Jake the salesman and Brock the lot manager are really great guys. Jake was in daily contact with me before I even went to the lot. Once I got there he showed me the cars that we had discussed and took them for a test drive. Once I decided to purchase one he and Brock made it easy. Kelly the finance manager was very sweet and efficient. Even after I bought my Edge they took care of an issue I had with it. I would highly recommend these guys.

We have now bought 2 vehicles from KC at the Twin Falls Volkswagen dealership. It has been such an amazing experience. Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. They aren’t pushy and are willing to work with you to make sure you get what your asking for. The facility including the bathrooms are immaculately clean. Overall just a great experience. We will be doing more business with them in the near future.

We had the best car buying experience we have had so far! My husband and I were a bit skeptical about going to a dealership due to past experiences, but this was totally different! I went in for an oil change and this place is great. The building itself is very updated and has a nice atmosphere. The waiting room is great with nice complementaries. During the service they text you and it’s insanely easy to get updates or to approve/decline further services. The service was also insanely fast and they really went above and beyond with my car, fixing a light I had on for the tire pressure for no further cost. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Service was prompt and car was cleaned nicely after having just returned from a 5K mile road trip. The only criticism I might have is I should have been notified when they realized I had a different transmission, with different service intervals, than they thought when quoting the work. But I’m pretty sure I would have had the work done anyway.

I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from them in 2018 ! Wonderful service when I purchased. Every time I’ve been in since to have services done they’ve always been amazing. Kind, efficient, and affordable. Not long ago my High Pressure Fuel Pump went out throwing metal shavings into my whole fuel system = huge headache. Luckily, the Volkswagen Warranty is pretty amazing and it was taken care of, they even gave me a loaner vehicle until my car was done. Scott was awesome and so was the other gentleman at the service desk. 10/10 would recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼

Bad experience with VW Twin Falls. I was interested in a vehicle and called in on a Monday afternoon. I was told the vehicle was available and I could get a video on the car ASAP, as I was out of town. I didn’t hear back from the dealership until Tuesday afternoon after I had reached out once again. I was told that the vehicle had been off their lot for a test drive and wasn’t able to get me a video. I went forward with going through the process to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. I soon heard back that the vehicle had just recently received another deposit down after another person had been told that someone (me) was interested in buying.Poor communication and experience.

8/23/21 - 2 sales guys gave me a price for a 2015 Ford platinum @ $44k. Come to find out that they were advertising it for $38k. I guess shame on me for not looking at their website and double checking them but teach their own. I almost walked away in the truck but happy that I didn’t. I get it they’re there to make money but when you straight up lie to someone off the start; that’s pretty shady stuff. Also if you’re telling a potential customer your bottom dollar, don’t send them the actual price that you have been advertising 20mins after they left. This is not a place where I would want to do business at all.

They always take wonderful care of my vehicle, and Im able to get service scheduled pretty dang quickly. They have the best waiting room Ive been in too. I love this service center

My recall appointment on my VW Beetle was very pleasant. They took my car in right away, corrected recall issue, checked over several other points, to find everything in good order. My wait time was minimal. I was offered drinks and snacks in a comfortable waiting area. The service crew was very helpful and friendly.

They did not follow my budget or wishes when choosing a vehicle, because they knew I was desperate and stranded in Twin Falls until I got a car. They chose a car way above my budget, wouldnt let me look at other -cheaper- vehicles, and then messed up on the paperwork!

Above and beyond most excellent service from the Twin Falls team, especially Mark Kent, boy did he really go the extra mile to help us get the exact color and all specs we wanted for our sweet new ride, buying remotely he made sure to make personalized you tube videos before the sale and once our new cross sport premium made it off the train he made another very helpful video in real life so we could see all the features with a very detailed overview of everything our new VW has in it! I went to Goode for a Mazda and when I mentioned that I loved the Tiguan but it was out of my price range, Logan said he had a car for me. They had a slightly used, less than 500 miles, Tiguan for the same price as the Mazda I was looking at. As soon as I drove it I knew it was the one for me. They got us a great rate and payment lower than we thought and we drove home HAPPY!! We will buy from them again!

