Went in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. I got there 10 minutes before they opened and waited patiently for someone to help me. 25 minutes later I was finally greeted by an associate (15 minutes after they open). I bought my own tires for my vehicle through another tire source. They would not service my vehicle because the tires did not match the sticker on the door. He was extremely rude and would not listen to my advice on why the tires will fit the wheels on the truck just fine. Wheels are aftermarket and Ive had the truck this way for 4 years now. Waste of time and the associates are incompetent and lack knowledge on basic mechanics of vehicles. If the computer says it wont fit, they will not listen to someone who actually knows what they are talking about. Had them mounted and balanced by another tire shop with no issues. Will not return!

I never share my number but when they changed my oil they asked for it to keep me informed when my car would be done. They sell your number because Im getting spam calls all day now and I had to block Walmart itself. Get the oil change I suppose but definitely decline to share your number! Figures one time I let someone have it its wally what was I thinking

A nice lady named tabitha checked me in and advised me on the proper tires for my vehicle. They were a great price and installed quickly and correctly. I would strongly recommend this auto and tire center.

These wonderful people saved my life today! Mike saw to it that my dead battery was replaced, still under warranty with a brand new one at no charge. They took me in with no appointment on a day when I had extreme commitments, and really helped me immensely. They were all such a friendly and knowledgeable team!

Went for a slow leak in a tire under warranty. The technician came and told me there was a massive screw too close to the side wall and I needed to buy a prorated tire at $90. I had paid less than that last year on sale for the tire initially with road hazard protection. I decided I would take a look myself. The massive screw was over an inch away from the end of the wire mesh and totally able to patch. Not sure if they just didnt want to do it, or needed sales for a lack luster year.

Had some keys made it was easy and convenient

This placed scratched all 4 of my 20in factory rims on my Ford. I filed a claim and they denied it you can clearly tell they did it cause they were all fresh. They did not make it right I even took pic the same day when i noticed. Factory rims are not cheap. Very unprofessional, very slow, and no one know how to do there job right. Years ago they mess up my audi on a oil change. But how they did me on my rims I will forever bad mouth them. Some pics but worst in person. Oh the claim guy said there was paint on the rims lol slows how dumb they are.

Had an issue with my tires gentleman that works in the car area named Eric helped me did a wonderful job took real good care of me I highly recommend the tire department at Walmart

1st time going to the auto center. Walked in and needed 4 tires balanced. Gave them the key and the garage bay was empty. After an hour of waiting went back and vehicle was not even touched. Workers standing around just like they do at the self checkout.

Got new tires prices were good but i was told car would be done in 2 hours. 2 hrs later it still has not even been pulled in to start the job. When i ask i was told they accidentally skipped over it. No im sorry or anything. Bad customer service

Oil change no appointments

Very nice services. Good prices.Sometimes they are busy and because its a first come first serve business model its hard to determine how long a wait might become. Large store to wander and stare at the locals. Staff Could be a bit nicer with their demeanor but nothing was out of line or unprofessional, just a bit drab.

Hey...its walmart.Getting an oil change? Always, always check under the hood before you leave. They work fast and they are human, so they forget things... like oil caps. All in all, good.

They got us in and out in about 40 minutes with 2 new tires at 5 oclock on a Sunday afternoon. Fairly decent price, friendly staff; Id give 4.5 stars if I could. I dont give 5 stars unless Im completely blown away by all aspects of my interaction.

Nice and quick

My wife had to get towed here after a getting a flat on the highway. Everyone was super. They took care of us and helped in every possible way. Cant thank them enough.

Poor customer service. Tire service center. Waited over three hours before I asked for my keys. Workers were talk about working on people cars that were not in store so I did not buy things at this store. Walmart is losing my business fast.

Great work cheap prices on tires

Apparently the appt i made the day before didnt count as having an appointment. Waited 3 hours just to have tires put on. This place is so disorganized

Went for second oil change in new car. Later found greasy hand print on fender. When I cleaned it off I discovered it was covering a chip in the paint. I usually do my own repairs because of carelessness of most places. Being this is a new car I wanted services on record. Nevermore.

Got there at 8am to get 2 new tires and they told me at most it would be an hour an half and after an hour an half I asked how long it would be and the lady asked the guy an the guy doing the service said he didnt know maybe 15 20 min. Needless to say 2 an half hours later

The best Wal-Mart auto Care center around

I usually only come here to get an oil change because if you get the pit crew its only $20 + tax. You cant change your own oil for that price. They also check your other fluids, air in your tires and oil your door hinges. Service is good but theres always a line and it seems to be understaffed.

They need to have a better system in place. I had to wait an incredibly long time because i was in the waiting room and the attendant kept helping people that had just walked i anf never informed me that my car was ready. Then another employee came to help the first get caught up with the line of waiting customers. After he took care of a few people he popped in the waiting room and asked which car I had. When I told him he said oh yea that car has been done for a little while. He said he couldnt help and that I would have to wait on the other guy. So the other guy would just ask the crowd who was next... of course people that just got there would go because no one likes waiting. Almost 4 hours total time, could have been at least an hour less with a better system.

