I just want to say thank you for the great service at the Wadsworth store for helping me out of a jam with a flat tire today on my way to Columbus and much to my surprise when I went to pay for the service I was told it was free of charge for being a Vietnam veteran.!! There is a red haired guy there that was super friendly, pleasant, and seemed like he wanted to be there (rare in this day and age). Stopped in for a Oil Change, Codi the Store Manager was extremely knowledgeable on my vehicles needs and took his time to explain some of the things I was going to need done in the near future and also took the time to make sure all of my fluids were topped off and correctly. Ordered tires Sunday night 9/5/21 it was there labor day buy 2 ties get 2 free plus an alignment I needed all that anyway so I went for the deal was set up for Monday 9/6/21 got there and was told since it was a holiday the tires would t be there till Tuesday 9/7/21 I said okay I get it it’s okay got set up for Tuesday 9/7/21 same time we’ll I go there and they go oh well your tires won’t be here till Wednesday 9/8/21 so I wave telling then to just cancel my order I have been to this ntb for all of my tire needs but this event I will never go back

Made an appointment for 9 am Friday morning to have new tires put on all the way around. An hour after my appointment time,, my vehicle was finally taken back. I asked to have my back two tires thrown in the back of my vehicle as they still had good tread on them and was told they could absolutely do that. An hour later they were finally done, I walked to the counter to be told that it needed an alignment and a tie rod end. I just kind of looked at the lady, I had had an alignment done not even 24 hours before my appointment at a different place closer to home and the gentleman checked all of my suspension before performing my alignment. I told the lady there was no way, paid for my tires, loaded my niece into my vehicle and headed home. 25 minutes later I realize that they didnt give me the 2 tires I had requested. Not very impressed with service. The lady that greeted me and rang me out was kind though.

I arrived for service on 12/5. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. They completed the service in about 40 min which was nice. The next day I washed my car and noticed that they did not actually rotate my tires. I called and got them to schedule me an appointment for that week. Service was completed on 12/10. I understand that mistakes happen, the biggest issue is that never once was an apology given. They never even acknowledged that they made a mistake and instead acted inconvenienced. It shows a complete lack of ownership for the mistake and a complete lack of respect for my time.Edit: Since I cannot reply to the company response I will add it here. I sent a message to the email you requested. Their response was 100% generic and showed zero lack of understanding of the problem. I would recommend one of the other establishments in the Wadsworth area for your car care needs.

My wife had a blowout Saturday morning in a 98 Honda Civic. I took the bad tire in, and told him what I wanted to do. He said the best tire for the price, was Cooper. I said go ahead, he said leave it, theyll take care of it and call me, when it was done. They were short handed, and I had a call within a couple of hours to pick it up. I scheduled a appointment for 4:30 Monday. I went to the bar, and he called me in about an hour to pick it up. The tires made a HUGE difference, and rides 100% better. Thank you for not trying to gauge me for the most expensive tire. We are externally happy with the service and performance of the car. We will be back!

Purchased 2 tires, had them mounted and balanced. Service was fine. I did ask why their mounting/balancing was so expensive ($24.98 per tire) and got a general line about disposal fees,etc. Later looked at the invoice and noticed an extra $8 fee per tire for life time balancing (in addition to the standard balancing fee). I was not asked if I wanted that option. I should have pressed for a more detailed explanation.

Customer service is horrible. Took 4 HOURS just to do my tires. Took an hour to take my car back. Worst place in Wadsworth to go. Guys just stood around talking. Kept asking why I was there. Never going back

Place is a joke, took my van in, they never give a time for repair or even called to say it was done, took 3 calls to get things rolling. I wont take a personal vehicle here, it was for work.

Sooo I had a flat tire due to a small screw stuck in the tire. I brought the tire to these guys to fill the hole. I never got a response from them until I called the next day to ask about the status of the repair, and when I did they told me it was done. Turns out they forgot to call me (which isn’t a biggie to me, I can understand) but because of that they didn’t charge me. It might’ve only been a $30 fix but to a broke college student that is much appreciated!

I made an appointment at 3:30 pm for a 4 tire replacement (dropped car off at 3:10) which should’ve only taken an hour and half tops which turned into 3+ hours instead. i kept getting told “it’ll be done soon” over and over again to just have to keep waiting even longer. they didn’t even start taking my tires off until 6:15 pm, after they close. very unprofessional employees screaming and cussing at each other in the shop area. what’s the point in making an appointment if they’re going to work on half a dozen cars before they even get to yours?

