I went in with a completely ruined digitizer, and they fixed my phone for $100. I had previously went to geek squad to get a quote and they were going to charge me $200 plus tax. The process only took 20 minutes and all staff was very friendly. After they fix your phone they give you a free 30 day warranty (as long as you don’t shatter the new screen) if there are any problems, and they’ll do it again for free. Highly recommend!

Needed help with recovering data off my phone that was broken and transferred to my new phone. They helped me through the whole process and set up my new phone. When I asked how much I owed they weren’t going to let me pay anything so I bought a screen protector. I would highly recommend this place for any phone repair needs.

I took my phone in last week to get repaired. By that evening my phone screen went completely black, and didnt turn back on. I returned the next day to explain that I was just there 24 hours before and my phone didnt work. He verified the purchase and fixed it again. The graphics arent the same. It has been 7 days and my phone keyboard types on its own and continues to shift between apps, makes calls, and taps on things without me touching it. I will not be returning to this locationVery bad service 😢

My neice brought her phone here two weeks ago to get her screen fixed which was done. But someone messed her phone up at this store by spilling something in it and now its really messed up. She took the phone back up there and was told not to come back to the store. I definitely dont recommend this business if they tell my 15 year old neice not to come back when she called them out on messing her phone up. She didnt do it as this was found out shortly after she got her phone back from the store. Dont waste your time or money here!

So, walked in and was promptly greeted. Explained that I needed my screen replaced on my iPhone. I take it out to show the guy and he presses all over it, and while he is telling me my battery is swollen and causing the screen to bend, he turns it on and my screen was split in half! I couldnt use half my screen! I work 2 blocks away and have been very careful with my phone (have had a bent-ish screen for months!) so I really dont think this happened in my pocket. I called him out on it as soon as I saw the screen and he said Look, you cant even use the screen now. He proceeded to talk about other things with my phone and didnt address the problem of him breaking my screen. He priced a screen and battery for me, but I declined and walked out because he broke my screen and absolutely refused to acknowledge it. I went back to the office, called this place and asked to speak to the manager. He asked what was wrong and I told him about the staff breaking my screen. He reveals that the guy Im speaking with on the phone is the one who helped me in the store, and said that he is the manager and owned the store. I calmly explained to him what he did and how I watched him do it right in front of my face. He REFUSED to take responsibility and tried offering a $10 discount for both screen and battery instead. I said no thanks, and to have a nice day before hanging up. I am SO upset - I ended up just buying a new phone since it was about the same cost of what he would charge for a screen and battery. Find someone honest and who knows what they are doing to fix your cell phone - not here!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They put a CHEAP screen on your phone and do it poorly. I came in and they put a LCD on my iPhone X even though its supposed to use an OLED. Then the screen keeps scrolling on its own. They tell me to bring it in, so I do. I cant replicate the problem (because Im not a glitch genie? What do they want?) and so they wont fix it without seeing the problem. WASTE OF MONEY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Youd be better off taking a hammer to your phone.

I took my iPhone in today to have my cracked screen repaired (at the 15th Street location). The nice man that helped me told me the cost upfront ($130 + tax) and told me it would take about 30 minutes to repair. To me, this was acceptable, fair pricing and excellent timing. Imagine my surprise when he came back 10 minutes later and told me it would only be $10 and my phone was fixed!!! I couldn’t believe it! He informed me that my actual screen wasn’t cracked but that my screen protector sheet was just in bad shape. (It legit LOOKED like it had seeeeveral cracks and several shattered, busted corners.) I say that to say this... I would’ve never known the difference! He could’ve came back to the counter and still charged me the $130 and I would’ve never known the difference & would have HAPPILY paid it. The Phone Clinic Tuscaloosa COULD HAVE taken advantage of me and again, I would have NEVER KNOWN. I think this SPEAKS VOLUMES of the integrity & honesty of Phone Clinic Tuscaloosa!!! I caught a $120 break today which was much appreciated! I would do business here 100x’s again—even *IF* I ever do have a legit busted screen. My boss recommended me to Phone Clinic Tuscaloosa and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone I know as well! Good people you can TRUST!!! I cannot express how amazing this place is! I had a hard time finding a place willing to replace my Apple Watch Series 4 screen for less than $400. They fixed my watch in 2 days, and it’s like it was when it was new. They are the nicest people there! Everyone I talked to or worked with was super courteous. I cannot recommend them enough and definitely will be going back if ever need another repair.

