Ive been searching for a vehicle for a while. I did get a good deal here at a local dealer but I wanted to check around and try to get a better trade in value on my current vehicle. Roy, the salesman at Lee Kinstle asked me if there were any vehicles I was interested in. So I asked Roy to get me a trade in value before I move forward. I sent him some stock numbers to the vehicles I was interested in and he didnt even know what a stock number was. So, me as a customer has to explain what a stock number was because he didnt know. I even had to send him a screenshot so he fully understood. But he went ahead and ran my credit and never gave me a trade in value. Definitely dont put customers wants/needs first

My dealership experience went fine, but there was something wrong with the vehicle I drove that wasnt mentioned by the seller. Experiences like that make me wonder what else may have been overlooked, or worse, if maybe it was known and I just wasnt told during the pitch.

Kinstles is like family & that goes from the top down. I would never consider going anywhere else. Theyre expert, thoughtful, accommodating & kind whether for Service or Sales or whatever else. They have been our dealership since the 80s so that is quite a testimony in itself.

Thanks to Jason and the staff at Lee Kinstle they went above and beyond with my purchase. I wasnt able to take my new vehicle home with me that day due to a quick repair. I live 2 hrs away and they brought the suv to me while I was at work. They swapped it for my trade and I drove home in my new suv. They also helped me get a lower rate and overall lower payment. Thanks you guys did a great job and I highly recommend Lee Kinstle to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Started browsing for new vehicles, came across what I thought was supposed to be a 2011 Camaro. Obviously someone who works for GM doesnt know much about either GM vehicles or how to use a computer. Either way, if they get something that obvious wrong, Id hate to see what they actually do when you show up. Not too mention based off other reviews I guess Im not surprised by this level of ignorance. This is not the only car on there website that is either wrong completely, or they are just trying to upsell the basics. Says a lot about the character and level of the dealership and the inability to do the smallest things right. Defiantly not going to let you deal with trying to over finance me as well. The car in question particularly in this case is a newer model firebird. And believe me its obvious, yet they are trying g to pass it off as a used 2011 camaro? The GIANT screaming chicken is a DEAD give a away. Or my other favorite, the 86 corvettes thats base, yet theyre trying to pass it off as an official pace car. Its also very obvious thats its not. This place sounds super shady to me, defiantly will keep looking elsewhere. Oh, and if anyone from the dealerships wants to try and deny it, I have pictures.

I had an amazing experience buying my 2016 Cadillac, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! we have bought three more vehicles since my experience with my Cadillac and every single experience was amazing and four vehicles in less than two years!

Drove from Dayton to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Both vehicles I test drove, smelled of smoke and the headliners in these cars where just nasty. They let me walk over a few hundred dollars. I went to Celina and dealt with Kerns. Treated like a king, and its 15 miles south of this place. Treated me well on my trade in too. This place wanted to play the shell game there.

They have the WORST camaro theyre trying to masquerade as a trans am/firebird. And its a v6. This alone is enough not to do any business with them.

Went in to have oil change and break pads changed.. got a bill for $765.. thought that was extremely high so I read through the bill.. come to find out they took the liberty to change all 4 of my rotors without even asking me.. after some back n forth arguing with the front office I decided to pay it and never use their services again.. if you chose to take your car in for services I would highly suggest recording any conversations you have with them.. the scammed over $400 out of me then treated me like I was the criminal smh

Nothing bad to say. Went in looking for a car that had been sold. Was treated well, found a vehicle the following week that was even better. Ernie was awesome! 40 minute drive across the state line into Ohio, will definitely recommend to friends.

