Was not at rent a center went to subway on palmdale and Armagosa rd one of the employees was a rude and totally disrespectful she was totally impatient and lack of class it was an older lady the young lady was quite nice some ppl shouldnt work with the public

I was charged taxes on every single payment of made on a ps4 slim which wasn’t even the PlayStation I wanted, but the same as cash value was $586.92 plus tax it came to $632.40. Every single payment I made on that PlayStation they added in tax to it so I probably paid close to $700 on something that is or suppose be $600 so that same as cash is a lie. And as for the taxes they were at in to the full price of the item and to add taxes on top of that is like “stealing”. I will be going to a different Rent-A-Center next time and before I rent anything I will be questioning them on the taxes thing.

I definitely recommend Rent-A-Center for household appliances and furniture. If you have bad credit that they wont except anywhere else, as long as you have a stable job theyll give you a chance.

I always get my things that I need for my house from here.They are really reasonable as far as prices go. I have been dealing with them for years.

Ask for too much requirements. Every time I call it’s different requirements. So confusing highly unsatisfied

Sep 3 2013 my complaint the owner n manger no good im so getting 2 dislike rent -a center, my reason why is they want to contact d same refence just to deliver my older daughter bedroom set when they freaking have everything on file they wont deliver it unless they contact them wtf computer and bedroom set last year and i listed d same refence they know darn well it on file but they want to contact them again i know not to get anything from here i learn my lesson shoot