I called ahead about replacing a tire with a bubble, and they were able to take care of it at once. I arrived frazzled but I left smiling. Any reviews youve heard about a great sense of humor and efficient service from the staff here are not exaggerated. No up-selling or pressure selling. 10/10 would go again.

My wife had a flat tire and we needed the tire replaced quickly. I noticed a crack in the side wall and called them. I told told them of the situation and said I could just bring the tire in and needed it done quickly. I spoke to Jason and he told me that he would do the tire himself if he had to and told me to just bring the tire in. Jason got my tire in right away, and had the tire done in about 10 minutes. Paul was very professional and caring for our situation as well. He and Jason were very friendly and courteous. My wife and I are very pleased with there professionalism, and quick response for me just to come in and they would get it taken care of. Because of there help, my wife was able to pick up our children from school with time to spare. This the first time I have been to this location, and will continue to go here with both of my vehicles. I will suggest and advise people to go here due to the quick service and professionalism my wife and I experienced while being there.

I stopped in because I thought I needed new tires. Much to my surprise I was told that my tires were fine and I don’t need tires for at least 15-20 k more miles. I will definitely going back when I need tires!!!

Paul called around for a particular part I needed for my braking system.Now please keep in mind that he had to call for different places for a part that had supposedly been ordered previously.To make a long story short,he persisted,was able to receive the part and was back on the road the same day.What excellent customer service in a crazy,busy envionment!!.Truth be told they are all good there.Honestly I would not take my car anywhere else.

Had four tires mounted in November of 2019. Dropped off four wheels and four tires, week and a half later I called them and they said they were done. Upon getting there I realized that my tires were not mounted on my wheels. What had happened was that they had put my tires on someone elses car, and they had been driving on them for a week. They said they would solve the problem. A week later I got them back. The manager made no move to apologize for the mistake, and no effort was made to show they messed up. The tires are horribly balanced and shake like no other at 65 mph, and one of the tires steadily leaks air now.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They brought me out to the garage to show me what was wrong with my car. Prices are very reasonable. Would have been 5 Stars if an oil change hadnt taken one hour.

I usually take my cars to the dealership for service, but had a leaky tire on my 2017 Dodge. They fixed it (remove nail and patch) in less than an hour for very reasonable price and did not try to upsell me on a new tire that I didnt need. They have won my repeat business. Safe, convenient location if you do have to wait.

I get it, Mondays are the busiest days but when you have an appointment scheduled 2 days ahead its sort of frustrating to wait 6 minutes for someone to come up to the service counter and then get told that its gonna be 2hours and 15 minutes to patch a slow leak in a tire. The older gentleman who checked me in was not courteous and seemed like the couple of us who were waiting at the desk during check in, were keeping him from what he wanted to do. When it came time to check out, the same gentleman rang up the service, never spoke until he took the paper from the printer and told me the total. He never said what ended up being the problem, and didnt go over the bill. He took my money, gave me my change and said the change amount back. As I was turning to walk away, Paul, the Mgr. Walks in the door and said is this your customers vehicle, and then said, oh miss is this your vehicle? I nodded and he said, well, I got it turned around for you so your door is close to the building, and its started for you. A completely different attitude, smiling and courteous as always. Thankfully for a smiling good bye as it should always be. If you dont have customers, you dont have a business. You should always be kind and courteous to your customers. THANK YOU PAUL.

First let me say that the guys in the shop ALWAYS do a great job on my wheels and tires. Technically, they are good and you can tell they care.Several times in a row the guys inside the store have taken care of me. They truly care about customer service. The one thing I will say though is that you need to get a quote from them on the phone and then remind them of it when you go in the store. They are willing to work with you on price, especially if you are courteous and flexible on pick-up times etc.Will continue heading there for all my wheel/tire needs!

Upfront with pricing. Time could of been a little quicker, but with a call off, they made up for the dibacall as efficiently as possible.

Purchased tires last August with a promo of free rotation an balancing. Made an appointment over the phone, when I showed up, they had no record of my appointment. Told them I hit a pot hole and wanted my tires and rims checked and balanced. They say I needed a new tire and rim, but would have to order both. They quoted $360 for a new rim. I told them to go ahead and order the tire and call me when it came in and that I would find a rim. I found a rim online for $169 and had it in 2 days. 5 days later, I had not heard from NTB. Took my car to another tire shop in Wadsworth and asked them to inspect the condition of my tires and rims. They said what my rims were fine, but needed 1 tire.On my last encounter with this store, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said they rotated my tires, but clearly didnt. (marked my tires). I gave them a 1 star rating on their website, but find it amusing that it is not list.(thus the Google review)Stay away...... Much more reputable options for tires and service in the Wadsworth area.

