At first I was very impressed with this place. It was relayed to a salesman what I was looking for. He found it for me; we put money down, then found out it had been sold. Then, he found another one! He brought it in and we were ready to buy. A price had been agreed upon before arriving to purchase the vehicle. However, the salesman wouldn’t allow us to see the window sticker; which we didn’t think much of because we thought he was a nice, honest guy. We get there, dove 2.5 hours one way, only to find out the vehicle was not what we thought it was. We were still willing to buy it since the salesman stated the price would be adjusted accordingly. Well, when it was time to purchase the vehicle, their sales manager, I believe his name is Fernando, would not adjust the price, and actually he was rather rude about the situation- and the salesman just stood there, not saying anything supporting what he had told us. So, basically, they wanted us to pay the same price for the vehicle we thought we were getting that didn’t have the options we were told it did, even after the salesman told us the price would be adjusted. The strangest part about all of this- the salesman wouldn’t show us the window sticker prior to coming in to purchase the vehicle. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They wasted our time and gas money, and we left pretty upset as we were planning on driving away in our new vehicle. My advice, if you want an honest sale, go elsewhere.

Looks to me as though the leadership team at Waconia Ford needs some training in leadership. We received an offer from Waconia for to purchase one of our family cars. Appointment was made and confirmed twice via email. My wife and I adjusted our schedules to ensure that we fulfilled our obligation, but when we arrived we disappointed to find out that all 3 of the team members that we had been dealing with were gone for the day, and that no one was around to complete the agreement.To bad because sooner or later we will need a replacement vehicle, but not from there.

Very poor experience. After a ten minute phone call just to confirm a vehicle was still on the lot we arrived and sat down with a nice young man. Wanting only to test drive a vehicle, we sat through twenty minutes of him attempting to get our information. I asked why he needed a social security number to take a vehicle on a test drive, he stated “It’s for the finance application”. (Never mentioned wanting to apply for financing) Finally we saw the car, went on a test drive and looked at service history as usual. All was running ok until the manager took over. Fernando was rude and shocked when we stated that we were not going to purchase the vehicle that day. He took the pricing breakdown sheet, that I had asked to keep for reference, and said thank you for your time. Will not be giving my business to a pushy sales team. A simple twenty minute interaction ended up taking an hour and a half.

Speedy, reliable, and very pleasant to deal with. Also, having little cubicles for me to work while I wait is prime for me; I dont feel like getting my car serviced is an inconvenience; moreover, its quiet unlike other places, that make it virtually impossible to focus.

Not bad but they forgot to reset my oil change thing. So I have to wait and its a pain but I mean they are good otherwise.

Made an appointment for 10 am. Figuring i will drop it off and go to work so they have it before 10. Figuring at 11 or possibly 1130 have an update that it would. Be done nope. Called and asked for an update and got I dont have a confirmed status on your vehicle. Called back awhile later and they havent even started on my vehicle. Its 12:30 vehicle hasnt been touched???? Appointment at 10.. why hasnt it been touched.... second time Ive had issues. I think its time to go elsewhere for my needs. They obviously cant handle it...

You never really know how a dealership will treat you “post-sale” until the time actually comes. For me working with Josh and the entire Waconia Ford service department has been truly a “World Class Experience” . Hands down the best I’ve seen. Congrats Waconia Ford! Be very aware of what you buy here.Bought a used SUV from Waconia ford over Thanksgiving week. Overall, the experience was normal from a dealer, nothing new or unexpected.I made an appointment with a salesman the day before and as I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly sales manager (NOT the sales person I had an appt with) and he walked me through the first vehicle I wanted to drive that day.After that, I was handed over to their most senior sales associate and he facilitated test drives on two more vehicles. Negotiation was a little weird, but ended up getting full trade in for my personal vehicle and it took 90 minutes between me agreeing to purchase the vehicle and me walking out the door, keys in-hand. Super efficient.A couple of weeks after the purchase, my wife noticed damage on our rear quarter panel after a shopping trip in town. I looked back at photos I took of the car the day of and sure enough, the SUV was sold to me with the damage. I didnt notice it (despite walking the vehicle several times) mainly because it was raining, cold and overcast. The color hides imperfections well.I e-mailed the sales associate and the general manager that greeted me that day, showing evidence of what we discovered.I signed paperwork that said the vehicle was sold As-Is, but gosh, if this kind of minor denting was there and they didnt know about it, maybe theres something that could be done? Might as well!I wrote that e-mail fully expecting a Were sorry, but all used vehicle sales are final, and we do apologize for missing that damage on the vehicle before your purchaseInstead I got a if the damage was brought up during our negotiating process, we may have been able to do something and I assumed that you saw the damage and were ok with it since you didnt say anything about it.What I read from those two statements is that the damage was known, and it wasnt disclosed to me during the purchase process. Nothing I can do, but boy is that frustrating.Ultimately this is on me, I take ownership. But I truly do hope that whoever does decide to shop here for a used vehicle, be the best detective you can. If its raining, snowy, whatever, ask for the car to be washed, dried and pulled inside for inspection. Their inside inspection area was full at the time and I didnt press them to pull it in so I could see it clean and dry, and I will be literally paying for that decision.