These guys were super friendly and helpful. After I completely busted my phone they replaced my screen for cheaper than the two other places I asked. Then they determined that my phones logicboard was broken and switched my battery free of charge so I could use my phone again. Great customer service and genuinely good people!

Called about my iPhone X to get replaced. I called this store and they gave me a expensive price. Then I called the one at the other location and gave me different prices !!

This happened last February, but I just got around to writing a review now. I broke the LCD screen of my Samsung Galaxy 6 and brought it in to be repaired. They asked for my phone number (I clarified that they wanted the number of the phone I was leaving with them), and told me to come back in a few hours. A few hours later, I come back and they havent done anything yet. They said theyd have to replace the frame of my phone (because it would break when they removed it) as well but they didnt have a matching gold one in stock and needed my permission to use a white frame instead. The guy said we called you but couldnt get in touch...well yeah, you called the phone in your hand. So whatever, I come back a few hours later and its still not done and I have to wait another half hour. I finally get it back and the frame is extended a few millimeters from the front of my phone- hard to describe but made it more difficult to press the home button and felt very fragile. A few months later, the frame is starting to peel off and I hear a crackling noise every time I press the screen. I took it to a different phone repair place back home, where I was told the first repair was incredibly sloppy. The guy there told me the first repair hadnt even glued the frame back on and it was a miracle it hadnt fallen off yet. For less than $50 (and in under an hour), he glued it on correctly and my phone looks new (aside from the mismatched front). Im giving 2 stars because I understand things like the mismatched frame isnt their fault, and I knew it was going to be pricey, but overall it was not a good experience at all.

Very inexpensive, and fast! Great customer service also! They found a dead battery in one of our iphones and replaced in about 5 minutes. They also checked a phone we had the battery replaced in about year ago. Phone suddenly died and would not reboot. It was not the battery. They showed us how to do a hard restart. Hold down on/off and round button until logo appears. That took about a minute and there was no charge.

Ive brought my phone here on countless occasions due to my usual clumsy shenanigans; however, I have never had to come back for any issues other than me breaking my screen. They are super quick and always do a great shop! I would highly recommend you go here before driving all the way to the summit to find out you have to have a set appointment at the genius bar!

Took my iPhone 7 plus to get fixed and the screen cracked the next day. Plus you could see the ligh shining threw the white screen. Poor job was done. And after I went back they told me I had to pay $70 to get a new screen. They also give u free cases and protective screens to rate them 5 stars🤷🏽‍♀️

Do not go here, they charged me almost as much as Apple would have to fix my phone then half-assed the repair leading to the screen breaking again within a week. Since I have taken my phone to them I have had nothing but problems with it: from the screen turning off/not responding, to my phone overheating and shutting down randomly. If I had been able to I would have driven to the Summit and had this job done right the first time.

I brought my Nexus 6P in for a $50 power button repair. During the repair, Phone Clinic broke my LCD screen. They then demanded $200 to fix the screen that they broke, claiming that I was responsible for the cost although I never signed any liability release forms. Im incredibly disappointed with the service I have received here and will not be returning to Phone Clinic in the future. Any business that expects you to pay for the damage they did to your device is predatory at best and unlawful at worst.

I had them replace my iPhone 6S Plus LED screen and glass panel for $120. Noticed three nights later that I could see light coming from around the top corner of my phone (like it wasnt closed completely after the repair), so I gently pushed that portion of the panel down so my iPhone wasnt left open and exposed. That cracked the glass screen across the top of my phone and they want another $70 to replace the screen again! Even though its only cracked because it wasnt reassembled correctly after the initial repair!I will absolutely be finding another company to repair my iPhone. That is some extremely poor customer service. Im extremely disappointed...