I went here just starting my search for tires on my truck. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the people working there. I went in looking for a mud tire. I ended talking with Jason about different tire options for my truck. After talking with him he explained why an all terrain tire was a better option for my truck due to the type of driving I do. Jason then showed me different all terrain tire options best suited for my needs. We decided on the Cooper rtx with a value installation and 5 year alignment. Even though they were extremely busy I was in and out in an hour and a half. I gladly recommend NTB to everyone that needs service done to their vehicles.

We got tires and the lug nuts were not torqued to spec. I had to torque them myself at home. Waited two hours for a tire rotation. They left plastic in our vehicle after the service and didn’t even say it was finished when they knew we were there waiting.

The manager, Paul, is severely lacking in professionalism. He referenced his gender preference twice (I like girls, not boys) in an attempt to be humorous, waited until my husband left the store to threaten to charge me more for my tires if I dropped the warranty. Lost my wheel cover, then later denied it was on my vehicle to begin with. I inspected my car with an employee (Jason) when I drove the vehicle in. We walked around the car to check all 4 tires. My wheel cover was there and the employee made no mention of it missing but it was later documented on my paperwork. If a company is going to lie about a $25.00 wheel cover and refuse to take responsibility, how can anyone trust them to be honest about their vehicle. Calling Customer Service was a complete waste of time. I declined compensation and asked only that Pauls offensive behavior would be addressed. They failed to follow through and later said it was he said, she said and that Paul would not admit anything because that is human nature. Its human nature to lie?? I spent $1,453.63 on 4 Michelin tires, a wheel bearing and an alignment. They will never see another penny from me or any of my family.

On a cross country road trip, with a razor blade in the tire, the friendly staff at this wonderful tire establishment found a way to get us an appointment that very day! 45 min after pulling in to the store, we were continuing our road trip with a perfectly fixed tire. Thank you very much.Holly

Been coming here for years. They’ve been flexible and realistic about how long repairs are going to take over that time. I’ve purchased 5 sets of tires and get the free rotation every time. My crazy schedule prevents me from making appointments and like I mentioned earlier, when I come in they do a good job of getting me in and out of here.

I use NTB whenever possible. They have been there when on the traveling and usually handle every question with detail and professionalism. Came in today for a new battery - they actually found a mouse nest in the filter system for the A/C gross. They cleaned it out and replaced filters. Then noted the bad tires that I had actually forgotten about - there is a sale so was able to get that done as well! Unfortunately for me was a big bill but, dont feel cheated.The reason for the 3 stars is the REALLY nasty ladies restroom - they must never attend the ladies (I did not look at the men) restroom.I mean usually these type of things noted in the mens restroom.the ladies room toilet had nasty all over the toilet bowl and mold growing at the water rim. The sink looks like it was not scrubbed in a long while!So I guess I will walk to a gas station next time.Additional review:Giving back a star - as I drove out of the lot, I felt like a had a new car! Even the breaks feel better and they didnt even do anything to the breaks!Great job

Great crew here, Im at work in Dover and my wife calls because shes got a flat tire, I called Paul and he assured me things would be taken care of. Got the tire fixed and my wife and 2 you daughters back on the road and even followed up with me to let me know what was going on. They even went out of their way to run a quick check and found Ill be needing some front tires soon and set the air pressure on all the tires. More than just a tire shop, a crew thay really cares! Great deal!I called NTB for service. The guy I spoke to was knowledgeable about the subject. I was gathering information at the time and while we were getting off the phone he mentioned a promotion they had going on. That made my day.I went there a couple hours later and spoke to Dustin Badertscher. He confirmed the promotion, and we made a deal.I felt my needs where met, and that the NTB staff did what they said they would do. Jeff seemed like a good guy too. Thank you.

