Fantastic customer service and speedy work too. There was a slight issue with the work done but i called in again and he corrected the issue with no fuss. Seemed like nothing was too much trouble and he even offered to go out of his way to help me as i was only in the area originally due to a football match. Definately recommend :D

Ive been going here for three years (I dont like phone protectors, so what can I say? Ive been here at least six times), and they have always given me great deals, always treated me with respect, and always give me their honest opinions. They get the job done quickly, and they keep their word. Ive been to about every other phone repair store in Tuscaloosa, and I can say these guys are the best. Ill never go anywhere else in Tuscaloosa for phone repairs besides here.

I had a bad charging port on my iPhone. I came here because of the good online reviews. They fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. The cost was $30, which I thought was reasonable. The place also looks nice. It is not like one of these other trashy iPhone repair/mini cigar places. I would recommend this nice shop. The shop owner in the worker I spoke to were very helpful.

Brought my phone in to replace my broken charging port and found out it wasn’t even broken! The guy cleaned it out for me for free and really helped me out! Super nice and great customer service. Highly recommend this place to fix your phone

Cracked Samsung phone. Quick repair. Excellent job. Almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 because initially tried to sell unnecessary extra repair of LED until informed that I had already spoken with someone from their site that told me how to tell if LED damaged, and it was not! However, very pleased with end result so 5 stars!

SO im not usually a clumsy person, but it seems with my phone, thats an exception. I cracked my screen and messed up both of my cameras, and despite all of that, the iPhone Clinic was understanding! They were fast and helpful, giving me an consultation at no price. Even the price was amazing for the amazing service they gave! He had me out in less than an hour! Worst place to get something fixed. Not sure about their phone service but fixing a mac computer i shouldve just broken it more and saved my money. Brought my 3,000$ computer that suffered a mixed drink spilled on it. Nothing wrong just really annoying sticky keys. They ended up fixing it by replacing the keyboard, but in the process removing the keyboard lights, removing the caps lock light, damaging one usb port and completely disabling my microphone on computer. Not sure if a property damage claim would be even worth it. Still deciding. Dont bring them anything.Edit: This is the person whose computer you fixed 6 months ago and will be glad to come in as you will remember me. Never bothered to write a review but have gotten to the point where multiple things continued to appear after a few months and have been very inconvenient for me.

Phone clinic has replaced 3 screens and 2 batteries for me. Ive never had a problem. Ive used 2 other places for phone screens and they were higher priced. Not the easiest place to find parking, because its located on the strip, but I will continue to use them.

I went in with my cracked screen, he agreed to $89 repair and said it would only take about 30 minutes to have done, when I returned he gave my my phone in what seemed like good condition with a brand new screen. Once I got to my apartment and tried to place a call the screen had to be on speaker to make the call and if it was not then the screen would dial out numbers and mute the conversation. When texting you have to go back and re typer the conversation because the screen does not register that you typed half of it. I would not recommend this store to anyone. It ended up costing the same as taking it to the apple store.

Walked in, Hunter greeted us and asked us about the problem we were having. Told him our issues and he gave a quote on what it would take to fix both our problems.Told us it would be about an hour so we left it. Came back and it was done. Quick fix and friendly service.

Convient. Always works with me on the price of the screen, much cheaper than going to an apple store to get your screen fixed and the location is obviously better if you are in the Tuscaloosa area. If something is wrong and you come back they will fix it.

The WORST place in Tuscaloosa. I got my phone fixed here and they went through my phone and replied to messages on group me, changed photos and went through my personal stuff. The second time I came here I was with my guy friend and I asked if there was a student discount and the guy said “well no. But I can work something else out if you know what I mean”. At that point my guy friend told him to screw off and we left and having been back. Very disgusting and unprofessional. And i know I’m not the only woman that’s had comments like that said to me by the company.

I have been to the Phone clinic to have my screen fixed 3 times now, and they are always prompt and precise with their services. If there are ever any problems after you get your phone back, your phone will be on warranty and is able to get fixed promptly!

We went in to get a I phone 6s screen fixed the owner gave us the run around they didnt have white screen but told us they could give us a black screen Temporary and the white screen will for sure be in Saturday if not Saturday then Monday is what the owner told us . So we waited patiently Monday pass then still no i phone 6s screen then waited Tuesday still nothing then asked the owner are you for sure the screen will be in Wednesday cause were tired wasting gas driving to the store being told there in then when we get there the employees who are very polite say sorry they are still not in after the owner told us they would be in then call owner Wednesday to confirm if they are in he lied told us yes went to store and employees say no mama they are still not in witch I know the employee have no control over that they very nice and just trying work but the owner seems very un organize and we just like the truth and not waste gas and being told different things every time we paid the 89 dollars we expect to get the white screen. Im very upset and disappointed in the owner I would advise you go esle where and even tho the price is good I would had rather went some where esle and paid extra if I would had know it was going to be this much trouble.

I have never been treated worse in my life. Went back within 20 days of my original purchase because the screen protector I bought didnt work a all and shattered my phone screen. The owener screamed at me, cussed at me, and told me to get the F*** out. It sucks that this is the only place on campus because the owner is an ass. Id rather get fiberglass slinters everyday for 1000 years before I go back there.
