This last purchase, I utilized their 90 day comfort guarantee and selected another mattress. there were no issues and I love my new mattress.The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating, the delivery crew damaged my Headboard.After my review, received a call from David at Bedzzz Express. David immediately took care of my damage to my headboard and was very apologetic. Everyone involved went out of there way to make me happy.I will continue to be a Bedzz Express customer.

Pam was WONDERFUL to work with when selecting beds for our home and lake condo! She was able to set up next-day delivery to Lake Martin and, dispit the elevator being broken, the men carried 4 beds - from king - twin up the stairs and had them set up in a flash. They were extremely hardworking and polite. Same was true of the men who brought a new king-size bed to our house. We wanted to keep our money in Vestavia Hills and were so pleased we did - the service was excellent!

We recently had the pleasure of working with David at Bedzzz Express in Vestavia Hills. We needed a twin mattress with trundle and David was exceptionally knowledgable about every product in the store and so awesome to work with. It was an easy, smooth transaction especially during this world wide pandemic. He had the entire place clean, was wearing a mask, pointed out hand sanitizer and had disposable sheets so i could try out different products. From the beginning when i first reached out to him to the end when he delivered everything, my husband could not be happier. Please, dont buy a mattress from anywhere else.
