Great icecream & delicious tortas

This place has alot of stuff! Never saw so many types of mex candy all in one place. Love it!

Staff is friendly and nice. Their ice cream and paletas are delicious. The tortas are delicious as well. Sometimes the place is a bit messy/dirty

I love the tortas they are huge and well made.

I wont be going back, went to get ice cream and found a bug in it. I got strawberry and coffee I found the bug in the strawberry flavor, unacceptable.

It was ok but I remember it was better.

Horrible customer service, the employees are always rude or in a horrible mood, they constantly mess up the orders and don’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Plus be prepared to wait a long time if ordering food and ordering on the phone ahead of time does not help either.

Everyone is required to wear a mask and Social distancing is required also, workers are really friendly and everything there is also good.

Horrible service would not recommend!!! Don’t use gloves, the cashier didn’t use gloves and touched money and products. Wait for around half a hour for 4 meals and in that half hour I didn’t see any of the employees wash their hands. Also the customer service is the worst!! I was here for over 30 minutes and didn’t get my food !! Don’t come here !!!!!

Delicious desserts! Fresh fruit and honey ices. Awesome stuff. The staff were very helpful -- even fellow customers -- when trying to explain what the Spanish word meant in English. In the end, my family and I tried 5 different flavors and loved every one. We return often and bring home the popsicles too.

Very disappointed... called in for my food so I won’t have to wait, they said 10-15 mins. Went over food wasn’t ready still had to wait over 30 mins for my food... very disappointing they couldn’t even be friendly neither.

Great ice cream choices. They have water and milk based ice cream. Strawberries with cream is a great choice. They also have Tortas which are huge filled with meat. I like the place parking may be difficult but worth it. Ive been coming for years and now I bring my kids and they love it too.

Costumer service super slow and the three people working at the moment not friendly at all. The place was messy. Then my niece wanted some chamoy on her raspado (shaved iced)and she had to extra. I don’t think that’s right.

Ok I really like their fruit plates and food. I wish it was cleaner in the outside. At least power wash it the floors and column, trash can or paint it. I would cleaned the windows with windex twice a day. Customer service skills are weak. Nobody is friendly nor smiles. Even with all that I love the food ... but Im embarrass to invite friends just because it looks old and dirty. They have a newer location in Escondido. Customer service there is Better and cleaner ... But vista location food taste better.

Foods. Great.Just one little tiny thing. I never get a receive prices after my purchase. And I say this cause cashiers sometimes make mistakes and over charge you. So I never really know the price of things

The service is very good, the guys who serve you are very nice. I bought some tostilocos and the only thing we would recommend would be that they cut the finest the cucumber, the cucumber and the ropes, it would be more pleasant to eat them :)

The cakes are very good size and are very cheap, but they put a lot of chili in it and they dont ask you that, the preparer and the cashier who attended me were not friendly at all, they need to improve their customer service.
