My credit card was stuck inside the pump. The cashier handled the situation with grace & calm. She didn’t even charge me for the coffee day. That young lady deserves a raise!

My debit card wasnt working in the card reader outside. The cashier came out and was more than helpful and went inside to run my card and brought it back out to me. I had my 3 kids in the car, so I really appreciate the help. It was nice to see such a happy and helpful person working.

What happened?? I’ve been getting my coffee for the past two years always fresh & service was great. Past three times I’ve been in NO Decaf coffee and was told they can only make one pot at a time. Strange way to do business I guess Cumberland Farms it is!!
