It was easy to communicate with him and he did not rush any member of my family as we asked questions throughout our visit.The finance persons name was Efren and he was gentle and patient with answering our questions dealing with the payment portion of the sale.Michele, the lady behind the desk, was friendly and welcoming to my family as well.Premium Motors is a one-of-a-kind car dealership because of their showroom that displays unique decorations with a little bit of nostalgia.I have never seen any showroom like this one!!

I came to this dealership at 11 am to test drive two vehicles. I already an approval from my bank prior to walking in. I met Sales Specialist Ada Galarza. This lady was rude the moment I spoke with her. She informed me I can look at the vehicles but couldn’t test drive them. She proceeded to tell me I couldn’t test drive a car unless I am approved through one of their banks. I tried to find someone else to verify this claim but she informed me no one was in. This place doesn’t deserve your business please go elsewhere. Why have the US, and POW flag if you treat veterans like trash?

They misinformed me on the condition of the car I purchased. Turns out the engine barely had oil in it. I ended up spending tons of money to fix it, and the leakage never went away. They told me it was an old car and this was probably going to happen. Also, they never call back when they told me they’ll reach out to me for discussion. I had to call several times.Save your money.

Ada and all staff were professional and friendly. The car they advertised on line was EXACTLY as advertised. I really wasnt sure about driving 100 miles from Michigan thru Chicago. Did that once to Hyundai in Elgin and was mistreated. I made the offer over the phone--no pressure, easy to work with. Five minutes after the call (if that long!), the completed offer was in my email. I made a refundable down payment to hold the car. When I went to the store to test drive, I was greeted immediately, given personal attention, a drove it almost immediately--there was NO pressure. They use CarFax on their vehicles so their vehicles are well-documented. I would DEFINITELY purchase from them again!!!

I had been looking for months, trying to find a well maintained second generation Lexus LS 400, when I came across Premium Motors website. The high reviews and excellent photos led me to call Juan, despite living out of state. After a quick negotiation, payment was made and my car was on its way to Pennsylvania. Ive been here 3 times the last week based on cars they have on their website, none have been there, they claimed they sold over a week ago and takes 72hrs to update their inventory online which is odd, I suspect its their way to get you in the door I havent seen 60% off the cars on their site in the lot. 72hrs vs going on 7 days approach with caution

Do NOT buy from premiere motors!We bought a vehicle from this dealership only to find out within a week that there was several issues with it. We contacted Juan Ramirez (the one who sold us the vehicle) and he they would not do anything about it. This was after several days of him not returning/ignoring our calls. We understood buying a used vehicle there would some issues but now we are out in repairs what we paid for this vehicle. (Collectively over 10k!)Do not buy from them. They only care about getting your money, they do not care about the customer at all!

I rarely leave reviews, especially a good one for any Car Dealership, much less a Used one. But I must say this was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Kudos to Michele (office manager) for assisting in the arrangements for me to fly from out of state to see the car. She sent me the car info, deposit contract and even arranged for airport pickup early in the morning. While I did not end up buying the car, there was no hard sell and they understood. Arthur (Operations manager) and Rudy (salesman) were helpful and not pushy. They knew I was a serious buyer, but understood the car was not exactly what I wanted. Rudy is very nice and honest - the opposite of the typical used car salesman stereotype. My deposit was promptly returned within the 72 hours as Michele promised. As a woman trying to buy a car, I have not always had a good experience. But my experience at Premium Auto has given me faith that not all used car salesman are dismissive when it comes to women buyers or take advantage. I’d highly recommend calling Rudy if you are in the market for a car. He is straightforward and honest. Highly recommend.

It’s a good place but at the same time it’s not one reason why this place is not good is because of the interests they gave me and my dad a 22.5% of interest and that’s way to much not even for a new car they would not give it to you for that much I would not recommend it. The cars are nice but to much interest for me to pay and so it can be my first car no thank you😠

The staff at this dealership are very respectful but at the same time very unhelpful. When I bought my Mini from them within 24 hours the turbo blew and the car was dead. They took my car in and battled with the warranty they sold me for about a month in a half. By the way they couldn’t offer me any loaner car to use so I used Uber to get back and forth to work for the time and spent well over $500 in fees, only getting $300 back from the dealer. The new turbo they put in had no branding and was definitely after market. Sure enough after a couple months the new turbo now has a warped waste gate and after contacting this dealer ship countless times to have them take a look at their turbo they no longer return my calls. Very disappointed in my service.