Brought my truck in with brake issues and a ratcheting 4x4 sound. Took over 2 weeks of in and out their shop plus a broken a/c compressor right after they replaced my intake manifold. They never got my 4x4 ratcheting fixed and told me to take it to a transmission shop fearing dirt got into my transmission through the vacuum system. The mechanic also said I should start looking for new vehicles as well, thinking my truck has many issues. I took it to the Ford dealer and it was just the 4x4 actuators which isn’t a complicated fix. Either lazy mechanics or poor troubleshooting. Either way, I do not recommend. Take your vehicle to the dealer you bought it from or to your manufacturers dealer. It might cost more but the fix will be done right and done much faster.Edit: just checked, an oem intake manifold cost around $260 and ntb charged me over $1000 to replace it.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to the Wadsworth NTB for over 10 years now, and we have never been disappointed or let down by their service. They are very straight forward about what’s going on with your vehicle and never try to up sell you on things you do not need. The staff has always been very professional and friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get the service done when I went for an alignment. However, when I went to get tires mounted and balanced with an alignment after setting up an appointment two weeks in advance, I was waiting for nearly 4 hours.

Theres guys are great. I have been getting tires from them for years for all of my vehicles.I wanted to leave a review because they really surprised me and went above and beyond with an issue I had after getting the first set of tires on my new to me car.When I picked up my car, the TPMS light was on and one of the pressures was reading 16. It was not doing this before I had the tires replaced so I had the mechanic came out and double checked everything. He checked it out and it was the correct PSI with a manual gauge so they suggested I drive it around in case it needed to relearn the sensors.Unfortunately that didnt fix it, so I stopped in the next day. They immediately took my car back and checked everything out. They said the sensor was reporting the correct pressure to their scan tool, but not to the car, which theyve never seen before. They, took the tire back off and checked the sensor and couldnt find anything physically wrong with it, but they decided to replace the sensor for me free of charge.The correct pressure is now being reported and I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. The older gentleman, who I think is the service manager, is awesome.Ill be bringing my other car in in the next few months to get a set of tires put on that one as well.

I went to NTB in Wadsworth yesterday because I had a piece of wood in my tire. They would neither patch it nor sell me a replacement tire, but told me that if I went home, took the wheel off and brought it back they would replace it then. Although they were polite about it they were exactly zero help. I’ll not be going back.

So Wadsworth NTB is making things right. But let me first explain.I wanted to do some work yesterday on the Nissan and noticed my lug nut key was broke. I took it up to NTB and they couldnt get it loose. They said come back Sunday. I went up today and no dice.So by now you ask, How are they making this right, Brian?Well, my faithful follower. They are ordering a new key, replacing my new rotors, pads, cv axle & my front wheel hub assemblies free of charge. Plus rotating my tires and plugging the one that is leaking.Big thanks to the service manager there. He definitely saved me from losing my cool.When someone makes a mistake and makes it right for you, show some live in return.

Went in for a flat repair and talked with the manager brandon. The tire couldnt be repaired but he worked an awsome deal for me on a set of 4 coopers. He never tried to strong arm me the whole visit. The other employee tim cashed me out and was super polite. For sure recommending this shop to all our neighbors.

We were making a trip across Ohio for my son’s college graduation from Huntington University when we ran over some tools left in the road and blew a hole in a tire. Youll see the employees being pressured by the district manager to create unnecessary repairs.I took it to them for a 3yr alignment last year, and they told me I needed just shy of $3,000 in repairs and that the car was unsafe to drive. I took my car to American Tire and Auto and got a new tie rod for $150 installed out the door complete WITH an alignment. Their alignments, by the way, are cheap enough that I can do it every year if I wanted.My daughter in-law took her car there for an oil change. They wanted to do $500 in repairs.This place is the classic screw the customer to make money shop. Again, this is easily verified by looking at indeed. Its to the point now where I dont let anyone in my family go no matter what deals they are running. Its just a scam to get you in the shop so they can make up issues.

My car needed much much more than I was expecting and they showed me everything wrong on the car no matter how minor or major it was and told me what definitely needed done that day. They took care of everything and gave me the best deals they could which I highly appreciated it!

If they tell you its against the law to have tires made before a certain year they are lying, they are liars and will tell you that to get you to spend money. There is no laws related to this, go somewhere else where they dont try to trick you into spending money

Set up an appointment for an oil change, needed it done quickly, I even told them not to do the inspection so it would go faster, just asked for new oil and filter... that’s it. It took them an hour and a half to drain oil, replace a filter, and refill with oil.

Called in the morning for an appointment for rear brakes, they got me in same day and did the work same day!! Staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate all of their expertise and professionalism.
