Their Bakery is actually decently priced. Everyone is always shocked when I say that, but they honestly charge a fair price for some very high quality baked goods. Its worth trying, you wont regret it! Their Chantilly Cake is to die for!!

Awesome employees! Also,I loved the way they conducted themselves during the pandemic, even now. WF always has the sanitizing wipes in stock for the carts( well, each time, Ive walked in, which is about once a week) & NEVER gives me problems if there is an issue with the quality. Such great service from every employee Ive interacted with 😉

Say what you will off Whole Foods, it’s pretty well unchallenged as America’s top national high end curated grocery chain. Sure some standards and practice have changed in their new acquisition by Amazon, mostly however they’ve remained Whole Foods as ever. This location is smaller than your average and always bustling. It makes for a bit of an adventure, however if bustle and busy aren’t your thing this may not be the place.

Although expensive, but the meat section is by far better than any other shops. They have a great section for those with Keto diet as well. I feel like people with Keto diet don’t get as many options as other diets, so if you are craving for a cookie or anything else, know that whole foods has some options for you.

This is a nice clean store with a lot of healthy foods. The first thing I noticed upon walking in was a funky smell, but I think thats because they put the seafood right at the front of the store.My family ordered off the hot buffet bar and they really liked what they got. Things are a little bit pricey but it is the specialty items that bring people back

It was good while it lasted. RIP Whole Food of yesterday, I’m sorry Amazon killed you. Have you noticed how their fish and meat is quickly becoming second tier? Have you noticed all the fine deli meats are gone? Have you noticed everything becoming self serve? Have you noticed their staff still being required to wear Covid gear as their incognito shoppers are free to roam without protection? The problem of Amazon, good luck America we kill anything that has intrinsic value.

Just picking up from the Amazon drop point. Noticed a lot of expensive food, as well as stuff you cant get at your local Krogers. Lots of Cheese fancy expensive meat and wine.

Love Whole Foods! Nothing special about this location but same great selections and helpful staff as other locations. Produce is awesome and the store has a large inventory. Of course, it gets busy on weekends but no surprise there. Parking lot is huge so no worries there either.

Very fresh food and very delicious food ready to eat and clean y everything you can find out there.

Whole foods is a great store if you are looking for specialty items, such as vegan and some ethnic items. There also are some items that WF has that Kroger doesnt like org bagged green beans.The bakery due to covid is kind of slow with limited choices. All the gluten free bread products have egg in them so that is a bummer.(in the frozen section) For regular groceries the store is decent but the prices are a little higher and the stock is smaller. There are always a bunch of amazon shoppers running around as well. I shopped here for a cook almost every day for 2 years and the selection is best right when they open at 8. The produce can be pretty good but you have to dig. The meat and fish counters generally are pretty good and will help you with what you need.I rarely go to WF now because my staples are a bit cheaper at Kroger and the store is closer.I also have never had a problem when asking for help for locations or if they have a certain product.How valuable this store is to you depends on your grocery needs. Just allow extra time and extra money in your budget.

Its a small whole foods and the selection is reduced. Staff is wonderful. No outdoor seating. Large parts of the store dedicated to delivery process.

Parking is really crazy so be careful! If youre interested in composting, the Compost Exchange has a tent outside every Sunday 12-3pm! Its nice that I get to both compost and shop for groceries!

A good, upscale grocery store. Delightful staff. Clean store. Great food selections. I didnt almost an hour and a half in there getting groceries, but also taking in all the various items that cant be found at the regular grocers in the area. You will pay a little more there than at the regular grocers, but it is worth it. Def try this place if you havent already.

A nicely sized whole foods. Too many of them are absolutely huge. This has the feel of a local grocery store. Good meat and produce selection and a very good bakery with a number of pastries you will not find elsewhere. Also a very good selection of bulk nuts and flours.

Its inside Whole Foods, surprise! I searched coffee near me and this is what it gave me. The barista guy suggested doing a half and half dark chocolate mocha with a regular mocha, and that made it deeply rich which was FANTASTIC.

Clean store, nice staff etc. My only gripe is I spent $100 on basics which filled up 2.5 bags. Overpriced right!? Well- the bags were so weak they tore in my car on 10 minute ride home. Had to carry them into my apartment without handles. If you are gonna charge me $100 for 2.5 bags of groceries, please make sure you have bags that are gonna tear over nothing.

