I had cataract surgery. Dr. Nichols was the one who performed the surgery. Everything was explained in a meeting before of what to expect. He explained the different options available to me. I chose to have the astigmatism corrected in my left eye. My right eye was fine. It has certainly been a major improvement overall in my sight. I would highly recommend Dr. Nichols to anyone considering cataract surgery.

Awful experience!! Rude receptionist, and waited 45min for the dr to come in and see me. Then he spent 2 minutes finishing the exam.

I went to get some new glasses at Waconia because I lost mine, and when I went in, the person at the front told me that I never went there for glasses. They said that the last eye exam that I went there for was 2016! So I called their number and the person on the phone said that it was 2019. They were lying to me.

I see the one review said they were not nice. That is not the case. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and also welcoming. Sometimes we just have bad experiences but I have never saw any rudeness. I was there when they helped a patient find another store to order specific glasses they wanted.
