Very clean and organized Big Lots. I stopped in to get an even exchange on merchandise due to size. The sales associate although very nice wanted to charge an additional amount because my original purchase was made with a coupon. The manager was called after I explained it was same merchandise. Manager made it right.

I came in to make a return for 2 items that I purchased online. However my internet would not work to pull up the order number. I suggested to a older black male that I could call customer service to get the order number. Also, I asked if he could scan the item to pull up my information. To make a long story short….Never again will I go to Union City Big Lots. I guess you were the manager but you’re too old to act like you don’t have any sense. Do better!!!!!! The rudeness was unreal but I kept my composure. I almost left the buggy full of items and walked out….. I don’t know what type of customers their use to but I’m not the one. Learn how to handle situations better and stop trying to tell me that my items was from two different orders!!! I know that they were from the same exact order. The next time I will drive to Newnan or further away before I deal with the lack of customer service. I only gave two stars because the store was clean.

Great friendly staff and super great prices. Also they have the best snacks. You can find anything and everything. My concern is, I wish they didnt have plastic bags. Lets do the environment a favor.♻️

My mom likes bubble bath but most stores only stock body wash. I can always get a great name brand here at a really good price. They also have a huge selection of about anything you want. I really enjoy shopping at big lots.

Not a Discount StoreI usually come to Big Lots to stock up on household supplies, because the prices are so low.I was surprised to find at this store that the prices are more expensive than Walmart and Target now. Just a 4 pack of Charmin was $6.00-- I compared to Walmart where it was $4.97. I thought the whole point of Big Lots was that its a closeout store with deep discounts, this location is not following that mold at all.

Just visit this store today have to say I like it better than the where I live.

I love Big Lots and shop them on a regular basis. They have started giving away different items every weekend, but they ran out of the free masks this weekend. I was disappointed and I didnt have time to drive to another location, so I missed out. Oh well.....

Purchased a bed at this store. Our salesperson was johnny was out of sight friendly and helpful. He even told us how to secure mattress. If you need furniture at big lots please see Johnny. He WILL treat you right.Restrooms unusually clean and functional.

Went to Big Lots this evening to pickup some Serta sheets in queen size. The sign said twin, full, queen or king $12 in bold. On the right the sign had full $18, queen $22 king $25. I asked the assistant manager about the price. She insisted that the price wasnt $12 for the other sizes. I called corporate and they stated they were sorry for the mix up. Then gave me a $20 cupon and 20% off.I returned to the store to make my purchase. This time they tell me I needed to get the cupon from my email. The email had me sign in to my Big Lots account for the codes. While doing this the last customer walked out the store with both sets of sheets with the items they bought for free.I told the manager, you mean you argued with me over the price and someone walked out with them for free!

Went to get my cleaning supplies and stppped the the home furnishings and hkme goods sections. I have to always look when Im in the store. They also had a big variety of Christmas decorations out including trees at a reasonable price. Last year thus was where I found timers to set sll my Christmas lights to come on at dusk....these were essentials. I slso picked up 2 more extension cords. I never seem to have enough yhis time of year.

Im giving it a 2 because usually Big Lot is Christmas Central & it failed the mark this season. Not sure if its because of Covid19, but they extended their furniture section, IjS....

Worst customer service I’ve ever received and I’m a huge big lots fan. Received a piece of furniture from another store with a defect and was told this was the only store that had the furniture. Brought it here to do an exchange per the other store and the union city store wouldn’t do an exchange. Pretty much made me buy it again and return it to the other store which was 45 min away. Attempted to use discount and they made a huge fuss. Will never come back again. Store manager and assistant manager pure idiots. As every other store had no issues honoring my requests

I was in desperate need of a bed and to make it even worse I needed a deal. Big Lots has been sending me emails forever. I spent the night over a friends house and slept in this bed like a baby. I had to ask her where she purchased this mattress. Her answer was Big Lots. I waited faithfully until they had their Black Friday sale. It actually started well before the holiday. My daughter and I made our way to the store on this day to buy beds for both of us.We got to the store and immediately found the furniture section. We had a lot of questions and the store associate was patient with us totally. It was easy to pick out which mattress we wanted because we were able to try them out at the store. Yes literally laid on the bed and rolled around until we found the one we wanted.Let me tell you I have not regretted this purchase at all since I took my bed home. Omg heaven. No complaints.

You can always find awesome deals and great prices. I have shopped at Big Lots from the time they opened here in Georgia, so I am probably their best customer. I do shop at numerous Big Lots and some are larger/nicer than others, depending on the location.

Clean and organized with lots of employees working around the store ready and willing to help. Store is conveniently located to a lot of other shops and is easily accessible inside and out.

Purchased a recliner chair, got it home opened the box it was damaged and tilted at the bottom. Took it back to the store, the sales representative name Mika act like she had an attitude. She said that the store in Fayetteville has 2 recliners and that we can take it there and swap it out. We drive all the way over to the Fayetteville store for them to tell us that they dont swap out damaged furniture from other stores. A really nice girl name Avis called her manager to ask if we could swap it anyway. And her manager said yes, but when they opened the box in the store, that recliner was damaged as well. So we ended up just getting a refund and going to Rooms To Go. Avis was so nice in Fayetteville. Ill go to that Big Lots from now on.

The staff were very friendly even though we entered 5 minutes before closing. While I was waiting in line to make my purchase I joked about going back down isles to find something else. By this time The store had technically closed but the associate still graciously offered to help me find what I need.

I gave them the one star because of the price of the items I purchased. They were very reasonable. But unfortunately, i returned the whole purchase due to the company and their policies. They made a simple exchange turn into a big fiasco. Calling the 1800 and the contract company just complicated things even more (they acted as if they could help and in return DID NOTHING). Very unpleasant service both in store and on phone.

I visited this to return items purchased through the website with original packaging and receipt Store Team Leader Levon attempted to process the return but was having issue with the system. He first instructed me flat out he could not do the return and to try to return it online. I pointed out that the packing slip stated that these orders could be “conveniently” returned in store. I chose this option because I did not have a packing slip and would have to pay to return these items. He then suggested I contact customer service. I asked if he could contact them for me since I was in store with all my items (10 Baskets that I did not want to keep hauling around) and he sighed. All this is to say customer service at this location is severely lacking and it reaches all the way up to management. Ultimately I left the store without my problem being resolved and will have to contact customer service again individually.

This is actually one of my favorite Big Lots. Ypu have to be patient and take your time to look through all of their aisles but it is worth it. The customer service is okay. I always find something good in this location.