This Whole Foods store in Upper Arlington is the best in Columbus. It has the most pleasant employees, the produce section is always stocked & fresh. I go out of my way to make this my grocery stop for the week. Thank you Whole Food Upper Arlington, you’re wonderful!

Whole Foods Market is ONLY for wealthy Americans who can afford the overpriced, gouged food prices. Kroger is already getting to expensive with less than 10% of goods healthy for consumers. WFM literally markets up an extra $2 -$5 on top of everything, squeezing out poor Americans from healthy eating; which destroys the well being of a nation as a whole! Portion sizes too small but they gouge you for everything! Imagine; going down every row looking for bulk deals ( does not exist ) for low pricing on quality goods and you walk out with 1 item or less at the counter. The goal of grocery shopping is to save $55 or more by the time you check out! You cannot do that at all here. Kroger used to be like that all the time but even they are failing logistically the needs of Americans! Costco is a bulk retailer ( supposed to be lower price than everyone else ) but their foods prices have gone up $3 -$7 for the same products! Americans are not paid livable wages and struggle to pay their bills but are expected to go broke even more! This is Treason against poor Americans!!!! Lower your prices or there will be a lawsuit in the future for gouging and serving only the needs of wealthy people!!!!

Best grocery store sushi.

I grew up near the Wooster area. I Find Hartzler milk here in Columbus. . Automatic win for me. I know a few others who would agree! Plus their hot bar is pretty awesome having already cooked meals. The store was conveniently located across from our hotel. Parking was never an issue. It was always busy without any unreasonable waiting during our visits at lunch or dinner.

Nice community Whole foods. Ninety percent of the team members are longterm & know all the regulars. The kitchen crew is excellent. Best prepared foods of almost all of the whole foods Ive visited. Great store.

They got certain things, see, that not a lotta other places got, and they dont try to nail ya for em.

More like an Amazon warehouse than a grocery store with all the delivery pickers running around without looking, not respecting social distancing, and generally making it uncomfortable to actually shop there. I’ve been here during multiple days of the week and varying hours and it’s always the same now.The atmosphere has lost the fun of browsing and finding something new to try. It’s now just a place to quickly grab only what’s needed and get out before you get run over.

As Whole Foods go, there is some variability there, this is a good one. It looks difficult at first glance to get in and out, but it is not. The staff is always cheerful and helpful.

This whole foods market is absolutely wondeful! They have everything you could possibly want including a buy/lb got and cold bar. Their mac n cheese is put of this world!Their ice cream is slightly over priced but everything else is fresh, clean, and wonderful! I would come here for everything I need. Customer service is professional and around just enough to make sure the customers are finding everything they need. They dont crowd you and they arent hard to find.Every time Ive come here I have left happy and satisfied. I would recommend this place to everyone!

This store is too small. Things are also up way too high. Their giant cupcakes are bomb.com tho. Seriously worth it.I really hate their produce section. Who designed it? Its awful. Put all organic together and put all conventional together like a normal, sane person. At least their produce looks good... Edit: they have an amazing breakfast buffet on Sundays. I also love their pizza. The oven is even customized with an Upper Arlington plaque on it!I like the little cafe and their pizza is a great take out! Its not cheap stuff, but it is good. Prepared foods are a bit more expensive, but definitely restaurant grade goodness.

This place is awesome, the staff is very friendly. The products this store has are amazing and outlandish. Must shop of regular shoppers.

I had an employee grunt and motion at me frustrated because I was unaware of the new cold/hot bar process. For those who dont know you use the hand sanitizer and the gloves dispenser is activated by placing your hand above the sensor. It will start pushing the air into the glove so you can slide your hand into it. I saw many people do this wrong like I did, so I figured it would be nice to know what to do before instead of being confused after a frustrated staff member mimes to you.

If youre looking for a great selection of vegan items, this is definitely the place. Prices seem to be a little lower than I recall too :)

It is organized although it is a little small so it is even more surprising to see how organized it is. The staff is friendly and seemed willing to help.

I adore this location. I started shopping their when I was an undergrad in college years ago and still shop their now. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because some common items (frozen vegetarian meals) are up $3 more than they are at your usual grocery. It’s more of the unique vegan options they offer that keep my coming back.

