I dont know if it was busy or if something happened to the man who helped me but I could tell he didnt want to talk to me and used his body language to tell me as much. It is a sad first impression and with all these good reviews I thought I was at the right place. When They call I will ask if everything was okay that day, perhaps it was a bad one? I dont plan on ever going in again after that exchange. UPDATE: still no call back on a quote and I was treated rudely and dismissed when I did visit the shop. Perhaps this feedback will help with the customer service. I am lowering my experience to a 1, purely for not even getting a call back.

So disappointed with the experience we had this week. Made an appointment for Monday to have check engine warning checked. Dropped it off Sunday night so they would have it first thing in the morning. Asked them to call when they knew what was going on. By 2pm hadnt heard anything so called and they had not looked at it yet. Called back around 4pm and was told it needed a part that they didnt have on hand. Was not fixed before they closed so I had to miss work on Tuesday being without a vehicle. Tuesday never heard anything so I called and they said they are waiting on the part to come. I explained that I cannot be without a vehicle another day so they had me come pick it up and was told they would call me on Wednesday when the part came in so I could bring the van back in to have the part put in. Was assured I could come Wednesday anytime and it would only take 30 min to install. Once again never got a call. Called at 2pm and was told they are too busy and cant get it in until late next week. Are you kidding me! Will not be using this place again.

Hands-down the best mechanic I’ve ever been to and always Does a fantastic job, I have recommended him to multiple people, and they have all been hundred percent satisfied with his work.

Had low air light come on after work, super stressed because I was leaving early for a trip the next day. Called at 545 knowing that it was along shot considering he closed at 6, was happy to look at it. Had it plugged up and fixed in no time. Super nice guy!!

I have taken my vehicles to Wa-Co Repair for several years now and feel that the owner, Charlie, and his team do a good job to get my vehicle done in a timely manner for a fair price.Most recently I had a humming noise coming from the rear passenger side of my vehicle. I called Wednesday and got it in on Friday. It turned out to be a bad wheel bearing that Wa-Co had replaced a year earlier. Charlie replaced it at no charge. He was apologetic that I had to bring it back. I greatly appreciate the honestly and warranty coverage Wa-Co provided.I will continue to use them for my vehicles and recommend them highly.
