Nice Cafe, good selection of ice-cream and coffe, kids was going crazy for Boba drinks.

The young lady who served us was very helpful and friendly. She was willing to look into ingredients for my allergy issues and was also friendly and helpful with all of the children asking questions. And, of course, the ice cream was delicious!!

Im glad I found this place. Its convenient located and has a huge selection of treats, ranging from bubble tea to ice cream to shaved ice and more. Prices are reasonable. Service feels a little slow, but that might be my timing. Will continue to go back.

Great place. Staff are friendly. Flavors are phenomenal. Prices are amazing. The shaved ices are huge and they have like 20 flavors. I definitely recommend the condensed milk on the shaved ice. It sounds weird but adds a wonderful touch. The ice cream is chocolate shoppe and also has about 25 flavors. They also have coffee smoothies lattes expressos and waffles! Definitely worth checking out!!!

We used to enjoy coming here, however, the service has gotten very sloppy and rude the last three visits we’ve been here. I even brought extended family from out of town here, and they all were disappointed in their orders. Seems like no one knows how to make a chocolate malt? I’ve been handed sloppy sundaes with chocolate syrup literally pouring over the dish onto workers’ hands and onto mine as they hand it off. I didn’t want to leave a negative review but this has been recurrent.

After coming here once I keep coming back for more! Nice friendly service 😀

My husband and I ordered two different cappuccino drinks, we both got lattes. Mediocre food. Annoying flies. Industrial atmosphere, not a place that invites you to sit and relax.

Decent ice cream from Chocolate Shoppe, so nothing unique about it. The junior and the single seemed to be the exact same size and amount of ice cream, with the junior being cheaper. The tables needed to be wiped down, there were only two people working and it seemed like there wasnt time to wipe things down for them.

This is the first time Ive been to Icki Sticki. I will definitely be coming back! There were many choices on the menu, ranging from coffees to breakfast items to boba tea, and lots and lots of flavors of ice cream! And just an FYI, the junior scoops are plenty big!

Serves chocolate shop ice cream along with many other menu options. Cant decide on cone vs dish? Then get both? Stick the cone upside down in the dish and get the best of both worlds!

My boyfriend and I originally stopped by while looking around Verona and decided to have some of their ice cream. We are from out of town and really enjoyed the creaminess and many available flavor options. The lady working the counter was really friendly and accommodating while we talked about our hometowns. Whenever we are in Verona, we will be sure to stop by!

Found this place a few weeks ago when my friend recently moved to the area. We were super SUPER excited to find authentic shaved ice, plus it is such a cute place and close to her house! We stopped by tonight and ordered shaved ice, when she placed it on the counter we could instantly tell it wasnt right. It was chunky like snow cones, we said something and she mentioned that they just got a new machine and it doesnt work right. We took and paid for the ice, but later returned it for soy ice cream (thanks for having dairy free options!). We will miss the authentic shaved ice, but will still come back for ice cream.

On 6/6, we went to Icky Sticky for bubble tea to celebrate the end of the school year. Bubble tea bubbles were not cooked all the way. The drinks were not well made. It was very disappointing. I may have been willing to give them a second shot, however, my daughter originally wrote a critical review and they contacted her employer. Cannot recommend this business at all.

Okay, the ice cream is great and all. Ill never turn down chocolate shoppe. However, the real winner here is the waffles. They taste just like a waffle cone, with tons of topping options...like the aforementioned ice cream. Also, anyplace with an affogatto is a winner in my book.

I love Icki Sticki! The Verona location is HUGE with a very large kids play area. A very family friendly environment and awesome and loving owners!! So many options; gluten sensitive and dairy free are ones we love!

Ice cream was really good! But the bubble tea I ordered was not good at all. I think itll just take some practice for the establishment to get bubble tea right. The one I had was a hazelnut milk tea with almond milk and tapioca pearls. It tasted like milk with a hint of sugar. The pearls were few and far between and not pre-made. They were tough and unsweet. I watched the pearls being made in front of me, which is a red flag for boba. Typically pearls are soaked in a sugar mixture to add sweetness to them. The hazelnut flavoring was unnoticeable. Definitely needed more flavoring/sugar. I dont think there was any tea in my milk tea at all. The color was the main indicator- it looked as if the flavoring was just pumped into the milk. I was very disappointed. I hope the establishment can look into how to better make bubble tea because when it is good, you can attract a lot of patronage. Best of luck to Icki Sticki.

Great place for ice cream would not recommend shave ice flavors cotton candy blue Hawaiian peach and mango when we got them it burned the hole houses lips and thought the were rilly nice about it but still do not recomend we will still go there but not for shave ice.

Passing thru town. This place is hiding behind a gas station I stopped at. Almost did not see it. Glad I did! Hidden gem. Family friendly place. Enjoyed watching parents playing with kids in the play area. Girl that served me was a total cutie. Quick smile. Helpful with suggestions. blue streaks in her hair so she fit in nicely with the fun atmosphere lolSuggested improvements ------They need a lit up sign.And I did feel bad for the girl. she doing all the cleaning up while her older lady coworker was sitting down doing some kind of crocheting or something.But all in all I give this place and the young girl 5 stars!

Great place after swimming at verona beach on a hot day

I have gone many times to icki sticki and each time have been disappointed with the drink quality. The snow cones and ice cream selection is great but there is clearly no care for the product quality of drinks going out the door. I bought 3 boba drinks this most recent time and was extremely disappointed. They made my drink with milk, snow cone syrup and approximately 10 tapioca balls, that is not an exaggeration. They also did not believe that you could do a boba with tea, which is the most common way you see them. Stop in for ice cream or a snow cone but nothing else.

My daughter and I visited the Verona location this week and loved it! The barista recommended the dirty chai and the broccoli cheddar quiche - both were delicious! Really friendly and welcoming owners too 😀

I would stick to just ice cream. My husband ordered a root beer float and it was root beer flavoring, tonic water, and ice cream... he didn’t finish it, it was so bad. I ordered a blended latte and it was also not good. I threw it away.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited at counter for almost 10 minutes and no one came to greet me or take my order. Ended up just leaving. This is the 3RD time that it has happened to my wife and I. Will never go back!
