Of course we came on Halloween and the place was almost empty with things to choose from. We already had costume so that was all right we just needed bite marks because the ones we had ripped. Spirit Halloween usually has what we are looking for at a decent price.

Was lots of fun seeing the different costumes around and the staff was well organized and helpful

We come every year to look at costumes and purchase items. The decorations are usually pretty awesome and the customer service is usually great but this last time we visited, I was shocked at how poor it was. I tried asking for help at the register and the two associates in the corner were on a computer. They both made eye contact with me and turned away as I tried to ask for help. A simple, Do you need help? Or a one moment maam wouldve been just fine but they chose to ignore me. I asked another associate about a costume I was looking for and he just pointed and said, Itll be somewhere over there with the rest of them. Instead of giving clear directions. We left after that since clearly we were not going to receive any help. I hope they hire better employees next year.

No changing rooms Good variety I believe there can be more on the shelves but I know they can only do so much

Let me help everyone out since the associates are allowed to misinform you & YOU have to pay the penalty! Apparently, you can return costumes until the 28th, but NOT wigs, even if they werent worn. I asked if I would be able to return/exchange it the day I purchased it, & was told I could. So feel free to use, and cough & sneeze on anything as long as its not a wig... many of the costumes had clearly been tried on (possibly worn) & returned, so I would be extra careful! PS~ I discovered many of the wigs on Amazon are $5-$10 cheaper & better quality, so dont waste your time here!

Plenty of working animatronics and selection of costumes. Glad people are following social distancing and wearing masks. Just wish they would honor the rules and not wear the masks.

Came in to find some goth gear for my daughter & came out with my own Halloween costume!
