These guys are amazing and top notch to say the least. I’ve had many experiences with other shops and Waconia 1 is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with and the only shop I’ll ever take my vehicles to again. I was a little nervous at first to use a new shop knowing that my truck would need a new frame after being t boned, but Chad and Chris took care of everything with insurance from day 1 and made sure I was comfortable with the entire repair process. Throughout the 7 weeks it took to repair everything I was fully informed and they let me stop into the shop to check in and see things happening. While there Mike and Austin were very helpful and informative on how/what they had to do to bring my truck back to life. As a contractor, my truck is a workhorse and these guys understood that and ensured the truck was done to GM specs and like new again (a lot of it was new!!). Would very highly recommend Waconia 1 Collision to anyone needing any type of repair work.

My hood had a long, deep scratch in it. I compared some prices and although close, Waconia Collision had the best price. They were able to do the work in the next couple of days and it looked fantastic. It was so shiny and perfectly fixed. The whole car was cleaned, even the inside was freshened up! I would definitely recommend this business!!

Had body work done here after an accident. Fast courteous service. They took care or getting the rental car and had my vehicle ready sooner than promised. When I picked up my vehicle it was vacuumed and detailed. They even fixed a small piece that had broken and had been hanging loose for years as a courtesy. I highly recommend these guys.

My daughter hit a deer and the first person I called was Chad at Waconia 1 Collision & Auto. Chad helped me with the insurance portion and made everything go smoothly. Waconia 1 also did a fabulous job fixing my daughters car quickly so she could get back on the road. The staff is friendly and helpful, the new building is amazing and very clean. I was involved in a collision and Waconia 1 Collision was so easy to work with. They made the process go so much smoother. They worked directly with insurance. Insurance wasn’t communicating well or providing updates to me, but Waconia 1 Collision made sure I knew what was happening. They even made me aware of some stuff insurance should have told me about. They did great work too! Highly recommend and I would use them in the future.

My wifes car needed a hood replaced and painted to match. Waconia 1 did an awesome job! The paint is an exact match and not only did they wash and vacuum the car they actually delivered it to our house while we were on vacation. They are highly professional, courteous and a great group to work with! Highly recommended.

Brought my Genesis in to replace LED license plate light that was burned out, Chad and team hopped on right away and what a chore it was to be able to take it out and replace, had to take entire trunk apart to get to the bulb. Once replaced the left one was going bad so Chad found me the bulb and sent me the link to order myself at lowest price, brought back in once I received the bulb and boom, Chad and team hopped back in and got everything put back together and at a great price. I would recommend their services to anyone and if I need any other repairs I can for sure say I will be going to get my vehicles serviced with Chad and his team!

My vehicle was struck in Feb 2021 and I was referred to Waconia 1 Collision by a Cheverolet Dealership. From the very beginning, I wad thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of work provided by Waconia 1 Collision. Chris offered to pick up a rental car for me, saving me a trip to Eden Prairie, and met me on one of his days off so I did not need to miss any work. The attention to detail provided by the team at Waconia 1 is second to none. They took more care perfecting areas that are never seen than most other shops would on areas of the vehicle that are highly visible. Furthermore, they ensured that even minor items not affected by the accident were taken of and repainted to match the newly painted parts. As mentioned, I couldnt be happier with the service that I received and would recommend Waconia 1 to anyone.

Exceptional service all around! Highly recommend! I arrived about 15 minutes before closing with a car that was unsafe to drive. Chris was extremely nice and helpful and made me feel calm after a crazy day of dealing with someone hitting my car. He stayed late and was able to get me a rental when I had already called three places that said they were full. Chris took care of dealing with my insurance company, and I had to do essentially nothing. When I got my car back it was detailed, cleaned, and had a full tank of gas. Chris came in on a Saturday morning when they were closed, so I could get my car back by the weekend. I would recommend this crew to anyone!

As a car enthusiast I am very picky who gets to work on my cars when I’m not able to do the work myself. I gotta say that this place has taken better care of me than I think I’ve ever seen from a auto business.They will give you a loaner car, drive you home, add in extra services for free and go the extra mile just because they want your vehicle to look and function it’s best. They painted way beyond what they were expected too and didn’t charge me an extra cent!That service is just not seen these days. I would travel from the east side of the cities for this place and I recommend others do as well. You will not find a more honest and skilled family business!!

They have worked on our van twice now and have exceeded our expectations both times. They worked directly with our insurance on the deer strike and cash on our little bump. Their new shop is fantastic, clean, and is conveniently located.With the deer strike, they kept us in the loop at all times. We never felt like we were in the dark. When I asked for pictures, they sent pictures and continued to send pictures as the work progressed. Our little bump was less than a day job, but there were finished a head of schedule.Again, we have had a fantastic experience here twice now, that says a lot in my book. I got my truck back after minor exterior repair for a few door dings and some surface scratches, and was blown away when it came back perfectly new looking all shiny, clean & repaired at a VERY reasonable rate!Most impressed with the extra love you gave it by vacuuming the inside and cleaning the floor mats! -- thank you! -- seriously, nobody cares about my truck, but now we have friends in the car business that do and couldnt be happier about it. These guys are top notch! I bought a 2020 Acura MDX back in June, and ended up getting caught in a nasty hail storm in August. (Golf ball-baseball size) I didn’t want to go to the place my insurance company suggested, so I decided to give “the new guys in town” a try...and boy, am I glad I did! They walked us through the entire process, gave a tour of their beautiful facility, and stayed in close contact during the process-which made me very comfortable. When I came back to pick up my car, I was in complete shock. It looked JUST like it did when I drove it out of the new car lot, and it didn’t stop there. The inside was completely cleaned as well! Even my neighbors commented on my car when I drove it back home-they all assumed it has been totaled out, and I had gotten a new one! Huge thank you to Chad and Chris...and the rest of the team!
