I was in town for a few hours for a conference. At some point during my drive from Boise I picked up a nail in my rear tire. There was a short window to remedy the issue and get me prepared to drive back to Boise. I called a couple places, but the team at Commercial Tire were quick to answer, super friendly, and took my vehicle immediately. Absolutely top notch customer service from the entire team. Jeff was very knowledgeable and we decided to replace all four 5th wheel tires on our 2016 Arctic Fox. We were very glad that we did as there was record high temperatures on our drive home through the NV desert. This place has some of the best customer service around. They go out of their way to get you the best price possible on whatever you have to repair. They usually dont require an appointment unless your getting an alignment done then I highly recommend it as they only have one lift for that but they will take you if they can. Overall Im always satisfied when I have anything done here.

I was in Twin when my car started wobbling. I pulled into Commercial Tire in Twin and asked if they could look at it. Turned out that my rear tire had seperated. They put my spare on for me free of charge. Excellent service.

Be very careful... I no longer go there after they tried to tell me I need work done on my car... It was their way of trying to rip off a woman... I know more than they expected. Thank goodness my Dad taught about cars.

I stayed a night in Twin falls on a trip from the west coast of Canada to Georgia. I woke up with a very flat tire and this was the closest tire place. I managed to get my car there and they took me in right away. They were super friendly and didn’t even charge me for the tire repair!! They sent me safely on my way.I am so thankful. I’m sorry I don’t know anyone in Idaho to recommend them to personally because I am so impressed. With behaviour like this you know they won’t over charge you or do anything unscrupulous. I went during May so there are still COVID precautions and they were well organized for social distancing too. I highly highly recommend! Went and got some new tires, well it took about 2 hours, then they never checked my allignment like they say they do for free. Long story short now I have 2 bald tires what a waste of time.

I went there for slow leak in my suv ...they found long small nails...n they fixed it less then Half an hour...I was very impressed from front desk to guys worked on my car ..not only they did great job they didnt charged me any things...it was like really ..I love these people...not coz its free but kind n friendly.. We were driving across country and spent the night in Twin Falls. We found a nail in one of our tires and were lucky to find Casey at Commercial Tire. I highly recommend them. They were fast, friendly and professional! We will use them again if the need arises.

I came in for a simple oil change and it took longer then expected. Saw a Dakota kid taking forever on his phone up front instead of working on my oil change which he took my information down. Manager was on his phone making a perfect example for his techs on how to treat customers. Management is a joke. I spoke with the other tech and he treated me with respect and I appreciate that. Will go back to my old oil change place.

I came here to get a slow leak fixed on one of my tires. Even though I purchased the tires elsewhere, the staff insisted on not charging me for the services they provided. The store keeps name brand tires in stock for customers to choose from. Not like the other tire dealer in town that stocks off brand tires that I had never heard of. I look forward to returning for tires and service in the future.

We called late one afternoon and they fit us in to fix our flat tire. There were other people in the waiting room and I watched how they treated everyone. They were kind and fair. They gave multiple options for service and were not aggressive or pushy. We out-of-towners awoke in TF on our way to Oregon and found what we thought was a slow leak in our RF passenger tire. Vaughn opened early, put us at the front of the line, patiently removed the tire, diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem, reassured our concerns, replaced our tire and sent us off all in about 20 minutes refusing any special consideration for his trouble and effort. Vaughn was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, just exactly the sort of person one would hope to find when you’re having car trouble away from home. Highly recommended.

We had a flat tire and they fixed it super fast! Excellent and speedy service! Great customer service!

Went in for a simple oil change and service sucked. Dont know if they had a crappy morning but attitudes were strong, especially with the manager. I asked several questions and it was obvious I was bothering them. 63 dollars later, fluids were never checked (one of the questions I asked) meaning not topped off i.e. coolant, window washer fluid, cap broken off, tire pressure never checked etc. Disappointed, looking for a place I can just take my vehicle and get its scheduled maintenance done.

Theyre just a excellent place to go, if you ever need work done on your vehicle. There prices are fair, they are upfront and tell you exactly what is wrong and will show you if possible and will tell you the amount to fix it and the work is guaranteed. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else, I have been going there for 7 yrs now . I made the mistake of going somewhere where else for a quick fix, simply oil change, huge mistake and I only did that cause my spot could not get me in at the last minute and it was an emergency and I just should have waited until I got home. And its Commercial Tire on Pole line in Twin Falls ID.

I got a frunt end alignment

I brought my truck to them asking them to look at a few things for me. They quoted me a price of 1,000 to fix two wheel bearings, turn my front and back rotors and replace and arm bar for my alignment. I didnt have them do the work and took it to another mechanic to be looked at. My front and back rotors are in perfect condition and did not need turned. They wanted to charge me $185 to do this. It cost at a machine shop $22 per rotor to turn. They also quoted me $650 to change two wheel bearings. I bought two wheel bearings for $115 dollars each at car quest. Therefore they were charging me at least double for the parts. It only took 3 hours to replace both wheel bearings in my truck. Which I did myself. The mechanic flat rate book says it takes 1.8 hours to change wheel bearings. Im sure you can do the math on how much they were trying to over charge me. I didnt need the alignment arm either. This shop over charges and quotes you for work you dont need. I cant help but feel like because I was a woman they tried to take advantage of me. Unfortunately for them I can get under my own truck find the problem and do my own mechanic work. I am pretty irritated they would double charge anyone for parts. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE OR YOU WILL PAY FOR WORK YOU DONT NEED AND THEY WILL MARK PARTS UP 100%.

Took my truck into commercial tire for an alignment and tire balance. They ended up breaking off one of my front wheel studs and tried to place blame on the previous shop. I was from out-of-state and the reaction that I got from them was oh well, too bad. After some arguing they reluctantly said that they would replace the stud for free if they could find one. They couldnt find one and sent me on my way (with a broken stud and missing lug nut) and said that they would cover the bill when a shop back home did the work. Called them up a week and a half later to confirm this and the manager said that the shop wouldnt cover the bill unless they did the work themselves...Im from out-of-state!!! I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to ever do business here and I will never come back!