If you want a straight forward tell you how it is salesman then we absolutely recommend going to Lee Kinstle! Roy Eyanson was hands down the absolute best!!! He was completely 100% straight forward and honest about the whole car buying process! This is not one of those go to dealerships and sit and wait for hours on end. We arrived at the dealership at 10am and we were driving out of the dealership parking lot at 1145am with our new vehicle! Roy was so amazing and made this whole process so incredibly smooth, easy and painless! I bought a car off this dealership and found out that the dash in the car had been gutted out. Cost is over $1,300.00 to fix this so that I can drive it in the winter. I called the dealership and was informed I bought it as is. Im a buisness owner, and I cant imagine not trying to make this right is some way or trying. Just flat wrong.

Love this place and all they do for the small community of Van West Ohio. Love all the staff including Donnie. Hope they are around for a long time to help all car shoppers

We ALWAYS take our vehicles here for service. They are prompt, great communicators, kind, and very honest. I never feel taken advantage of, ever, and feel like the repairs and services that are performed are always perfect. The experience was very positive. The sales rep understood that we had looked at the vehicle that we were considering purchasing at two other dealers and that our sole consideration was going to be the final price. The first offer from the dealer was considerably less then any previous offer we had negotiated with the previous dealers and we were able to reach a final agreement within a very short period of time. In a nut shell, the process was very pleasant and direct.

I talked to Roy on a Saturday, go to the dealer Tuesday sold a different vehicle because the other one had mechanical issues not a big deal. On the other hand the vehicle I was sold was sold two grand above the price on the internet. I have bad credit was the reason. Was told I needed more down that what I was told originally on Saturday. I needed a vehicle so I went with the deal, my whole thing is I didnt needed to be reminded I have bad credit. Transparency was not there like I thought it would be. So far the vehicle is good thats why it was 2 stars and not 1 star.

Ben was upbeat and straight forward with me throughout the entire process, from test-driving to purchasing, and he even found the remote control to the cd player stereo in my new car. Bought a 2007 f150 and it drove great until an hour after I got it home. It rained and I wentered through a puddle and the truck died. I thought it was just a fluke and the truck started back up. The truck broke down the following day. After putting $300 in parts on the truck less than 24hours after I bought the truck I was irritated to say the least but the truck was back up and running. Less than a week later the truck broke down again and required another $100 part. I did get a partial reimbursement for the parts but after the second major breakdown I told them I do not want the truck....its been a week. I spoke with the owner who basically sounded like he could care less that I was dissatisfied with the vehicle I purchased, and told me it was not his problem cause he cant control the rain....the guy is a damn joke and the dealership sold me a lemon. I will never go back to this place or refer it to anyone.....absolutely terrible.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The level of deceit is amazing here! Iv had the worst buying experience in any vehice i have ever purchsed. I had issues the day after I brought the vehicle home and contacted Roy Emerson and let him know of the issues I was having and he said the car had been on the lot for a while and the issue should resolve itself and if it didnt to take it to a repair shop and have the vehicle looked at and if there were repair costs to pay them and he would reimburse me. Well the issue did come and go but I believed In what he said and went on driving the vehicle as it was. Well driving to work on the 31st of December the car totally stalled out and would not start. Mind you I had the vehicle towed to a repair shop to find out a rod had broke in the engine and the engine would have to be replaced. I literally have made two payments on this vehicle and there is nothing they are willing to do to help out with the sitiation. The repairs of the vehicle are going to cost 5700.00 which is nearly half of what I took a loan to purchase this vehicle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! AS I SAID THE LEVEL OF DECEIT IS AMAZING! HOW ANYONE CAN DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE.

I didnt buy from them this time, but I ended up not buying anywhere because of a possible money situation. Ill still go to them first when Im seriously in the market, perhaps this spring or early summer 2018.

Horrible service. I bought a 2014 gmc sierra with a special aftermarket upgrade and was told by two salesmen that it passed a full inspection, then i find out as im leaving, from a guy who works there, that the exhaust is broken. And its missing the key to the tonneau cover, and no owners manual, and the speedometer is broken. After lying to me about the truck being inspected, they are unwilling to work with me to resolve these issues, even though its still under full bumper to bumper warranty!!!!!! The level of deciet is amazing at this place. I cant believe they do business this way. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