Typical dealership, they tried to convince me that I need tires on my vw Jetta when they are at roughly 1/3 tread. When I mentioned that I didn’t think that I needed tires while talking to the gal on the phone she sounded annoyed and tried to tell me that they were almost to the cords. Keep in mind I went in strictly for diagnostics on a epc light. Got to love when the dealership tries to upsell stuff.

Everything was great when we first pulled on to the lot and started looking at cars. Our salesman was very relaxed and no pressure at all when we did a test drive with him, and then also allowed us to take one without him. However, the second that we said the car was a bit higher than our budget allowed, all the pressure started! We kept telling him we just werent comfortable spending that much on our first car, so he finally told us that because he liked us he was going to give the car away for what they paid for it. It still came in pretty high on our budget, so we asked to take the night to think about it. He brought over a manager by saying come twist their arm for me. When we still protested saying we needed time to think it over and decide the manager turned rude saying, fine, if you dont buy this one youre just gonna end up in a junker. They also continually bashed other dealerships in the area, as well as our current car! When we got home that night we continued online shopping for cars - and happened to find the one we test drove. Guess what? The price they were giving it away to us for, was the price it was listed for online!! I get protecting your profit margin, but to straight out lie to us and then to bad mouth us and other dealers is unacceptable. We definitely will not be visiting them again.

I contacted Goode Motors via their website. Mark Kent responded to my inquiry immediately and remained very responsive throughout the process. I live 70 miles away from the dealership so he made a video of the vehicle, walked all around it, pointed out any flaws that were found, ran the motor, opened the hood. Showed me everything I need to see right there in the video. By the time I went into the dealership, we simply drove the vehicle and purchased it right away! Mark was wonderful to work with. He made the whole process very easy and quite enjoyable! I highly recommend Goode Motors AND Mark Kent!

Heres the thing: I didnt buy a car from Goode VW. What I did do, while shopping around, was contact Chris Webb in their sales department. I asked Chris about inventory, models, incentives, and finance. He was very knowledgeable and answered everything promptly and courteously. He followed up with me during my car search to keep me updated on the status of the vehicle I was looking at. In the end, I didnt go with a Volkswagen. If I would have I would definitely have purchased from Chris at Goode. The drive from Boise is worth that kind of customer service.

We bought a used 2006 Toyota Highlander from them about a week ago and it was a great experience! We had seen it online earlier and it ended up being the only car that we test drove because we loved it so much. Steve H was great to work with and worked hard for us so we could afford the down payment :) Even after they accepted the down payment and payment plan, they still worked to get us a decent interest rate. The process took a couple hours in total but we are sure appreciative of them at Goode Motor. Tip of advice though. Make sure to check the headlights and taillights. We ended up getting pulled over that evening for a headlight that was out!

DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF LIES SOME OF THE BIGGEST SHADE IVE EVER DEALT WITH. theyll tell you one price online and over the phone then when you show up they say a completely different price. Theyll say anything for the sale, over promise and under deliver. Worth driving to another dealership. Edit 11/18/19 (thanks for your response, the problem wasnt on the private sellers side but yours, we agreed 58k for trade I get to dealership and you say start at 50k.) Dont trust this dealership with trades. Many others offer better deals for us the consumer.

Kelley was amazing in getting the loan approved so quickly and at a great rate. Very nice to talk to and very responsive.Mark was extremely helpful especially from a state away. He recorded a video of the truck I was buying inside and out showing me all the features of what I couldnt see in the pictures online.Write a review and they give you a full tank of gas!

I had my 2011 Ford Fusion towed into their repair shop on 4/28/2016. I found oil all over the passenger side of my car, and in my wheel wells, my car is under an extended warranty, so my car was towed into the shop at 3pm. The service manager advised me that they would give me a call around 5pm and let me know what they found. Right at 5:03 I received a call, informing me they could not find a leak coming from anywhere on my vehicle and that they think I may have driven through a puddle that had hydraulic fluid in it, due to the oil on my car was hydraulic fluid. I went down to pick up my car and settle the bill, they washed and detailed the outside of my car and didnt charge me a cent. The customer service was fantastic and I will definitely be taking my car in for scheduled maintenance!! A huge thank you to everyone in the repair shop you guys totally rock!!!!! :) Keep up the fantastic work!
