Ive been using Blip Printers service for 25 plus years. It started out as a easy place to have copies made, but I moved onto having newsletters, posters, invitations, and even to reproducing a hundred year old certificate to look right. Now its just been easy to e-mail projects in, and pick them up. Of course I love their .29 color copies, (which has been around for years) but I also love knowing the people. I know if I have a crazy project to deal with, that Jordan can solve my problems, with great results. Grateful for small local (family) businesses that have been around for a while, because they are worth supporting.

They’ve done our trip envelopes for a couple years and I was happy with those. So I figured I go back to get a hoodie logo design done. I didn’t like the proof so I sent them back and tried working with them to get the design I was looking for only to find out my e mails were blocked. Horrible service!! I’m sad to say I will be taking my business else we’re.

Im a millennial who doesnt participate in social media so I never leave reviews, good or bad. But my experience here has prompted me to do so. My experience was...completely unsatisfactory. I had to pay (at a discount) for the reprint of two very simple black and white prints that had smudges on them as well a file resolution issue that no one bothered to check with me about prior to printing. On one of the reprints, there were still smudges which at first no one said they could see. It was a big production for someone to agree with me and then to come out and lightly buff out the smudges with water by which time 20 minutes had passed. The only reason why I give one star is because Janelle Schafer was the only one who seemed to have any empathy. Thank you, Janelle, for making me feel valued and like I should expect to receive quality product after paying (twice) for it. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, this was a stark reminder of how important it is to make the customer feel valued, especially when competition is right up the road and companies like Minted and Framebridge are nipping at the heels of local businesses. I will not be returning to Blip.
HORRIBLE !!!1 Word can describe them HORRIBLE ! ! !What kind of printing business cant print out 3 words the same day? They Need 5 business days to print out 3 words...They should not be in business.If you have to wait 5+ business days for 3 words, then god forbid if you have to actually get a bigger printout or a whole sentence lolDO NOT GO THEREIts probably cheaper and faster to order onlineHORRIBLE
