Terrible pharmacy never answer phones and refill the wrong prescriptions. No matter how many times you call their incompetent and don’t understand. PHARMACY PERSONAL ARE AWFUL AT THEIR JOB!!

Went to the minute clinic. Rosa the NP was great. Asked a ton of questions. Answered my questions. Spent all the time I needed.The pharmacy another story. They need to stop sending me 5 messages saying your meds are ready.
Pharmacy has the absolute WORST customer service, management and communication. Should be reported to the BBB and shut down. Please go elsewhere.
I’m not sure if maybe there’s no one managing the store? I’m standing in line along with about a dozen other people and there’s one young lady working the register, but she’s Actually not working the register her and another young lady or at one of the self checkout registers for about 10 minutes laughing and giggling away as they scan her items together paying no mind to the line of people that are waiting. Poorly managed store.
Rapid Covid testing UNRELIABLE at the minute clinic. Canceled me and my partner same day without any reason stated. No possibility offered for rebooking. GIven that it takes 3 days to book and our flight is in 1 day, we might nor be able to fly ; we were left stranded. DON’T BOOK your covid test THERE if you have an important deadline.
I went to pick up my antidepressant and they filled my old one, which I told them a month prior I was no longer taking. They somehow refilled that one anyways. I got home with it and when I ran out of my current med and went to open the medicine and it was the wrong one. Called and they said I had a refill and they would fill it right away since I was all out. They called back and said my insurance would not fill it unless it was 90 days so they had to reach my prescriber. They had issues reaching the prescriber and did not bother to reach out. I had to call them multiple times. I finally reached out to my prescriber but after hours. Then I called my pcp and the oncall agreed to fill for just one week until they could be reached. I now have to pay out of pocket. There refill program is a joke because I have told them in person, over the phone, and by text to cancel another med. Still get daily texts. Just super frustrated dealing with side effects from not having my meds and not even a call to say difficulty reaching prescriber yet a million texts telling me a med that is not supposed to be refilled is there.Just not happy with their lack of communication on important issues.
Just go somewhere else.
If there were an award for corporate wide incompetence and utterly frustrating customers then hands down CVS and their mail order pharmacy should be a unanimous selection for their over achieving in that category. Every refill is an exercise in madness, whether it’s wrong date, wrong dose, wrong insurance info, you can guarantee that it will never take less than several days to get it done. Calling and screaming at them or coming in to the local pharmacy, it would almost be funny if it were a movie, but it’s not.

The pharmacy is sucks, I have to go there for 2-3 times to pickup the prescription, customer service is ridicules at the pharmacy, it been 3 days out of stock for the Motrin for my child I’ll change this location and don’t recommend it to anyone.
Waited an hour and a half for the minute clinic (I was third in line) only to be told to go to my doctor. It was for a tick bite. They should have just said on the website or when I got there if its been more than three days go straight to your doctor...but they couldnt charge my insurance $100 for that. Most of the time was spent getting all my billing information. No secretary so overall very inefficient. Ultimately, if youre going for a tick bite that happened more than three days prior or expecting service within minutes, dont bother.
Pharmacy is always out of medications. Assures their patients the orders will be filled and does not even bother to contact people when it’s not filled. Daughter went all weekend without medications due to their incompetence and then on top of it all the are rude and hang up on people. Terrible! Do not use this pharmacy!!!
Been to the store a few times now to ask to restock the prescription. I keep getting notification to pick it up. I called today and it seem like I was bothering them to restock the script since I dont need it at this time.
This is the WORST CVS I have ever been to in my life. I always have to wait at least an hour even after my prescription was supposed to be filled. The pharmacy staff are beyond rude and seem to always be a complete mess. They are far from helpful and are extremely judgmental. If I have a prescription for a medication I expect it to be filled without judgement as that is their job. AVOID THIS PHARMACY IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!
There is an incredible selection, the staff is always friendly helpful and attentive, and there is a little clinic with awesome hours of you find yourself suddenly ill and your doctors office is closed! How awesome is that?

While this CVS does get quite busy, the only thing that falls behind is the speed of the pharmacy. Products are usually well stocked and the minute clinic is very helpful when you dont have time for the doctor.
Usually helpful, but today i felt kind of looked down upon. No eye contact. No helpful information about the prescription plan which I asked. Felt like racist. Big thumbs down to the staff at the pharmacy today.
Posting the second review. Useless staff. Orderd for multivitamin drops for our baby yesterday. They said its out of stock and it will come by this afternoon. Called them tday and they said please come by 3pm. I arrive at 5 and they say oh its out of stock,may be order has back tracked . They want you to consult the DROP OFF section for further information. This particular drop off section is hardly 2 feet away from pickup and they are unable to help!!! Miserable and pathetic. Changing my pharmacy to walgreen or st vincents. Good bye racist cvs
F terrible! I waited 3 days for my prescription to be filled and then when I went in to pick it up they said oh sorry we transferred it out to a different pharmacy it isnt here. I asked for an emergency supply (2 pills of my antidepressants because I hadnt taken them in 4 days) and they said no! I do not understand what their problem is. WHY do I always need to wait over an hour? Why do they always hand out wrong medications? GET IT THE HECK TOGETHER! You are dealing with human beings medications!!!!! This is how we function. Take your job seriously or quit. I will NOT return. My fiancé was so angered that he screamed leaving the building. I give NO stars.
The manage of this store has the worst customer services skill. Shame on you!
Make sure to check your makeup before checking out. 3 out of my 6 purchased items came used. I lost almost 20 dollars worth of coupons.
The staff are always super helpful and friendly. I go out of my way to shop at this particular CVS
Staff are friendly here & I can always find the products I need instead of going to the supermarket. Just wish they had self checkouts though.
