I didn’t catch the mans name, but the man making the sandwiches today 11/1/21 in the meat and cheese/sandwich section was extremely nice! I think his nameplate said manager or area manager or something, but again I didn’t catch his name. Extremely friendly guy and he recommended a great sandwich, thank you sir! And keep up the great work! He gives the customers a great experience!

I love noodle bowls and was not disappointed. Who would have thought to get a noodle bowl from Publix? Cant wait to try the salad bowl!

Publix at the Bray is one of my favorite Publix locations. Newly built, modern design, friendly, helpful, and polite staff. The aisles are always fully stocked and set up so neatly. They also have a lounge area that is very accommodating! Definitely recommend shopping here 1000%.

Nicely setup, clean grocery store but the produce is too often not fresh. Ive several times bought home produce thats already nearly spoiled. Just recently I purchased an egg plant, went home and cut it for a dish within the hour to find it was already spoiled. Ive also bought canned and jarred products that upon arriving home I discovered were already beyond their expiration date. Nice store, nice staff but they have a problem keeping fresh product on the shelves.

Love this Publix. I can come and get lunch, and eat it on the mezzanine. The aisles are wide and the whole place feels more open and safe.

I have recently moved to the area and Publix is a brand that is familiar and trusted. Publix at The Bray is like all Publix, friendly, polite team members waiting to help with a smile. This fairly new store offers all the same grocery brands and deals as my old Publix. I was delighted to find a self-serve hot bar and salad bar in addition to their deli. I believe they even have a seating area upstairs. All employees were masked which is becoming more unusual since the COVID vaccine has become more available to the general public. Well-lit, amply spaced aisles add to the overall pleasant shopping experience. I look forward to frequenting this store AND the shopping complex it is a part of while I live in this area.

Went in to get a donut from the bakery and in the new Publix they placed the bakery in the far back left corner by itself. Once I got there I found out they don’t sell single donuts. Bakery items was really limited. You would think if you want a single donut from the bakery you could buy it. Will go to the Piggly Wiggly in the future. So much easier to get in and out and always accommodating.

I have had one too many disappointing events at this location. Twice I had to complain about the deli. Once the employees were not wearing gloves the second time I was given raw food. This time I went to get batteries. There was a 25% off coupon on the hangers for the batteries. All the Duracell brand. 4 pack 8 pack so forth. I get to the register with my 4 pack and they ring up normal price. I ask about. A young lady goes and checks then comes back and tells me it only for the bigger packs. Then why is it on all the pack sizes? They must of run out of room is what I am told. The cashier was very nice, apologetic but the other lady although not rude was not willing to solve the issue but was insistent on me paying full price. Needless to say although I would normally just pay decided not too and left. This was not a customer mistake but store level which should of been handled better.

Very clean store, everyone was so friendly and Tasha at the service desk went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful for her kindness.

Customer service always great at this location. The fruit is always the best selection of fruit around. Prices are a we bit high but the customer service and the selection of fruit and fresh seafood is worth it.

Everyone in this store is super friendly, clean and the employees have gone out fo there way to make sure they have a great selection like even special ordered products my other Publix had in another state. (with the exception of the pharmacy person but there’s always one right?!) Overall awesome store!

Ordered 30 pieces of chicken and the cake for a party. Bought salads to go with. It was all terrific!

We frequently receive expired and damaged items on our Instacart pickup orders. Especially produce. Its ridiculous. Well be trying another Publix location for pickup.
