Always pleasant and do an excellent work

The ladies here are extremely rude, but it is very expecting of them since they are old ladies who never left the small town scene. They are the kind of Karens that wear pants all the way to under their breats. They depise their lives so they treat your terribly. I believe it is also a small store owned so they lack professionalism as well. Honestly you better off somewhere else.

I brought in my files that needed to be printed, and I was informed what the pricing would be. I was ordering full-color, double-sided sheets of paper to be used for a two-page, centerfold program for an event later that evening.I had a proof printed and I was able to quickly review the printed program right then and there. After reviewing the proof, I noticed some adjustments needed to be made. Under Beckys helpful advisement, I made the appropriate adjustments to the file myself and the entire process was very smooth and quite stress-free. Even though I was working within a tight window of time, the print job did not take as long as I had initially thought it would and the Copy It associates even contributed their time to fold our programs for us themselves so that when we picked them up, there was no additional work to do on our end. The programs were ready-to-go! Perfect for distribution, the work had been done for us and, for that, we truly appreciate their generosity!The prints had come out so well, we came back the next day - after a sold-out opening night ^_^ and doubled our order for more. Thank you Copy It!!

I have had several invitations printed by Copy It and have never been let down. This time I had some baby shower invites made and they turned out perfectly! High quality, creative design, and fast turn around! The price is a bit steep and I think I could probably get them done cheaper online but I like being able to support a local business and get them within a few days versus waiting over a week for them to be shipped to me.

Lack of responsibility, coloring was poor, didnt feel like I was a valued customer.I recently had some posters printed at Copy-It for some basketball players. From the beginning to the end all I heard was how I had misunderstood them and that I was in the wrong and that they didnt say anything that I reiterated to them I had heard. There was no meeting in the middle to figure out the situation, just how I was in the wrong.Now I may be wrong (apparently Copy It thinks I am), but the customer is suppose to come away feeling like their needs were met and if they arent happy a business should at least try to do what they can to make things right. None of this happened. I eventually told the lady there that just because she had worked there probably longer than I was born didnt mean that she had to make me feel inferior for the miscommunication that had happened with both parties.Besides the customer service the coloring of the prints was dark. I had tried to get them to hold off on printing the rest of the files so that I could get them new files that were lighter to try to solve their printers problem, but they went ahead and printed them anyway and told me that they had already printed them and there wasnt anything they could do about it. Printer definitely didnt print true to color.Frustrating experience. Could have been better if they would have been willing to fix my concerns and not act high and mighty about their expertise. Their only plus is that they have a decently quick turn around time... but with dark images it isnt even worth it. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is not a priority here. It would be nice to have a smile. Whenever I go in there it always feels like they don’t want to help the customers. Went in there today and they were rude to an elderly lady because she was confused. Overall customer service is not even on their radar; the quality of prints are alright.

What a shame ... Seemed as though I was bothering them - Not a smile or a kind word the entire visit. Small businesses need to wake up a little - customer service isnt just for larger retailers. How hard is it to just smile a little when someone enters and talks to you? The product ?? - A little pricy and can be found cheaper downtown..
