Booked an appointment 2 days in advanced but they couldnt do anything with my car because they didnt have availability and asked if I could reschedule. They had my contact info but never gave me a heads up and I would have had they given me a courtesy call but now I wont go back. Wasted my time and put me at an inconvenience.

I am from Michigan. I was traveling through Van Wert last night heading home for my kids birthday party this weekend. My CV Adel decided to use this time as the perfect opportunity to go out on me! Low on cash and frantic, we got towed there by a local tow guy. Slept in my van for the night but was warned to lock my doors so yeah that scared me right away! First thing this morning, 8 am, the owner got me in without question and fixed it himself! Not only was it much cheaper than I could have hoped for, it was done by 9:30!!! The set back itself was a little nerve racking, but Michael made it so much better to deal with and got me back on the road safely! Thank you so much!!!