Bought a 05 Chevy Trailblazer on Tuesday of last week and 2 hours after my purchase my check engine light came on With 190k miles on it I was skeptical but I really wanted this truck and couldnt find anything else I wanted as soon as my engine light came on I called them which was after hours so I left a message they got back to me that following morning ensuring me that it would be fixed all I had to do was drop it off Friday knowing that it was the holiday I dropped it off Thursday due to having to work they kept the vehicle till monday afternoon saying they fixed the issue and I should have no further issues about it being as is vehicle when I bought it as is the engine light was not on so coming home from work 1 day after picking it up yesterday not even 24 hrs later and what do u know the check engine light came back with the same code that came up the first time I even took them a print out of the codse the first time Im not even going to bother with taking it back hoping to just fix the issue myself and praying it will hold up not looking for the gas card cause I didnt give a very nice review but oh well shouldnt take someones hard earned money and sell them whatever!!!!

I had a good experience with this business on October 19, 2019. I drove 2+ hours because they had a specific vehicle I was looking for. Traded a vehicle worth more than the one I wanted, and they were willing to do the deal and give me a check at closing - they said first time theyd ever done that. Didnt have to haggle much to get a deal I was happy with, and they were efficient at getting the paperwork wrapped up. Everyone I worked with was professional and efficeint: Max, Efrem, and Michelle.

I purchased a 2010 CTS Wagon from Premium Motors over the internet, overall experience was average. I asked for clear pictures of any defects of the car and instead got grainy generic pictures of the vehicle and was told it was pristine. Vehicle arrived and had a couple very obvious scratches with one being pretty severe, rust bubbles on the rear fender, and rust under the rear license plate that will need repaired. Not that I expect a 10 year old vehicle to be perfect, but it shouldnt be that hard to follow my specific requests. With that said the interior of the car was pristine and drives ok.Paperwork arrived a few days after the car did and they made it easy to sign all necessary paperwork.

I went on cargrus originally For a bmwx6, but I wanted something with a smaller payment note. To help me build my credit from a bankruptcy almost a year ago. I saw they had a Chrysler 300, I owned one 8 years back a 2012 model. I’ve been off work due to covid-19 and my child being out of school. Juan and the sales manager. Helped me get the car, and really looked out and took care of me. The car even though it’s a older model. It’s still really nice, and well kept for the most part. They even replaced the battery before I left the dealership, and any other issues I had with the seatbelt or gas cap . They checked it out and fixed no problem. I would really recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and wants some one to really look out for them and help them and put them on the right track. Great sales associates. You shouldn’t be disappointed.

Went there to look at a Civic Si. It was priced spot-on with Blue Book. The window motor was broken and the parking brake was weak and they fixed both on the spot. The only reason I can give them two stars is because of Michele. I purchased my car back in September, drove all the way from Tennessee to pick it up. I will say it was in decent condition, but there were some things wrong with it they forgot to mention. I purchased it anyway. So I did leave with the car and was happy. That’s when the problems started I had to have a new 30 day temp tag sent to me three times, because they were having trouble getting me a clean title to the car. My biggest complaint is that the owner Andy would never speak to me, I asked repeatedly to have him call me. I guess he was just to busy to take five minutes out of his day. Out of everything that happened that was my biggest issue. I finally received the title after three months and was able to register the car. Michele was the only thing that this place has going for it.

SALES VISIT - USEDLexus RX400h -I was looking for a Lexus RX400 to replace my current one. I found one on Premium Motors web site. So me and my husband went over around 6:30 pm they close at 7pm . They stood open for us and went over and beyond the call of duty for us . Rudy made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole purchase . He was able to get us a loan at a very good interest and payment. I was very shocked as earlier in the week I visited CarMax and they tried giving me a interest rate almost double of what I received from Premium. I will give Rudy and Premium Motors my hat off to them as they are very professional and patient when it comes to there customers. I will defiantly do more business with them in the future.
