Called and asked about a front end alignment, they told me 1st come 1st served, when me and my fiance got there they took about 15 mins to get us in we were outta there in an hour tops, everyone we came in contact with from the front to the back were so friendly, they got us ready for our trip back home to New Orleans

My experience at the Skyland location was positive. I arrived at 7:15 and they open at 7:30. I was promptly greeted and patiently listened to as I described my concerns and requested services. In my case an additional issue was found that needed to be addressed. I was notified by the staff and then taken back to their shop area where Josh explained the issue. He showed me what he was speaking of and provided his recommendation for repairing it. I was also given the price for the additional service. I felt confident with the information and never felt as if I were being talked down to or being taken advantage of. As a female I appreciated the honesty and respect. I would recommend coming first thing in the morning or leaving your vehicle with them and return later to pick it up. The shop is very busy consistently and there is a reason for that. Be prepared to wait. The wait here is no longer than you will experience anywhere else. They have a waiting area and clean bathrooms.They communicate with you very quickly. When my service was complete I paid the price I had been quoted. No hidden charges or unexpected fees. I highly recommend this business and will return here for all my vehicle related issues. They are quick to sell you tires but when it comes to the free balance and rotation they will have you waiting all day! I rather just pay my dealership from now on instead of having to wait 1-2 days for a rotation why do my car need to be drop off for rotation I am not from Tuscaloosa, Al I don’t have anyone to pick me up and I had to stand outside in the cold because only two people were allowed to be inside and it was 30 degrees outside .

Went to Tuscaloosa Tire, which is in the same area as Pep Boys,the $400 job that Pep Boys was charging me to do,Tuscaloosa Tires charged me $117. Which was to put on a serpentine belt on a F150. Thanks Toney and the crew.

Okay so I’m a #TravelCNA & I’m very seldom I’m Tuscaloosa long so it was last minute. I called them to check out my truck being that I just purchased it this past Sunday. Well they ended up telling me what was wrong, they fixed it ! & now I’m back riding like a champ ! They replaced all my tire rods, ball joints, & etc . I just suggest people get a second opinion on anything that they say is wrong with your vehicle.Also it takes hours just to get an oil change

The overall experience was pleasant. We had a little confusion about appt time and the actual time my truck was to be serviced, but other than that-all good in T-town

Pros: very friendly people and they seem to care alot. Reasonably priced too.Con: If your car has electrical or other weird problems do not bring your car here, better you bring it to the dealer. My problem was misdiagnosed and caused me a couple days of runaround and worry that i would have to pay >$1000 to fix. After bringing it to the dealer they found that issue was simply and this place did not do a thorough job when checking the electrical components hence they missed the problem. Wasted $150 to get my car here and get it checked

The staff is friendly, and the prices are very fair. I had a tire blow out, and they ordered a new one and replaced it within a day and a half. I don’t know a lot about cars, but they made sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing. I would definitely recommend them!

Satisfaction guarantee is a lie.... they will not trade evenly if your not happy . Theyll put a cheaper tire on, but they wont give you the difference back. Even if its 400 dollars different.

My visit to this place was extraordinary.I visited for a 4 wheel alignment. During my wait everyone was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that checked me out recognized the tires that I had just ordered and had installed from a big box stores qualified for a nice rebate, as they also sold the same tire. I did what he said and got the rebate. Talk about above and beyond, I am buying my next set here. The alingment was great and very reasonable. I am going to be a repeat customer.

We stopped by the Tuscaloosa Tire and Service Center today. They fixed our flat tire super quick and we were back on the road in no time! Greatly appreciate their efficiency and hospitality. We will definitely be returning when we are back in the area!

Twice now I have had a nail in a tire when in T-Town. I stopped in there last year with the first issue and despite the fact they were absolutely crazy busy, they worked me right in, had the tire fixed in 5 minutes, and refused to accept any money for the repairs (both times!) - That is an impressive level of customer service, and the next time I need anything when there, that is where I will go!

Good service and check over your vehicle. If any repairs are needed they will let you know.

Tuscaloosa Tire & Service diagnosed and repaired a running problem I was having with my car that two other shops failed to do correctly. After spending over $500.00 at Fire Boys and Pep Stone for repairs that didnt solve my problem a friend of a friend told me to take my car to Tony at Tuscaloosa Tire. Tony and Randal fixed my car for less than $100.00 and had it back to me the same day. I cant say enough about those guys. They are super nice and professional. Tuscaloosa Tire is the only shop Ill be taking my vehicles to in the future.

Their customer service is horrible! I went in to buy a tire for my trailer, just buy it, not to be mounted. I walked in and there were workers standing around, talking, drinking cokes, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I wait about 15 minutes because they looked very busy (duh). Not a single person said anything to me! I turned around and left. They lost a sale that day . I will never go there for anything!

I got my oil changed at the Skyland locatiom. The mechanics were straightforward and provided prompt service. They showed some potential problem areas and gave me an idea of the future cost. I will continue to give them my business.

They are very expensive and the won’t let you bought your part you have to buy it from them in an expensive price.
