Oh my gosh ❤ A true example of great customer service. Management and employees are very cooperative and friendly to deal with. Their promotions are amazing - you can never get a better one. Gas prices, promotions and the atmosphere creates a perfect combination. The best thing about them is their car wash. If you want to give your car a brand new feel, do visit this place and you will not return disappointed. This place is always smelling good because of Twin Cities gyro and taco which is located inside the store. That aroma is perfect. The food is great! The other day I was there and the cashier was on her cell phone the whole timee, never even looked at me, no thanks etc. Then, yesterday I went in, got my product andd there wass no one at the register for more than a few minutes (3 in line now) and then the same woman nd her phone finally came in from outside and again, not sorry for the wait..bad employee

Not very clean

No prices listed anywhere for car wash even in the pump where youd order. Window washing wands are not at pumps. And pumps dont have receipts. I will not be back.

The best car wash around. They take time to prewash your car by hand. Today they removed all of the snow/ice build up around the tires prior to me going through the automated portion of the wash. The staff is always friendly too!

Really clean property. They carry all kinds of vape and tobacco products at reasonable prices. Their pricing cant be beaten. I gave their car wash a try about a month ago and I was amazed by the experience. Now, I get my car cleaned up from them at least once a week because of the way, they clean my car. The best thing about them is that they have really friendly staff who make you feel like home. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly I was surprised by the employee named brian. He was extremely polite and helpful. Usually when I go to gas stations that arent my usual near home I prefer to be in and out and not to be bothered. I didnt have my phone earlier so I asked for directions and he was able to help me right away. Thanks man!

Waconia Speedway terrible customer service. Exchanged a propane tank, took it home and it had a bad seal. Took it back and clerk said our supplier does not warranty the tanks. I have been a customer for 15 years. So for $21.99 they will lose a customer. Must be a first time business owner.

Tonight my wife and I purchased a Jacks Pizza at the Waconia, MN Speedway. We got home, preheated the oven and unwrapped it to discover the pepperonis were brown and gross and the “best by” date was June 2019. We promptly returned to the store and were rudely told that “I’m sorry I can’t do anything because the alarm is already set.” It was 10:04pm. He said to come back tomorrow and he’ll get a new one. Then he went to the parking lot to hang out with his friends who were in three cars waiting to hang out. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Unreal.We live a block away from this store and ever since it has changed over to a Speedway, we have been less than impressed. Wondering what can be done to keep our business, or do we just start frequenting the Holiday down the block?

Ive been to this SuperAmerica 6 times in the last month to get my car washed at various times... this car was has been closed for many different reasons every time except for one. To make matters worse, the employees have all been very rude about it. They clearly feel they dont need the business. I will be buying my gas, snacks and car washes elsewhere.

Idk how to put it, children are always behind the counters. Car was is a hit or miss, new pumps. They carry a good selection of pieces, vapes, juices and more. Definatly weird always seeing kids behind the counter tho.

Bought a gift card from here, later I found that they didnt activate it so when I went back they just said sorry, theres nothing we can do. Waste of 50 bucks!

Absolutely the worst Super America Ive been to. Staff is rude, manager is rude and dismissive. They constantly have issues with their systems and cant honor promotions or their own rewards programs. Horrible place.