We have always had great experiences at Waconia Ford but I went in for my oil change today (my husband told me he had made the appointment for 11am) I had to bring my 4 year old with and when I got there the man checking me in told me my appointment was actually at 11:30am. I told them we would wait and he said they would try to get to it earlier but it most likely wouldnt be until right around 11:30am. At 11:45am he came and told me that my car was done already, one of the techs got back from lunch early and they started on it right away. I said thank you so much and he said that they tried their best to get it in because its tough with a little one and waiting. I truly appreciate them for the amazing service today!! Thank you again!

Brought my f150 in for a recall and a noise coming from transmission. I was told it would cost 1500 to fix. I brought to another place for second opinion and they checked fluid level it was low they filled and noise went away only a cost 50 bucks. how do they not check the fluid levels when you bring you vehicle in for diagnostic. I understand these trucks dont have dipsticks but they sure have dipsticks working on them in the shop

Had a great experience working with Bob in the sales department. Listened to what I was looking for and went out and found it. Didnt keep showing me things that I didnt like, just because it was on the lot or easier for him. Enjoyed working with Bob.

We were looking for a truck to better tow a camper we purchased. Had gone out of town for other vehicles due to price but talked with John at Waconia Ford and found that they are one of few dealers that still negotiate. So even though online prices seem higher they were cheaper after negotiating. We were able to find the truck we wanted with all the towing features and for a reasonable price. So glad we can keep it local now!

I visited here on Monday 11/18 for an oil change. They diagnosed more problems that were wrong then I knew about. I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a while & long story short, they went trough everything & got me a better vehicle. I have went other places & they focused on money down & nothing else. Waconia Ford was different. They got me a better vehicle with no money down. Thank you for all you guys did.

The finance department (Cang) was by far the most genuine, caring experience Ive ever had. I have never felt so taken care of when purchasing a vehicle before. I will be returning for all of my vehicle needs from here on out. From parts, sales, finance and service all employees were so knowledgeable and considerate of your time. I was stuck in a really bad position and was told by countless dealerships they couldn’t help me. I felt hopeless. My car had just been repossessed and my credit score is poor. Cang reached out to me one night, worked super hard to get me into a car, and I was driving the next day. He even took my needs into consideration and was so understanding. Expressed to me how he was going to put me in a vehicle that was safe and reliable because of my daughter (which stood out because it made me feel like he wasn’t just trying to get a sale), and how he only wanted to put me in the best.I’m so grateful for him and this dealership. They went above and beyond for me, and words can’t express how happy I am. I will not go anywhere now. The process was so easy and they made me feel so comfortable the whole time, even on the phone! The service department is terrible. One visit I paid them to rotate my tires and noticed they didn’t do so. Then the next visit was for a recall and they had me reschedule over a week out from my original appointment because that was the earliest they had a loaner car available. I show up at 6am before work and they ask if I have a ride coming because they don’t have any loaners until late the next week.

Just got a car with my bf and we were there little after noon and we finally got out of there around 3:30 this afternoon.... love the car great customer service awesome team members very nice just a long wait to get a car that’s all.. on top of that my bf had to fly to work we thought it would take an hour... anyway awesome staff!!! When I went down here to purchase a vehicle I tried to test drive for different vehicles and all of the batteries were dead then I finally test drove a Ford Fusion a nice silver 2017 Ford Fusion I purchase did that night all little did I know a had to burn holes in a Dent in the passenger door and The passenger mere was cracked on the back side despite all of this its all fine nothing major wrong with it so whatever but then after this winner my service advance trac popped on my steering assist fall popped on in my power steering is not working and I have to wait over 2 weeks to get it looked at when I have just bought in the car from them

With the salesman and dealer I drive a new car. I try other town and dealership. They could not help me. Stop in Check them out.

