I absolutely love this place. My husband came across this place while working on the rod and he really liked the food and the customer service provided, he liked it so much that he took me and the kids. We ended up getting 12 chicken empanadas, 3 iced coffees, 3 arizona juices, 2 pastries all for $60 which I feel is very reasonable. Other reviews complain about the price and the wait time but I’m pretty sure no one would complain if this was Starbucks. Anyway in my experience this place is really good we will def go back even though we don’t live anywhere near by and we have to drive 30min plus to get there. Heads up if you get iced coffee take a look at the ice in your coffee (the ice is made out of coffee which is really cool). I recommend this place and again when comparing the prices think about those chain/franchise places where you go buy your coffee or pastry for probably twice the price with no complains. ❤️ Support small business!

Terrible service!!!!!!! I ordered two bagels with cream cheese. I waited for several minutes. They never completed my order. They were busy cooking, and taking orders over the phone. I will never go back. I would not recommend this bagel shop to anyone.

Eh..I dont think Ill go back. The place is ok just takes a bit long. The bagels are like not how they are in usual bagel places thye are the size of dunkin donuts. Usually bagel places have huge beautiful bagels. I went because I was craving a bagel but I rather go to my usual place

I have gone multiple times before and when the order right it tastes delicious. However they consistently get orders wrong every other time I go. Also I have had problems where they give me incorrect change of $2. I have gone many times before hoping they would have fixed this problem however it just seems to not be the case.

Good breakfast and empanadas

Everything bagel is literately just poppy and sesame. Cold cuts were pre-sliced and tasted like they’d been sitting out. They were even out of mustard!If you’re looking for loose bagels, simple sandwiches with cream cheese or butter, I’m sure this will do.Though, with that said, there’s plenty of high quality bagel stores on Long Island. Do yourself a favor, take a drive 2 minutes in any direction and you’ll find a better one.

Excellent breakfast!

I ordered over the phone, came in after 10 minutes they requested for me to wait. Waited on the line, got to the front of the line and the workers had the audacity to take another customers order behind me, prepare their food and hand it to him allowed him to pay and everything while my food was ready and prepared for me to pay. Very rude, I won’t be going back ever again, my money will go elsewhere, food not even that good.

Staff on Sunday morning is worst. orderedwaited 15 mins then another 10 mins then another 10 mins and trust me store was empty no other customer was there

They overcharge you. My bill came to 22 dollars. When I asked her for an itemized list she handed me a receipt for 21.27. Which wouldn’t be a big deal except I was charged for three sandwiches with cheese and meat even though I ordered TWO sandwiches with meat and NO sandwich had cheese. The owner says he charges for butter like cheese which is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard and insulting. So I got overcharged maybe four dollars on Christmas Day, after I already put three dollars in their tip jar because I like to support small business. A bagel with egg shouldn’t cost the same as a bagel with egg cheese and bacon. Everyone knows that. They were just betting on the fact no one will ask for a receipt. Not good business. Had he offered to adjust my bill correctly I would have respected him more.

Literally the best bagel I have ever had!! Found out they are made from scratch at the store. Customer service was as good as the food. Just changed my bagel store. Its a must try!! And their iced coffee uses coffee ice cubes!! No watered down taste. Simply amazing!

I had an excellent experience. We placed a large order of specialty bagels for my office and they were extremely accommodating. The owner, Patricio, was so nice to work and coordinate with. Also, the bagels were very delicious and homemade.

Our favorite bagel place to go to. Bagels are made fresh. Always look forward to coming here. Staff are always super friendly and attentive.

The service is normally good...but not today 12/7/18....the girl at the front is rude and will have you wait and not take your order. I can see youre busy but acknowledge the customer.

I stopped in to buy an egg and cheese on a roll with ketchup. The place seemed like it wasnt actually open. None of the ovens were on. The woman that took my order didnt really speak much English. She asked me my order at least three times. She was also whispering. I got my food, drove back to work, only to open up the bag and see that all there was an egg on the roll, nothing more. Very aggravated, I drove back and brought it to the gentlemans attention (possibly the owner?). He apologized and gestured for the woman who originally helped me to come over. He told her what I wanted and we both watched her simply put ONE slice of cold cheese and squirt some ketchup on my sandwich and hand it back to me. The roll was dry and since my cheese was not melted, nor was it enough, the sandwich was pretty awful. Will not return here.

This bagel shop was clean but a little small on the inside. The food was good and they had decent prices for bagels and breakfast platters.

Its a shame the owner seems very dedicated to his customers and for that I will give stars for, but I keep getting different prices for them same items throughout the week.
