm, most people just drop their cars off.

Worst business I have ever walked into. Two days just to get an oil change. And this is not the first time. I will never go back. And after I wrote this review it only got worse. Vic...who I think is the manager....left the lug nuts loose.. I never believed that could happen. He took complete responsibility, but again I say...It is the worse business I ever walked into.

Cant recommend this place!Ordered tires online and got them shipped directly to Firestone Complete. They scratched my wheels and broke a center cap and didnt take the responsibility for the damage.

The associates are great but they could use better mechs