I booked a service appointment and didnt even bother to check the date on the confirmation. I just assumed it was Monday the 29th. I showed up unexpected 2 weeks early and the service department went out of their way to accommodate me. This is my second visit to Waconia Ford and the entire staff is friendly, professional and just plain nice. Im done with the dealerships in the suburbs.

On 4/12/17 I went in to have my oil changed. I had made the appointment from my phone. When I got there, I was greeted by Ashley. I told her I had an appointment at 1:00. She said that my appointment was actually on the 19th. (I had scheduled it wrong.) She was very professional and accommodating. The only reason we didnt finally purchase from you was that the vehicle we were interested was sold to another customer when we didnt move on dealing on it when we reviewed it, it was that good of a deal! Scheduled a service recall appointment weeks in advance. Showed up today on my one day off work and was told “we might not have the supplies to do the recall yet.” After waiting in the lobby, service guy came out and said they won’t have supplies for another 3 months?! Waconia Ford scheduled this appointment!! Second time I’ve had an issue with this service department and scheduling, be aware!

The Service Department leaves much to be desired. They had my vehicle for 6 1/2 hours and never even drove it into their shop. I went in for an oil change, a one hour recall, and a brake inspection. They never called to tell me they werent going to get to it and argued with me about my expectation that my 8:45 appointment was for work on my truck. Somehow they interpret a service appointment, with well stated expectations, does not mean that they will work on the vehicle at that time. My appointment was not for service, it was to speak to a service advisor. Needless to say, I wont be availing myself of their services in the future. Very poor customer service, poor (read NO) communication, and an argumentative attitude is a poor way to run a business.

I have purchased more cars than I can count from Waconia Ford. They sell the same models at about the same prices as everyone else. What keeps me coming back is the service they provide after the sale. I can count on the fact that when I have a problem with my cars, they will go above and beyond to resolve it quickly with the least amount of effort for me. I have always been given a loaner car when I need service and my Mechanic John Beck has never sold me a part I didnt need. My sincere Thanks to everybody at Waconia Ford for making it easy to drive. I have been using Waconia Ford for my vehicle service for several years now and I have never been disappointed. Now, I have a very heavy duty truck that is getting up in miles, so it is going to require more maintenance. Twice Ive had extensive work and upgrades done to my vehicle that involved a lot of shop time, parts and expertise to perform the work correctly. Each time the work was performed perfectly! I fully expected that I might need to return for some minor adjustment or something, but each of these two times the work has been flawless. Also, it is nice to do business with a a place where you can actually meet and talk to the owner! You cant say that about a lot of auto dealers these days. If you need auto service, I highly recommend Waconia Ford. Their prices are reasonable, the staff friendly and the work is done correctly - every time!

The great customer service provided by Joshua Arnold and Josh Artmann has been outstanding. They are so friendly, helpful and take the time to explain things in detail. We went into the dealership wanting to test drive a specific vehicle. When that vehicle didnt work out for us, John Landskroener was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that did work for us. John was also very helpful in getting bluetooth set up and making sure we knew where the different functions of the Edge were and how to use them.

The staff took plenty of time to explain my purchase and to explain the operation of the vehicle. Joe was very professional and took methrough the entire purchase. I never felt I was being pressured or rushed. Jade took me through the operation of the vehicle and introduced me to the servicedepartment. I felt that I was treated extremely well. I would have no problems in recommending this dealership to others.

The last couple times I have scheduled an appointment for an oil change it has taken forever. Last time I waited almost 2 hrs and this time my truck sat for 40min before they even started. What is the purpose of even scheduling an appointment? I wont be coming back. They are good at taking the reservation they just need to work on keeping the reservation.

Ashley is the service department, does an amazing job taking care of my car. When ever I need something done, I can count on her to make sure the repair is done right the first time and on time.

I hate pushy salespeople, but I never felt pushed at Waconia Ford. They were really easy going. I will gladly do business with them again. I had never dealt with them before, so I didnt know what to expect. I was in the market for a new car, and had been looking around. I went by Waconia Ford to follow up on one Id seen on the web. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to get me what I was looking for.I have not yet experienced their service department.