Look at these comments, and the response from Whole Foods is to follow up additionally, even after submitting this feedback? This is an example which shows just out of touch this whole place is with...the world. How about someone from Whole Foods, if they take customer service seriously, do that legwork and submit the feedback themselves because people already took time out of their day to submit it here?

This store has gone downhill ever since Amazon took over! Went in this morning at 7:00 a.m. for senior shopping and they threw me out! I will never shop at this store again! It is so full of Amazon shoppers you cannot get around! And they are rude!I give them 0 stars!

So many different things to look at and enjoy! Its got a butcher, a specialty wine, beer and cheese center, its own bakery, and a prepared foods section that serves hot and cold foods that are made daily! The produce has great selection and is super fresh too! The cafe serves coffee, tea, wine and beer as well as meals all day. All of the staff are very knowledgeable about their departments, and are super friendly and easy to find. Their customer service is excellent! Love Whole Foods Market!

I would love to give this store a 5 because I love the store, the salad bar and the pizza. On Tuesday, 8/13, I tried the breakfast bar and loved it too! However, my experience was ruined by a very rude male employee who did not have on a name badge. Hopefully this information will help to identify him. It was around 10 am and he was working at the register that is closest to the service desk. He had brown hair and was unshaven. He was bagging groceries for another cashier and I am sure he saw me behind a lady that was at the register next to where he was stationed. A man walked up behind me and this cashier said he could help him at his register. When the young lady who was the cashier that was checking me out asked how I was I said Im angry now. I said the male cashier should have checked me out as I was next. She said well I can check you out now. That was not the point. The male cashier heard every word I said and said nothing, did not even offer an apology. I then went to the entry way where I returned my cart and got my things together and I watched him once again see a woman waiting to be checked out and he did nothing but as soon as a man walked up, he took his order. This is discrimination against women! I will NOT shop at a store that does this. I will give you one more chance but if it happens again I promise you, I will walk out without buying anything at your store. I dont care what I may have, hot food, salad, whatever. I will sit it down and walk out. I. Still contemplating on calling the corporate office, if it will do any good. So for now 2 stars. If you retrain or get rid of the male chauvinist I will adjust my score.

I moved to Vegas where all the Whole Foods are subpar. I didn’t realize how good we had it here in Cbus. They are way better it’s ridiculous...from quality to prepared goods!

I love this store. Like most high end grocery chains that cater to sustainability and organic living it is pricey, but not so bad I cant feed my family of 7 by shopping there. You do get what you pay for. I really love the produce variety, meat and fish selection and cleanliness of the store. They have a great bulk section AND can special order if you need large quantities.The staff are friendly and very helpful. When there last we spoke to 4 different employees and each one smiled, were courteous, and went above and beyond to serve.

Least well stocked whole foods Ive ever been to. The one in Dublin is much better.

I dislike this location. Easton or Dublin is better.

Although most of the items are not cheap, they are all worth buying. Natural food worth the price, high quality, and great, friendly staff. They have a great variety of items for digestion if you want to detox for men and women or if you want natural skincare products, masks also.

Good clean store distancing and masks enforced which Im a fan of.

What a great place to go for groceries for for lunch, dinner or just wasting time. Go for the healthiest foods on the grocery list. Also take the kids for a slice of pizza or other things like chicken wings from the hot buffet.

Store needs to be cleaned a bit. Surprising given the normal conditions at this location.

I love this location! They have such a great selection on products and even if they don’t have what you’re looking for out, the employees are always willing to check in the back and bring you what you need if they have it. The cashiers are always very pleasant as well. I also love getting food from the hot and cold bars, everything is delicious. The only thing that I don’t particilarly enjoy about this location is, the woman that works the deli counter on Monday afternoons always seems like helping you is an inconvenience to her. She won’t acknowledge that you’re there for little bit but when she finally asks you if you need help it seems like she’s annoyed that you’re there.

I love the prepared foods, the bakery, and the meat/seafood sections. The baked goods and pizza (I havent tried any other their other prepared foods) are expertly prepared, and the meats and seafood are always extremely high quality. If Im planning to cook seafood I always come to whole foods to get what I need.However, as a whole, whole foods can be pretty expensive, so I only shop here as a special occasion or to treat myself.

One of my favorite stores. I was first introduced to them in Atlanta, GA. I fell in love with them. When they opened one in Columbus, you have no idea the excitement I felt! I love this place!

Nice small shop but hit up the Giant Eagle Market up the street. Way more selection with better prices for the average Joe.
