Had over 50 pictures and a video of the bike and it was very well represented as to the condition of the motorcycle. Couldnt come up right away but they stayed in contact with me and answered more questions that I had before I made the trip up. After talking to them several times, Nasir and Ali, I felt very confident about the condition of the motorcycle. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to check the motorcycle out. Once on the premises met two of the nicest guys to deal with, again Nasir and Ali, and just talking with them we felt these guys were straight shooters and not salesmany. Bike was EXACTLY as advertised and basically new condition. 2,000 miles all stock. They just said there it is check it out. I went over the bike and inspected it and checked off the items on my checklist and they werent looking over my shoulder or pressuring me or anything. They got me the keys and said take it for a ride and it didnt take anytime at all to realize the condition of this bike. Came back from test ride I said best price out the door and we quickly reached an agreement that I felt was a good solid price. 5 Stars for this great company. I live in Springfield IL, which is about 3 hours away from Car Place. I was shopping around for a car for my son and came across their Highlander on Craigslist. I gave them a call and we asked about scheduling a viewing and talked about the price. We told them our plans, our budget and that if we liked the car, we would want to do a full checkup at the dealer. The next week we came up to Villa Park and saw the car.Nasir and Ali were very nice and patient and answered all our questions. We took the car to the dealer and had them do an inspection and they came back with a couple of problems they found: the power steering line was leaking and there was a small dent in the windshield. They offered to fix it for us at no charge, which is awesome. On top of that, they have found that there was a little play in the steering which was also fixed. We came back and picked up the car the next week, car was fixed to our satisfaction. 100% recommend this company, great price, great service, great people.I would buy another car here...

Nice small used car shop. I felt great dealing with them on my car purchase. No pushiness or salesman feel. Very relaxed environment. Once we decided on a vehicle and were given a great deal Car Place had their mechanic take care of a suspension issue. When the first repair didnt completely eliminate the problem they continued to replace parts until it was resolved without changing the deal we had. I would definitely check their inventory next time Im looking for a used car.

Best car buying experience ever. Interested in 2007 Honda Accord they had advertised however, we live 5 hours away and could not arrive for a test drive until three days later. He graciously held the car until we arrived. The car was in excellent condition as advertised . A small glitch in an actuator for the air conditioning system that he fixed without hesitation. We were accepted as his guest and treated us to lunch while the repair was completed at his expense. This is not your average used car dealer and I will definitely return for my next used car purchase. It’s well worth paying them a visit to experience for yourself and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. We are very happy with our purchase and give a first class five star rating.

My boyfriend bought a car here this January and the owner couldnt be nicer -- he gave him an unbeatable price, stayed late for us to come in, and wasnt your standard sales-y guy, so trustworthy and easy to communicate with! We bought a car for my wife last month and it was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ali and Nasir were very friendly with no pressure. There was a noise issue with the heater which they fixed. They also drove the car to our mechanic for an inspection. The mechanic found an issue with the alternator which Car Place also fixed. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car in very good condition as this is what they specialize in.

I was brought here because of the good reviews and I want others to do the same. These guys were great. Nasir was great to deal with, super easy to talk to with little to no pressure whatsoever, and I think thats because he lets his cars speak for themselves. I purchased a 2000 Lexus ES300 from them last weekend, and could not be happier. The car is great, but that was kind of expected as its a Lexus and a one owner Lexus at that, so we wont even get into that and well talk about the dealership instead. The place was clean and organized, all of the cars and bikes (yes, they have bikes too) are kept inside in a climate controlled garage, are extremely clean, and well detailed, without being over the top. The car I purchased was clean and very well detailed, without having the annoying film of grease that so many professional detail shops seem to get wrong. The engine was clean, but not uncomfortably so, like it had been steam cleaned. It just looked like it was very well taken care of. The interior was spotless besides a tiny rip in the side bolster of the front drivers seat, and if youve ever driven a Lexus before, it still has that unique Lexus smell. I would not hesitate to buy another car from these guys, though that may be a problem as I feel Ill have many years in this car, so Ill just be sure to send anyone I know there way to buy cars from them instead.PS, I left a CD in the truck I traded in and they even went as far as to carefully mail it back to me.These guys are an honest bunch. The place is the epitome of small family business as its relatively small, ran by two brothers, and they make you feel like one of their own.

I went to several places looking for used Cruiser style motorcycles. I wasnt looking to spend more than 3 grand. For that price most of the bikes were worn out high mile bikes. After seeing the bikes at the Car Place... I purchased the 2004 Suzuki Maurauder. My brother in law also decided to purchase the Honda VT 1300 for the same price I paid. Yes great guys to do business with.

