Been going here since I moved out to Valley Stream and love the owners. Everything is always made so well, no matter matter you order and theyre really nice. My job even orders from them as often as they can because their bagels and sandwiches are amazing 🙌🏽

Failure to follow instructions. your order will always have mistakes. extremely expensive. Examples: bread and butter will cost you $5.00 +Tax, if you ask for extra anything, they will charge you and the sandwich/wrap would not even have extra of what you asked for.)just overall basic food and service. valley stream doesn’t really have good breakfast options anyway so, if you’re willing to deal with it then fine.

Just moved into the neighborhood and found this little gem nearby. Very nice breakfast spot in the neighborhood. Love it!

Sadly, U.S bagels is not the place you want to go to first thing in the A.M. The food is subpar, they constantly get orders wrong, and anything above a basic egg and cheese gets them confused and unable to do. I would look elsewhere for your breakfast.

First impression was very good. Solid B/E/C on a garlic. Also grabbed a plain bagel to test. Thick, fresh and ever-so-slightly sweet, just how I like it. Will be back.My concern is that I went on a weekend during lunch. Will bagel be fresh on off-peak times?

Great breakfast sandwiches

In my opinion, this is the beat place to get a bacon egg and cheese in the area. The staff was great, very friendly. The place seemed clean, the coffee was good. I would recommend and return.

One of the best bagels on long Island. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. The coffee is also top notch.The staff is friendly and fast, and your order will always come out right.Ive been going here for years but I cant give my last star because there is one flaw in the service: If you ask them to slice an onion for you, or dice a tomato, theyll tell you NO! They prep their food ahead of time, like everyone else, so their onions are diced and their to tomatoes are sliced. However, they have whole onions and tomatoes there, so they can give you what you want, which 90%+ places would do for you. I think the customer should always be right with such a reasonable request so its tough for me to give them 5 stars.If you want a good bagel and coffee in the morning with a smile, come here! Just dont ask for sliced onions.

Bagels and croissants are great but everytime I go, they charge me different prices. $2.50-$4.00 for a croissant with butter? $6.00 for a single egg and cheese on a roll? This place is decent but not enough to justify the prices.

BEst bagels near or far. Whenever I buy bagels for a group for work or school people always comment how good these are. The people who work here are very quick and good at what they do.

I go almost every Sunday and get bagels for my family. They have the absolute best bagels (and yes, Ive tried the other places in the area). This place never disappoints and the customer service is absolutely amazing.

The worst bacon egg and cheese ive had. Barely had any eggs when I asked for 2 eggs on the sandwich. Love the staff but u guys have to step it up with the dry sandwitches. Thank you

Very bad experience. I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich a bacon egg and cheese and all the cheese from both sandwiches came back cold and not melted. When I spoke with some Spanish guy he told me I needed to tell them that I wanted the cheese melted. I did not know I had to specify that for a grilled cheese sandwich. I gave them another shot and ordered a scrambled egg and bacon platter with butter toast and extra bacon. I got an omelette with 4 strips of bacon don’t know what happened to the extra bacon and the butter toast came with no butter.

Its ok....Bagels are ok.A little stingy on the sandwiches.The end result should be better than it is.

Good staff, great food

This place just pissed me off!!! I ordered 2 bagels and was specific with my order because Im anal retentive like that. The order was made to go. When I got to my destination with my order I saw that there was ketchup on both of the orders when I specifically said NO ketchup. When I call them about their mistake instead of acknowledging it the young Asian guy who I never saw before and said he wasnt a new employee, lied again and said that he asked me twice about the ketchup when that was not true. Then he hung up on me!!! Suffice it to say its probably the owners relative and they should reconsider having him in their business. I will never go there again!
