I went this evening all stressed out and worried about my car. I was worried about turning my car off and not be able to turn it on again. Jason told me he wont leave me stranded that made me feel calm and cared for. He checked my battery and replaced it He and the other guy worked there around 8pm on 8/11 was great. Very kind and helpful. They eased my mind. I appreciate the great customer service 😊 which is so rare these days.

I had a fast an east shopping experience with a very Nice, knowledgeable, and helpful sales woman. Decent prices, they are about the same as compared to their local competitors. Unfortunately they are unable to check stock and availability at the Brunswick location so thats a bit of an issue and a waste of my time. Thats where my vehicle will be being worked on and I needed to check on parts that Ill only know I need after its taken apart. Ill only have accress to local transportation in Brunswick without my vehicle. As a customer thats a service that Ive become accustomed to being offered at most chain stores now. So 4 out of 5.

Used to come here a lot. Great, helpful employees. I went in there months ago however and dealt with a very rude gentleman that wasnt very helpful at all.My past few visits have been great though. All helpful and really kind people. It was like the atmosphere I remember it being from a year ago or so. I am definitely their customer again.Would recommend.

Granted the associate was not a master mechanic but he was quite helpful and very good natured.

Due to the the covid 19 employees no longer can enter your vehicle to test your Diagnostics on your car but the employees are more than willing to explain easily how you can plug in the system and diagnose it yourself and they will help pull the codes for you. it was a piece of mind that I can still count on AutoZone to help me with my car codes the Wadsworth location has very knowledgeable employees

Auto Zone allways treated me good. The cost for my brake parts were right on the money and NTB was double on the same parts and thats why N.T.B. wants you to use there parts cause they mark them up that way to make money. OR should say make a killing . But not on this guy .So Customers Beware of these service Centers Scaming you of your money..Have a nice day.

My wife called ahead today to check that if we purchased a new break light from them if they would install it. They said yes. I took our van there. Two employees and no other customers in the store. Walked up to the counter, stated what I was there for. A phone on the counter range. The employee interrupted our transaction to answer the phone. A long conversation ensued, while I waited in mid sentence. After a few minutes I walked out, got in my car, drove to my mechanics shop and he installed it for free. The Autozone employee was so engrossed in his conversation that he did not even notice when I walked out. Im 66 and weigh 350 pounds. Im kind of hard to miss. Apparently, answering questions over the phone, from someone who hasnt driven to the store in person to buy something, is much more important than actually selling something to a customer standing right in front of you. I should have known better than to go here. I had a rather bad experience the last time I went to Wadsworth Auto Zone. I figured I would give it another try. No thanks. Never again. They are rude and do not value their customers time.

I wanted to make sure that Mike at store #1949 in Wadsworth gets recognized for his great customer service, attention and tenacity in helping me out with getting wipers replaced and more importantly getting a hard to reach turn signal bulb replaced on my daughter’s car. Thank you so much Mike!

I took in an unknown alternator from a 1956 tractor for testing. They were extremely helpful in identifying a part number and testing it, even though it was time consuming. Jeff was especially knowledgeable. They were more interested in helping me than selling a part. I highly recommend the Wadsworth store.

I purchased a replacement head light bulb and asked for assistance with replacing it like I have done previously. The female clerk was great but stated she had never replaced that type before and asked a male coworker if he could assist me. He stated to her there was a first time for everything and walked away. He was not busy with another customer just seemed to be rude. I advised the lady clerk I thought he was rude and told her I would do it myself. I went into the parking lot and changed it myself.

Needs to speed things up. 25 minute wait for some oil.

Stopped to find out why my truck engine light is on now. Very friendly and helpful staff. The lady hooked up their gizmo and checked the store computer and I have the code for the fix. Thankfully nothing that I need to fix immediately. It also will be inexpensive to fix. She even printed out the sheet with the code and part I need. Awesome! I gave 4 stars as I didnt check pricing on anything and did not buy anything.

Fantastic employees! Felt bad for them while I was there as there were only two and everyone coming in had issues that needed someone to actually look at their car, myself included. Many thanks to them for pulling and replacing a dead battery in little to no light!

The website told me one thing the store told me another then the website went down they didnt have the part they didnt have the complete part when they found the part the staff was only moderately helpful at best and AutoZone cost a whole lot more than most of the other part stores I only attempted to use them because of immediacy I regret my decision

Stopped into AutoZone with help on a headlight. They were very helpful with helping me change the headlight in a vehicle I was not very familiar with so I did not have a light out during heavy rain and fog. It is not exactly their policy, that I am aware of, to change headlights for customers. But they were willing to go the extra mile to help a customer in need. Highly recommend this store.

This was my worst experience in trying to purchase something in my over 60 years of life!

Its no Summit Racing. This is a good place to buy basic car parts and oils and solvents. I wouldnt go too crazy though. A lot of quality is lost with these stores.

Usually just as good as any auto parts store but having an issue with them ordering parts they said were ordered and should be in, to find out never ordered, days into this I call again and they cant give me any idea on whats going on. may just go elsewhere for now on.

I was having a bad morning because my car wouldnt start. I was able to get help with a jump and then went to Autozone. Jeff was more than a blessing. He was very pleasant to deal with and he got my new battery installed. I really do not know how to thank him. He definitely deserves a raise or something because he is a great asset to this establishment and I really hope Autozone recognizes it!

I was there yesterday around 1:45pm and the guy helping me was extremely rude. He acted as if I was bothering him, because I needed a new battery. Too bad he didn’t have a name tag on. I will avoid this place in the future.

The guys there just stood around and wasnt interested in waiting on anyone While I was in the store I even called and they still didnt amswer the phone even.It took one of the girls who was helping someone else out side to come in and help me out. The guys suck at that store.

This auto zone can be very hit or miss. I have had some great experiences here. The other day though, there was one guy at the counter and two hanging out in the back. There were 6 customers in the store and the guy at the counter was answering the phone also. Nothing irritates me more than someone answering the phone when Im standing there. The guy at the counter did his best until someone else came up front to help after about 5 minutes. It was unfortunate that it took that long as I was there for a part that I ordered. A 5 minute delay for a transaction that took 30 seconds.