Car Place & Motorcycles is not your typical used car dealership. Inquired here about a 2004 Saab 9-3 Aero. Nasir responded quickly, answered any questions I had and we set up a test drive. The drive went well, but I have had bad experiences with cars so I sent a 3rd party to inspect the car. The inspection came back clean, so I bought the car. Ten minutes into buying the car a warning light came on, which Nasir said he would fix for me free of charge. The repair took longer than expected, so Nasir gave me a loaner car to use in the meantime. Went to pick up my car the next day with no problems. Nasir and his brother are very personable and you can tell that they truly care about their clients satisfaction as well as the cars that they sell. Even more so, when I was waiting for my car to come back from the repair shop, a customer of theirs came in complaining that a car they just bought from Car Place needs a new engine after bringing it to a mechanic. I could tell that Nasir was genuinely surprised and did not hesitate to give them a full refund. Their hospitality is unlike any other used car dealership Ive seen (and Ive been through many). I cannot recommend this place enough. With a small deposit, he assured me hed hold it until I could get there to look it over. Also, after one concerning question regarding the clutch, Ali scored huge points by sending the vehicle over to a nearby service facility to have it replaced ! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and shown where to privately inspect the Jeep.No pressure. No hovering. No hassles.Loved what I saw and inspected it, and after a lengthy test ride (alone), I knew it would become part of my garage stable. How car buying should be. Nice and easy experience. Well priced car, leaving little need for negotiation. Very good condition. They dropped off the car to have it inspected at the mechanic of my choice in the area. That mechanic said it was a really good car, and pointed out some typical maintenance/minor repairs that needed to be done, and Car Place performed the maintenance immediately at no charge (about $250 worth). Good guys making an honest living and trying to sell cars that they themselves would want to buy. Very pleased, would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a high quality used vehicle.

I recently bought a 2005 Saturn Vue from Ali at the Car Place. I live in Denver so he took pictures underneath to show me there was no rust and helped me purchase my truck over the phone. I flew into Chicago to drive home and Ali met me at the airport with coffee (it was an early flight). We finished all the paperwork and I set off for home. Ali made sure everything was in working order so I would have no problems on my 1500 mile journey home. I made it home safe and Ali messaged to check in and see that I made it home.I love my truck. I just bought a car last weekend and was looking for about 3 to 4 months. I was skeptical before pulling up to this location when me and my Mom were shopping around last Saturday. We were looking for a Honda Odyssey and well I just didnt trust anyone, everyone was trying to rip me off or hide issues with their vehicles. I literally walked in with her, instantly got a family owned business vibe. I asked them about the Honda Odyssey if they still had it, they pulled it around and just let me test drive it. I was still skeptical but once I got in it I could tell it was well maintained and whoever owned it previously obviously had OCD like myself LoL...I still was skeptical, I even had the Carfax pulled up on my phone before I got to this dealership so I knew if they were hiding stuff or trying to screw me or not. GUESS WHAT? They literally had the Car priced out EXACTLY as CarFox said was a Fair price for the vehicle and In my opinion it was of higher quality then I expected. So right off the bat, they were FAIR and not trying to hike the price up. Once I noticed they were being honest about the cost of car, it actually was hard to attempt to argue or negotiate if I even wanted to get it cheaper. So I told him I was a veteran and had been going through allot and it took me a while to save up and Nasir still worked out with me and I was able to take the car home that day! These guys are LEGIT and TRUSTWORTHY and I hate fake people 1,000% and they kept it real with me and followed through to make sure everything was working on the car. They even fixed a small issue on the car the next day and gave me a oil change!!!! So I just have to say sorry for the long review, but if your like me, cant trust anyone at all, and you come across a actual business fighting to have Integrity and stand by their customer, and their product. Then you have to consider my review, hands down I recommend Nasir and his familys business. He cares about veterans and hes honest! This used car dealer was listing vehicles with ripped and torn seats, soiled carpeting and scratched paint listing the vehicles condition as excellent on craigslist, wasting peoples time. God only knows what other problems this car has if they think the aforementioned issues are excellent. If you question the condition of the vehicle they will taunt you over email.

Not only did Nasir have a great knowledge of the car he sold us, but he provided a Carfax report, let us test drive it right away with no questions asked, and didnt pressure or nag us at all. Unfortunately I wasted my time making the drive to this dealer despite all the 5 star reviews. Upon arriving to view the vehicle it would not start due to a bad battery. Also battery terminal was corroded. Needed a power steering rack, spark plugs, transmission fluid was burnt and brakes were done with the cheapest metallic Auto Zone parts. I wouldnt complain if the vehicles werent priced at a premium. Also brake light bulb out shows they didnt do a full safety inspection. This is what I found in the small time there viewing the vehicle.

Drove from Ohio to pick up a 2000 Lexus es 300. I like the car, gave a good rating at 1st, but boy there are some costly repairs that need to be done to this so called solid vehicle.
