We have been with Precision Eye Care for 10 years - all started with our daughter, 6 years old at the time who was really struggling with her vision. It was Dr. Tuttle who took the time to figure out what the issue was. The service we received changed our daughters life and for that, we are so grateful. With that said, we have all become addicted to the stylish glasses and the fabulous service from the staff- just ask for Jamie or Kelly and they will set you up!!

Scheduled my appointment 45 Days ahead of time.Made it very clear to the receptionist that they time they scheduled me for was inconvenient because it was the start time for my lunch break. Stated that i would prefer to schedule the appointment 10-15 minutes later so that i could be on time.Receptionist assured me that being 10-15 minutes late wouldnt be a big deal so this scheduled time that didnt work for me would be fine.Had a work mishap the day of the appointment and they refused to see me because i was 15 minutes late.Thanks for wasting my time

I was having problems seeing, complained about it to my eye Dr. at several yearly exams. Even though it had only been 6 months since my last exam I decide to make an appointment with Dr. Tuttle. Insurance wouldnt cover it, I knew that, but I didnt care. It was one of the best decisions Ive made in a long time. Dr. Tuttle has all the most up to date equipment. She took what time that was needed to do a comprehensive and through testing. She even diagnosed the beginnings of macular degeneration and suggested the appropriate vitamins the slow the progression.My main complaint was I couldnt read road signs, they were blurry even though my previous Dr. said my vision was corrected to 20/20. Reading was very taxing and the computer never seemed to be in focus. Dr. Tuttle discovered astigmatism in both eyes not just in one and tweaked my prescription. Fast forward to my new glasses... I am so happy! Road signs are no longer blurry, computer is clear and I can finally read books again. Thank you to the ladies up front that took the time to adjust the placement of the bi-focal portion of the lens, perfect. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have been going here for a couple of years now and I really like this place it is very convenient.

I did not have any vision issues until my 40s, so I was a little nervous when I went to my first eye exam. A friend had recommended Precision Eye Care and I was comfortable right away. The staff was quite knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Tuttle was very impressive in how she communicated a topic I had no background in. She has a very friendly, sincere way with patients.I will be a loyal customer to Precision Eye Care, one of many great Waconia businesses.