Came here to have 4 new tires put on thats it. Waited for 1 hr and 15 min for them to pull my car in with one car ahead of me. Waited a total of 3 hours and 20 min for them to get done. Why this took that long with a shop full of employees Ill never know. Wont come here again!

Dont EVER being your car here. They overfilled my oil, caused my engine to missfire. Went back and had them fix the oil level but my engine is still not running right and now my engine is leaking oil!!! Edit... Took off my plug wire and found the spark plug well full of oil... Looked under the car and found that they drained the excess oil through the oil pressure switch, and then crossthreaded it when they put it back in!! Fixed it myself. What a nightmare.... Never going back! Saving a buck wasnt worth this much hassle.

Oil change, wipers installed. Asked for air filter changed but only checked. Dont know how when the dirt on the filter screws was not Disturbed.

Showed up at 6:40. They close at 7:00. The associate said he couldnt get me in for an oil change because they were filled up. There was one car in the bays and none in the parking lot. The 5 workers were standing around talking and looking at their phones. The associate was not pleasant at all. I was told in the past, as long as I showed by 7, I would get my oil changed. If Walmart would pay their auto workers by the oil change/tire install, they would get a lot more work done. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Fast oil change but only on Saturday mornings

The worst place ive ever been. The store is great, dont use the Auto center. Ive had multiple bad experiences here and finally I wont go back. One time were going to pull my car out without all the lug nuts on the tires. I had to pound on the window to get the guys attention, then he left my hub caps off. Ive witnessed these guys roasting tires off a customers 80 something Corvette. The last straw is when I took my car in for an oil change. It always takes at least 2 hours anyway, which is ridiculous but I do it while I shop so I usually sit for an hour. The problem is they left clips out of my splash shield. I didnt realize until 2 days after. No big deal, I went back to have them put the clips in. The kid did it and said it was all good. I went out to see and he took a screw and screwed the two peices together but it didnt screw into anything thankfully. Then they tried telling me they didnt do that. I work on cars for a living and my car is a brand new lease. After arguing with the auto manager, I asked to speak with the store manager, a girl named Ashley, who proceeded to mock me and tell me shes sorry I had to drive a brand new car with missing clips. I was like... Are you seriously mocking me ? Yes she was. Unprofessional all the way around. Do, not take your car here.

Second time I have been stuck waiting in Wal-Mart hell waiting on my car to be serviced. First time was for a lube job. Despite the fact we were at the shop right when they opened, I waited, in the store, for over 3 hours for my car. This time, I came in for a flat tire requiring a plug. 2and a half hours for something that takes only a few minutes to do. We were there shortly after the shop opened and it didnt look busy at all. I car in lot, 2 being worked on. At no time did they tell me it would be hours until my car could be serviced. They say they cant give waiting times. Utterly ridiculous!! Last time I will ever go there! For $5 more my car could have been fixed within 20 mins at a number of places. Definately worth it to pay a little more!

Pricing really was quite reasonable. For puchases of new tires and for lube as well. They get alot of buisness so naturally there is a bit of a wait but there is a television and a coffee maker in the waiting lounge with a big bay window so you can see thwe work being done on you vehicle. I will be using wallmart auto center for all of my tires and lube from now on i had a very good experience.

They took exceptionally long and I had to go back because a tire was mounted incorrectly.

Been waiting 2 1/2 hours for oil change !!!! Did my shopping and still my vehicals is not done. This place blows they have had a bunch of people walk out. One guy dropped his car off 4 hours ago to have one tire changed he came back car not even in garage yet, and he had to go to work. Save your self the headache dont go here for car service. They totally need to clean house, and get some new techs

Good service for the money you pay but sometimes they will fix the wrong Tyre and blame it on you too. They can sometime get careless but would never try to over sell or swindle you.

They have good prices here lower on their tires mounting and balancing of lower than most shops if youre trying to save money I think Walmarts a good place to go although the store I go to seems to be very slow with a two-hour wait usually theyre very busy

Purchased 4 tires, turned out to be a major mess, tire center would never answer the phone, I actually had to drive up there and observed them in person ignoring the phone, I called from inside the store, this time after ringing for 2 mins, they answered and put me on hold, only never to return, they didnt know i was in the lobby..

Says people wait 15 minutes to an hour, thats a joke, I was the first person there and it took 2 1/2 hours for 2 tires!!!!

When I got to Walmart the Auto center guy took my keys and said theyd get it right in and get it done. I got a few things and went to get it, sat for 40 more minutes and nothing got done to my car while it sat in the bay. I left after an hour with no oil change while the guy doing them was vacuuming and washing windows on another car. After a lot of money spent at Walmart store and Auto center I dont know if Ill go back.

I have never been to a good Walmart auto center you wait forever if one person tells you one thing another member will tell you another thing if there was a problem with the first statement and I work at Walmart but this is the truth
