Great service from the pharmacists. However, DONT get a Covid test here. After seven days we still dont have our results and they have no idea as to when we will receive them. Theyve partnered with Google on this venture which may explain the lack of timeliness.

What color is the pill you want?The new pharmacy staff is unprofessional. Came in for a prescription refill that I have been receiving for about a year and a half. They tried to sell me a generic WITHOUT asking me first. I understand it was an insurance issue but the generic has made me sick in the past and this should of been brought to my attention before making the transaction.After having a good conversation with my insurance I came back only to an unhelpful rude pharmacist that kept saying no this is what it says and not listening to a word I was saying (the resolution to the problem) AFTER I left angry because I was not being heard. The pharmacist looked into it, called me, and repeated every word that I said to him. If he would have just done what I asked when I was there instead of standing there arguing, it would have been resolved. I call today to make sure it is resolved and a different employee literally just asked me What color is the capsule of the pill you want WHAT are you kidding me!?!?!?! Isnt that YOUR job!! I am at a lost of words! I would probably remember the color of I havent been off my daily medication for a week and a half because these employees do not know how to dispense correct medication. I would be careful.

The cashier Jess was very polite, helpful, courteous and friendly. She was a big help in assisting me to find everything that I needed and she knew the inventory very well.

Great place to get assorted items like cards, make up, snacks, as well as, of course, medicine and health items.

I had a very nice experience here today at the Vandalia Rite Aid. The worker there, Joni, was very kind and asked if people needed help. She also shared helpful information about returns if I had any problems. It was a very nice and professional experience! I would recommend this store.

My wife received her Covid Vaccine at this store and was treated very quickly and professionally. Store was very clean and well organized.

Horrible experience with anyone who works in the pharmacy. They are always rude and nasty.

Took passport sized photos at this outlet 3 months ago. The quality is very poor although the price is cheaper than other places. Not worth saving the extra dollars to get photos taken here. Wont return to this place to take photo again.

Clean and organized

Went to Rite Aid around 4:40pm and a sign was written on the glass doors. Computers are down. Unable to do transactions. Saw a pharmacy worker walking around the store on her phone. All the lights are on. So, I called them and it took forever for someone to answer the phone. All he said was Rite Aid I asked him if all of the computers were down and he replied yep I asked did he have any idea of when he thought it might be back up and running and he said nope. That was whole conversation.

I have gotten nothing but a headache from this pharmacy.

They don’t price match their online store. I went in to grab a lotion and it was $5 more in store, that’s ridiculous I’m on my way to Walmart to make my purchase.

Some people are friendly most are not here. As for the pharmacy I am done this is the 3td time in the last few months I’ve called meds in days before they needed to be and it still took two days to get filled!! Especially bad with time sensitive meds!!!

They never have our prescriptions ready!! I can call 2 days in advance and it still will not be ready. They need to hire more people!!!!

Pharmacy always screws up and then has the audacity to blame it on the customer. Despite calling in a refill a few days early(as always), was told I obviously didnt do it early enough because my doctor hadnt responded to the refill request. Cant switch to Hocks fast enough!!!

Not going to bore anyone with details, but I was treated very rudely. Was upset but thought people are entitled to a bad day. Recounted the story to my mom, and she one upped me. I was aggravated with my treatment, but when I heard my mom was being miss treated, I switched to Kens Pharmacy. Was a Rite Aide customer since moving to Vandalia in 08. Now, I cant think of a situation that will ever get me though their doors again.

Friendly service, high prices.

If I could have given them no stars I would have! Charged me $23.00 for a .7 oz tube of Abreva and Target has it for $9.00. Also, I could have bought a lot of 2 on Ebay for $20.00. I will never shop at Rite Aid again!!!!
